Many transgendered women may be tempted to buy large breast forms. While there is nothing wrong with wearing breast forms, it will give you temporary instant gratification, there is no substitute from having real, womanly breasts!

We think of breast forms as practice on your road to the real deal. Breast forms come in all shapes and sizes now, you can buy large diameter breast forms that accommodate a larger frame. These silicone forms are great for wearing at home or for dressing up, but erotically they are still fake when you take your clothes off, this makes them not a real solution for the lady who is transiting to becoming fully feminized.

Most TS ladies desire to be as completely natural as possible. Using Transfemme® you can also achieve a full figured female shape with womanly padding on your hips, decrease your facial hair and soften your skin; taking Transfemme® will not change your voice, only vocal surgery can do that. We have had Transexual M to F grow from B cups to E cup sized breasts. The longer you are on Transfemme® male breast growth pills the larger your breasts will get.

Breast forms are great for the cross dresser or beginning transsexual who wants to explore the beginning stages of becoming female without the full commitment. Everyone goes through a stage where they need to see if they are sure they want to change their sex and breast forms can be an important part of feeling the feminine waters.

Once you get real breasts you may still want to occasionally wear breast forms for fun, prancing around the house or going out at Halloween as a 46EE. Most breast pill users will not grow to an E cup but we do have some customers that do, it is rare though so we don’t recommend you expect that. Growing to an E cup is an atypical result.

Colors, Shapes and Features

Breast forms are available in different sizes, shapes, colors and materials. Some forms are symmetrical, so they can be used on either side and some are designed to be a left and right breast. Some forms have nipples and some are completely smooth. There are weighted and lightweight forms made from foam or cotton. The more expensive breast prostheses come in different skin tones, racial colors and different nipple colors and protrusions. You can pay upwards of $600.00 for extra-large, fancy breast forms made from silicone.

Silicone Breast Prostheses

You will get the most realistic weight and feel from silicone breast prosthesis. A good prosthesis form will also have some jiggle and warm to your body similar to a real female breast. One of the drawbacks to silicone breast forms is your body’s natural sweating, after wearing these for a few hours we expect you will be ready to peel the off. In the end after experimenting with large breast forms we found wearing them only made me want my own bigger breasts! We expect this will be the case for you too. Along the way we are here to help you transition from stuffed bras, to breast forms to real breasts. Make sure you really want your own real breasts before you commit to a feminization program. Once you embark on this journey you cannot go back after a certain period of time. Wearing breast forms is a good first step on the cross dressing path on the way to transgender.

Good luck sisters and please keep in touch with your progress reports, these help everyone in the M to F community!

I’m a man who has had the sex-change and am on estrogen so would the Breast Enlargement Pill work for me? At what dose? It sounds to me like a cool product to help a man become even more female! How long and at what daily dose do you think I should be on? What quantity would be most economical for my situation? Is there a payment plan available if I need a high dose for an extended time? Are there any other products you recommend in addition to taking the pill? Thanks, Rebecca

Dear Rebecca, unfortunately we do not know the answer to your question because we have no studies and not many people report to us after a sex change. Most of our customers were moderate beginners in their sex change journey and come to us before they get surgery.

We can think of one person off the top of our head who had SRS and used our product and that was Billie Felice Staunton. www.iamtransgender.com Billie was a good friend who sadly has passed away several years ago. Billie used 8 pills per day, there may be more info on her website that we still host. Cheryl also had a sex change but she used our product before the surgery and ended up a DDD/E without hormones; she is probably our most amazing case yet.

We have excellent results in men who still have testicles, sometimes outstanding results better than women. We know if we can get a hold of someone before surgery we can get their body to use the testosterone and turn it into estrogen. We don’t have extensive result with transgenders without testicles so we can not explain to a certain degree when someone is without testicles.

I have a question regarding the use of the TransFemme Cream. I have been on your program since Aug 18th, 8 pills per day with daily use of the cream. I am going to be ordering another two month supply and I need to know if there is any concerns about continuing the daily use of the cream? BTW, after two months I have very pleasing results, Thank you for your products. Tammy

Answer: Dear Tammy, Unfortunately we do not have a real answer about your question pertaining to using the cream. Any tampering you do to your own hormones you do at your own risk.
We cannot give you medical advice. You are a man and you are changing your body into female, we are not trans-gender doctors and we are not your doctor. If you have questions about your body, your blood work, your health risks from changing your hormones, you should see a medical doctor who practices trans-gender medicine.

