In this episode of TREScast, the official podcast of The Real Estate School, we provide information about RAR’s new listing agreement. The agreement, among other things, allows sellers to completely or partially opt out of having their home listed online. Michael Lafayette, an attorney at Lafayette, Ayers, and Whitlock, PLC, recently provided a complete explanation of what this new agreement means to you and your clients. He talked in detail about what’s in the new agreement, and how it should be completed. He also made available sample materials for attendees. Those materials can be downloaded below.

Welcome to the second episode of TREScast, the official podcast of The Real Estate School, from Richmond Association of REALTORS®! This downloadable audio series presents TRES seminars for you to review for FREE, whenever you like!

This episode is the second of two parts featuring portions of a two-hour seminar on pricing strategies in a changing market. The seminar was presented at the RAR classroom space in Richmond’s west end in the fall of 2008. It featured two instructors: Pat Turner from P.E. Turner and Company, and Dave Snipes from Cloverleaf Realty.

In the first episode of TREScast, we heard from Mr. Turner talking about the difficulties in appraising homes in our current economic environment.
