The non-profit fundraiser takes on new importance this year because proceeds will fund the church&#39;s restoration project, which is critical to preserving one of Hoboken&#39;s oldest churches and nationally-registered historic places. Ordinance Z-416 on the agenda for Wednesday night&#39;s unusually late 8:30 p.m. meeting would authorize the issuance of $12 million in bonds to pay for a broad array of improvements to Washington Street, including a resurfacing of the city&#39;s potholed main shopping and entertainment thoroughfare .</p>]]></description>