Sorry we can not help you but it is illegal for us to give medical advice and even a doctor would not give medical advice to someone who is not his or her patient.
Everyone is different and I doubt there is a one size fits all answer.

“Hello TF,

My name is Alexander and some 3 years A ordered your pills, first a 3 month supply and than a years supply. I started taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night, but after a month or so I changed it to 4 in the morning on an empty stomach and 4 in the evening.

After about 4 months I noticed growth in my chest area and it was when i was getting towards 7 months that i noticed my testicles had shrunk to a pea size, there was not much left of them and it was impossible for me to get an erection.
My manhood was a mere inch size if that !

I panicked so much that I stopped taking the caps, but my breasts have grown to a small b cup size. I am at work now, and cannot send you a photos of my breasts, but can do that next time. At present, my testicles have grown back to a normal size, but my amount of sperm is very low still. (I had a vasectomy years ago, so it does not matter so much)

Anyway, what I wanted to know is what the cream can do for me. I did get married again in the mean time and my wife loves my small breasts to play with. I assume that the estrogen, although it has to be applied to the breasts only will have an effect on my manhood !

I still want big breasts and was wondering if you can advise me what to take.

4 years ago, I was ready for a complete male to female transformation, I even started living as a female, but now that I found a beautiful (female) partner, all I want is bigger breasts. I am not so sure about all the herbal pills as i believe that female hormones will do the trick far better.

Thanks heaps,
Alexander”

Alexander,

The Transfemme Cream is the safest way to go, we do not know how big your breasts will get using the breast cream, but it should not shrink your penis or testicles.

Applying the cream directly to the area where you need it is better than dosing your whole body through your stomach. The breasts you gained from using our male breast enlargement pills is permanent but the cream gains may not be, we are still waiting for enough feedback to know for sure one way or the other.

We look forward to your descriptive feedback during and after!

Thanks for sharing your story, we always love to hear from our customers.
Your story also illustrates well why we counsel our customers not to rush into surgery.

While we have no capability to do studies on males, estrogen levels, and breast cancer, we believe this is something that has been studied in medicine already. It’s our understanding that breast cancer is extremely rare in males of any age.

There is a vast difference between having human estrogen – and having equine estrogen, which is much more powerful and foreign to a human body. Transgender M to F usually use equine estrogen, whereas we offer no estrogen other than your own body producing its own natural estrogen. This would make you more akin to an aging male with higher levels of estrogen. We believe it is safer to use our product with no other hormones.

Transfemme has never had a male customer who developed breast cancer or even a female for that matter either. We know there are risks to changing one’s hormones from male to female – and mainly, to our knowledge, that’s been heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure. We’ve never had a report from a male customer that any of them developed these conditions either.

It is known in medical literature that higher estrogen levels in males can have side effects. Many males develop higher estrogen levels in older age and experience these estrogenic side effects naturally. We have no record of what role overall good health plays in higher estrogen levels and side effects versus say a diabetic.

It would be nice to have some studies in transgender medicine available to read – however, a problem with transgender literature is it will look at equine estrogen which is not a human estrogen and again is much stronger than human estrogen. If you use only our product and make your own estrogen, we would expect that to be safer.

If you want to do your due diligence on the breast cream, you could try running blood work after you have been using it for a few months. We would love to hear what it is doing and see your blood work.

We have several kinds of customers: pre-op M to F who only use our product; pre-op M to F who use our product and other hormones; post-op M to F who use our product only; and post-op M to F who use our product and other hormones. We have more customers who are pre-op when they started with us and got excellent results. Many of them grow better than the genetic females.

How prevalent was transgenderism, hermophidates, gender disorders, and homosexuality before modern times? Do we have more gender bending going on because it is more accepted or because we have more people, or are people made that way? Are people made that way or is it all in their heads from some trauma?

