Stress is an amazing part of our current world. Instead of stress being caused by saber toothe tigers, stress is now caused with work overload, money issues, sporadic thoughts. Stress is going to exist, and how we handle stress can impact the quality of life we have with our short time on this planet.

There are many ways to relieve stress, here are just some things to do if you are feeling overwhelmed….

*workout

*watch a good movie

*listen to music

*do your favorite hobby

The most important thing to learn about yourself is how you think. If you have a lot on your plate, think about the things you need to do, than let it go…. don’t spend your days constantly rethinking situations and how much you have to do… think about it once…. work through the stress and let it go.

Things to remember

*life works out/ you really lack control, this is a universe where countless lifes and galaxies exist…. control what you can control- your outlook and attitude

*Go step by step, if you positively make small steps, you will improve

*your going to die

*shit happens, learn to take everything as a lesson

*enjoy ALL parts of the journey, even the toughest parts of the climb on the mountain are worth the experience

*Life is good, let it unfold

Abersoch is a large village in the community of Llanengan in Gwynedd, Wales. It is a popular coastal seaside resort with approximately 1,000 inhabitants,[citation needed] on the east-facing south coast of the Llŷn Peninsula at the southern terminus of the A499. It is about 7 miles (11 km) south-west of Pwllheli and 27 miles (43 km) south-west of the county seat, Caernarfon. The village takes its name from the river, Afon Soch, which reaches the sea in the village.

Originally a fishing port, Abersoch is now a tourist centre specialising in dinghy sailing and other watersports such as windsurfing and jet-skiing. Over the last 60 years it has become one of Britain’s most important sailing centres, leading to significant immigration, mainly from England.[citation needed] This has jeopardised the Welsh character of the village and its use of the Welsh language.[citation needed] Nearby Porth Neigwl or Hell’s Mouth, is also popular for surfing; it can hold large swells in the winter which can reach 1.5m however south westerly prevailing winds can affect quality.

Each year since 2000 Abersoch has been host to Wakestock a wakeboarding event. The Big Air competition on the main beach is held in July.

Central Abersoch has a variety of small shops as well as bars, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Boat trips around St Tudwal’s Islands to see the seals and other wildlife are available from the village. It is also popular for its close proximity to Snowdonia National Park, with Snowdon being visible from Abersoch Bay on clear days. There is an 18 hole golf course.

Abersoch has come to represent the crisis in rural housing in Wales, as the area’s popularity as a resort and retirement destination has resulted in local property prices being significantly higher than the regional average.[citation needed] A small strip of beach at Abersoch, with planning permission for the construction of a beach hut, was sold for £63,000 in May 2005.[1] In June 2007, a mobile home on the Warren holiday park was put on the market by the Haulfryn Group at £500,000.[2]

In February 2008 a wooden shed, 5.5 metres by 4.5 metres, was advertised for sale at £150,000. It was located 10 minutes walk from the beach, had no countryside or sea view, and was described as being in a dilapidated condition.[3]

Virtually all the indigenous residents of Abersoch are Welsh language speakers.[citation needed]

The information available to our present humanity is incredible. For the first time in human history we can really get an in depth understanding into our universe and this energy of life. Life is simply a repeating pattern built to constantly expand. Fractals can explain alot about the math behind life and I encourage readers to research the concept. Simply put, we are all one, built in an incredible pattern that is infinite in both ways…with energy (or god etc) keeping the pattern repeating and expanding. The fun part about this concept, is not only is everything we are able to perceive apart of us, but an almost identical image of us must be projected in different universes that constantly expand. Hence the term infinite, if you can imagine it , it exists plus an infinite amount of possibilities. If you have a hard time dealing with the concept of death, this theory seems to make sure a apart of us ( or infinite ) parts of us will live forever and constantly expand. The way I see it, I will try and visualize the ultimate path I can control in my current reality and know that even in any situation (the happiest or the saddest) can be an incredible experience if you hold the right outlook and understand everything is everything, and you can control your state of mind.

When observing everything from the cells that make up your body to the universe in our skies, you see infinity at work…. at after divulging into what we are apart of, parallel infinite universes must exist. However, the beauty of infinite is finding the uniqueness of now.

Ambition may be my greatest downfall, or maybe my greatest attribute. At this point, I am aware of who I am, so I need to balance. Contentment is key in balancing and harnessing our inner energies.

I am an incredible goal oriented person. I have finally found a balance. Having goals and seeking more, does not mean you are not content. If you are aware of who you are, and you realize the journey is the goal, you can enjoy every moment and every step you take towards ambition. If you enjoy every moment and every piece, you are content.

When we stop dreaming, we die. This is a little dramatic, but I truly believe in these words. I love my dreams, I want to live a long, beautiful life pushing myself to always to greater and better things….however, I want to do this with contentment.

Contentment comes from simplicity. Simplicity is the underlying root of everything I have learned. When it comes to contentment, it basically means, be thankful for the simple things that surround you. If you thank the world for your current blessings (even if it is in a bad time, you have been given a gift as a valuable lesson) than you are already achieving your ambitions and goals faster than you ever could imagine.

Dream big. Enjoy the journey which is the goal. Keep things simple. And give praise everyday.

“Happiness is self-contentedness.”
