Satu perkongsian resepi dari Puan Sakinah Hamid membongkar rahsia ayam goreng semerbak bau satu rumah hasil air tangan ibu mertuanya.

Bahan-bahannya adalah seperti berikut:

-Bawang putih

-Kunyit hidup

-Garam dan kunyit serbuk

Cara penyediaannya:

1.Tumbuk bawang putih dengan kunyit hidup.

2.Tambahkan dengan garam dan kunyit debu atau serbuk.

3.Perap sekejap sebelum goreng.

4. Goreng garing-garing makan dengan nasi panas-panas. Sayur yang simple atau sambal belacan. Fuhhh memang membuka selera.