From a biological and anthropological view point real physical factors create gender bending in several forms and are natural consequences of certain stressors in our environment. We believe there are real physiological causes behind transgenderism. That does not mean there are never any cases of other causes but there are physical reasons namely caused by hormones that can create not only a mental feeling of being the opposite sex but also real physiological changes.

The study of population control via breeding patterns is called Population Dynamics. The sex hormones, insulin and cortisol are all involved in the urge to mate as it relates to population dynamics.

Did you know that all fetuses start out as female? At around nine weeks the Y chromosome turns some of the fetuses into boys.

Boys X and Y chromosomes

Girls X and X chromosomes

Did you know mothers under stress can turn their boy babies into girl babies in utero? This is not some theory, this is a proven scientific fact. The amount of testosterone in the mother’s uterus can turn a boy baby with XY into a baby girl by affecting hormone receptors and body and brain architecture. The baby girl can be born not XX but XY and still look and act like a girl.

These girls will be assumed to be 100% XX and no one will know or discover the little girl is a little boy genetically until puberty starts and sometimes later in life. Missed periods, because she has no ovaries and uterus, and has a blind vagina with small testicles inside her abdomen. The testosterone from her tiny testes that, at week nine in utero, should have turned the fetuses into a boy went unread by the androgen receptors.

What is happening and why? Stress on the mother whether it is physical, mental, emotional, light or food promotes testosterone and soaks her body in high cortisol. The cortisol makes mom insulin resistant, which mobilizes blood sugar and takes away her 21-hydroxylase. Because mom has very high testosterone saturating her body and her baby, this makes the baby boy’s androgen receptors retreat. This leaves only the estrogen receptors in the little boy’s body working or a form of testosterone resistance. This works in the same way that insulin resistance happens. Too much insulin floods the body, so they body makes the insulin receptors resist attempts of insulin to get blood sugar into the cell.

The first level of stress can cause boys to be homosexual or to feel they were born the wrong sex and are actually females trapped in a man’s body. These boys got enough cortisol and testosterone in utero to make architectural changes in their brains. Being gay or feeling one is the opposite gender makes you an unlikely reproducer. There was a large increase in homosexuality after the stress of World War II. Mothers who were left during the war and were pregnant had to care for themselves in a vulnerable time. Just as career women who delay childbirth until later in life often have already developed some form of metabolic syndrome, high cortisol and high testosterone.

The second level of stress increases androgen resistance in baby boys and some of them become tall, large breasted women with little or no body hair, many of them go on to become fashion models. These are the XY boy-girls who have no uterus and ovaries but still look 100% female but cannot reproduce. These XY females receive little or no androgens so they are highly estrogenized and seem extremely female.

Both of these scenarios serve the function of cutting back on the population during times of stress. So while you may not be born as an XY looking female, you can very well have had enough cortisol and testosterone saturation to cause brain architectural changes.

Studies show there are at least 32,000 to 40,000 post-op transsexual women in the U. S.. The estimated number of males in the U. S. between the ages of 18 and 60 age is about 80,000,000. Dividing 32,000 by 80,000,000, means that more than one out of every 2,500 males born in the U. S. has undergone SRS. Based on the number of Transfemme customers we have and how they live their lives, we believe that at least 5 to 10 times as many males in the U.S. alone suffer from gender identity issues.

Have you wondered why you feel you were born with the wrong gender? You were a little boy but felt like a little girl? Some people will blame parents, or blame the person saying they have a “mental health disorder.” A prominent PhD psychologist who is a friend has a non mainstream theory. We share it here for you to consider. He believes that people who feel they were born the wrong sex spent many past lives as the gender they feel they should be now. After living many lifetimes as a female and then suddenly being born a male sometimes leaves the soul who incarnated as a male, feeling they are not male and vice versa. Some people do have recall of past lives and past lives are considered a fact by most of the world’s population, Christianity excepted.

Brain-sex theory of transsexualism

Finding a neuroanatomical marker for transsexualism in the brain would not preclude past lives as the opposite gender from being a cause of transsexualism. We know cells follow a biology of belief and having strong feelings can cause physiological changes, both healing and damaging.

