If you have a four-legged family member in your apartment be sure to keep them safe and healthy by keeping these items far away from them:

People Food – Most people know that chocolate and raisins are poisonous to dogs but so are coffee grounds, onions, yeast, alcohol, and salt.
Plants – Plants are a great way to decorate your apartment, but some plants may be harmful to your dog. Keep marigolds, Peace Lilies, Tulips, Baby’s Breath, and Geraniums well out of the reach of your animal.
Bathroom Items – Some dogs like to chew on sponges which can be very harmful to them. Soap, toothpaste and sunblock can also cause your pup to get sick.
