For the Florida deal, every person over 2 years old who stays at least one night at the hotel receives a Gold Annual Pass. The regular price for the pass is $219, and rooms usually start around $240.

What that means in a practical sense is a one night stay cancels out the cost of an annual pass, or vice versa.

Some key features of the pass are that there are no blockout dates and the pass is valid for one full year from the start date. It’s also good to point out that the pass is valid immediately so you can visit the park as soon as your room is booked.

LEGOLAND New York: “Hotel Stay + Season Pass”

The New York deal is nearly the same as Florida’s but there are some differences to point out.

A similarity is that everyone who stays for at least one night gets a pass. It should be said, though, that New York’s active season is a bit shorter than Florida’s. The Gold Season Pass covers the operating season that runs through December 31, 2026.

Another similarity is that the cost of the pass ($169) and the starting cost of the hotel booking ($163) are essentially the same. A notable difference is that there are fewer hotel options at the New York resort, and there are also fewer LEGOLAND parks included in the deal.

That said, season pass holders in New York get access to several regional Merlin attractions like the Discovery Centers in NJ, Westchester, Boston, Philly, Toronto, and D.C. Pass holders can also visit SEA LIFE NJ and Madame Tussaud’s in New York City.

Another similarity is that pass holders get two Bring-a-Friend tickets, the same 15% off hotels and food, and free parking.