In 2002, the brain-sex theory of transsexualism was challenged by unexpected findings published by Chung, De Vries, and Swaab. They observed that significant sexual dimorphism in BSTc volume and neuron number does not develop in humans until adulthood. Most MtF transsexuals, however, report that their feelings of gender dysphoria began in early childhood (e.g., Lawrence, 2003). It is difficult to see how the volume and neuron number of the BSTc could be neuroanatomical markers for gender identity if they have not yet become sexually dimorphic by the time cross-gender feelings have become apparent. Recognizing this difficulty, Chung et al. wrote:

“Late sexual differentiation of the human BSTc volume also affects our perception about the relationship between BSTs [sic] volume and trans-sexuality. . . . Epidemiological studies show that the awareness of gender problems is generally present much earlier. Indeed, [about] 67-78% of transsexuals in adulthood report having strong feelings of being born in the wrong body from childhood onward. (p. 1032)”

Of course there have been some cases were a psychologist or psychiatrist has evidence that abuse of some type may have caused a gender identity problem but many other cases have no apparent cause. No one wakes up and decides they were born the wrong gender, this is a feeling and a belief that exists for those with gender dysphoria; not a choice. Past life feelings could very likely cause transsexualism. This theory will never be accepted by mainstream clinicians but science does not believe God, Creator or Supreme Intelligence exists either.

Introduction to the TransFemme Feminizing Program

The information contained in the TransFemme Male To Female Feminization Program Guide is directed toward the male to female transgendered individual. As a consumer (or potential consumer) of transgender products, this Guide is published with the intent to better educate and inform, and should be considered as a general reference and not a substitute to your primary physician’s medical care. Feminizing your body is serious business, do not self medicate.

What To Know Before You Start

Most individuals undertaking male to female hormonal modulation or gender reassignment (hormone therapy) can use a hormonal regimen with a high degree of safety. Regular monitoring or your health and blood work will assure that your good health is maintained.

As you explore transgender medical therapies through the Internet and other avenues, you should be prepared to discover a wide range of conflicting information and misinformation on the subject. Below is a list of general information and do’s and don’ts.

Do not use any phytoestrogens (herbal hormones) as an appropriate feminizing therapy. Herbs do not achieve any measurable feminization and use of these non-pharmaceutical grade phytoestrogen products, especially in large doses, raises health safety concerns amongst many medical professionals. When herbal products are used, along with pharmaceutical or glandular hormone treatments, your overall feminization may be reduced as these preparations compete with TransFemme.

If purchasing medication through mail order and Internet businesses, deal with a known and reputable supplier. Do not buy products from foreign countries or products not made with the transgender customer in mind.

Do not overlook the necessary blood monitoring and medical oversight. Proper medical management not only avoids unnecessary health risks, but assures that you are sufficiently feminizing. It is common for individuals who self-medicate to be on a less than adequate feminizing regime.

Follow instructions: Take your dosing regimen seriously; arbitrarily increasing doses may put you at risk, and as well, forgetting to take prescribed dosing may slow your progress.

Don’t settle for less with regard to your health. You may come into contact with self proclaimed authority figures on the Internet who casually and wrongly suggest to you that medical monitoring is unnecessary, this is untrue and bad advice.

If you decide to manage your own feminizing therapies, at the very least, seek periodic check-ups at a local walk-in clinic.

If you decide to undergo hormone treatment, think through any desires you may have for having children as prolonged hormone therapy will likely render you irreversibly sterile.

Hormonal feminization is the subject of endocrinology, a specialized branch of internal medicine which is concerned with the study of the glands and hormones of the body and their related disorders.

The goal of male to female feminizing hormone modulation therapy is the mental, emotional, physical and hormonal gender reassignment of the individual. Given the proper regimen and sufficient time, the likely expectation is a profound and comprehensive change in gender appearance and feeling.

This feminizing process concentrates on manipulation of sex hormones, also called sex steroids; and as the process of hormonal gender reassignment involves profound biological changes as well as changes in one’s appearance, having a doctor you work with and a general understanding of the biochemistry of sex hormones makes sense. Height, voice, and bone size cannot be changed with the use of hormonal modulation treatments. When you want your voice feminized you may need vocal surgery and voice coaching.

