La prima cosa che deve entrarti in testa è che le &lt;b&gt;diete solo temporanee NON funzionano&lt;/b&gt;. Le hai sentite tutte, e non c&amp;#39;è bisogno che le elenco tutte. Se cerchi di asciugarti e perdere acqua molto velocemente – allora queste diete sono il modo per farlo, ma se vuoi &lt;b&gt;perdere grasso&lt;/b&gt; o &lt;b&gt;incrementare la massa muscolare&lt;/b&gt;, portare avanti queste diete nel lungo periodo non solo ti porterà un grande fallimento, ad una perdita di tempo e di soldi, ma sará anche estremamente dannoso per la tua salute e benessere.&lt;/div&gt;

Sappiamo tutti che è sempre così; le prime settimane dedichiamo al nostro benessere fisico 4 o 5 allenamenti con una dieta severa ed inflessibile, (addirittura più di quanto ci è stato consigliato o di quanto ci eravamo prefissati) poi  con il passare del tempo, iniziamo a diminuire il numero delle volte ed iniziano una serie di problemi che sembrano improrogabili e ci costringono a saltare e/o rinviare la nostra seduta di allenamento. La maggior parte di noi si ritrova dopo poco a guardarsi con l&amp;#39;aria di colui che anche questa volta ha fallito l&amp;#39;appuntamento con il buon proposito che si era dato. Quindi se è vero dunque che &amp;quot;chi ben comincia è a metà dell&amp;#39;opera” andiamo a vedere di non lasciare tutto questo lavoro a metà, cercando di rispondere alla seguente domanda: come rimanere motivati una volta che l&amp;#39;entusiasmo iniziale se ne è andato?&lt;br&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tieni il tempo:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Controlla quanto tempo impieghi a consumare un pasto: l’obbiettivo è quello di mangiare più lentamente, e non divorare pranzo o cena come &lt;i&gt;un’idrovora&lt;/i&gt;! Dovresti stare seduta a tavola almeno 20 minuti. Mastica bene assaporando il cibo, questo ti permetterà di sentiti sazia più in fretta.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Dormi a sufficienza:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Se dormi troppo poco il tuo livello di &lt;b&gt;cortisolo&lt;/b&gt;, ormone dello &lt;b&gt;stress&lt;/b&gt;, salirà. La conseguenza è l’aumento della &lt;b&gt;fame&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