Orchiectomy/Castration

We do not recommend orchiectomy (castration) because it interferes with the results of TransFemme, your testicles provide testosterone which is converted by your body into estrogen. If you are thinking about having SRS in the future you will need your scrotum intact for creating a vagina.

Orchiectomy cannot produce additional feminization or speed the process of feminization any better than the use of drug therapies alone. You would still need to take estrogen and anti-androgens after orchiectomy.

Unless the orchiectomy is performed by a skilled surgeon the scrotum (which is often used to give depth to the new vagina) may be too small and scarred for use.

Most TransFemme customers given enough time see their testicles become smaller and less obtrusive so they can be hidden in bathing suits and clothing easily. Think of your testicles as your external ovaries, you need them.

If you decide to have castration surgery with or without future SRS, realize this procedure is major surgery! There are physicians who are willing to perform castration for less money and under less than optimum conditions in an office environment, but this may not be your best or safest option.

We hope this has helped you understand the process of feminization and we are here to help you become the person you wish to be!

Hello,

My name is Victoria and I have been using Transfemme for about 7 months and have had amazing results. I have went from not even an A cup to a solid B which is absolutely wonderful. The changes in my mind have also been a welcome change. But, one thing I have noticed is that the rest of my body changed has more dramatically than my breasts. I am to the point where I can no longer wear male jeans due to the growth in my hips and the new shape my butt has taken (which I LOVE)…

Anyways I’m wondering if there is a way to slow down the growth on the rest of my body and increase the growth in my breasts?…I love your product and am about to run out, I’m just afraid my body will completely feminize but i will remain with small breasts that don’t match with the growth I’ve experienced across the rest of my body. I love your product and would enjoy ordering more, its just I cannot see myself doing that if the outcome of your product are greater than what I had bought the product for to begin with. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been floored with your product, you have changed my body and mind in the best way possible, I’d just like my breasts to catch up. Thank you for any help, you have been a tremendous help for me when it comes to letting out the woman on the inside.

Victoria

Dear Victoria,

Congratulations on your transformation to womanhood! We really enjoyed reading your TransFemme testimonial letter and we would love to have your photos? Can you share more about how you feel and the process you went through for the benefit of the other Transfemme customers and transsexuals?

Having a female shape is not a side effect, this is what happens to all women. You get hips, and breasts. You could look at your mothers and any sisters you have for an idea of what kind of body you will have? Almost all women have hips slightly larger than their breasts. Of course your age, what you eat and your exercise program all have an effect.

Now that you have a woman’s estrogen and testosterone levels you also have to deal with normal female pattern weight distribution. If you eat a little extra it goes to the butt and the hips! This is what almost all women deal with when they get older and even sometimes young women deal with now. The good news is your larger hips and buttocks should be maxed out by now. It’s not like they grow indefinitely to larger proportions while your boobs stay the same, that would be abnormal.

I think we should look at your diet and other health status. Please send us a copy of your dietary intake for one week, along with photographs of yourself and any blood work you have. We also need to know what your temperature is during the day and when you wake up? If your thyroid is low that could be why you have extra curves/fat on your hips and buttocks. You will also notice any male pattern baldness stops and you will not get a man’s beer belly if you gain weight.

Please also send us a list of any health problems you may have, any medication you take and all supplements you use.

Blessings,

Bountiful Breast/Transfemme Staff

Q. “I am a man who is interested in male breast enhancement. I tried an herbal pill but it did not work. How many cup sizes can I grow in one year taking the Transfemme male breast enhancement pills?”

Thank you for your interest in Transfemme M to F breast enhancement pills. Herbal pills are just weak plant estrogen and do not cause male breast enhancement. Transfemme works in a completely different manner by aromatizing your testosterone into estrogen. The longer you use Transfemme M to F breast enhancement pills the higher your estrogen and lower your testosterone will be.

Billie one of our T-girl customers in our testimonials and male breast photo gallery page was a DD cup from taking our male breast enhancement pill. Your exact cup size increase will depend on time used, genetics, number of pills used daily, your diet, starting hormone levels and body fat percentages. Everyone is different. You will also see a rounding out of your breasts and most male breast enhancement users also report larger areolae as well.
