The boys, Scoutmaster & committee chair held our annual planning meeting today; before the calendar can be submitted to the committee for approval the boys will discuss covering cost for each event for the year.

Spring Valley Road clean up day

Thanks for all the help from the troop today cleaning up Spring Valley Road, the VFW of Hewitt has adopted 2 miles of this road and we are always glad to support our veterans.

Our Anual VFW Flag ceremony is this Monday at 10 am at the VFW. We will be having a practice on Sunday at the Church at 4pm. Anyone who can attend is welcome and needed. Any questions please call Mr Anderson.

The VFW has asked us to help with there adopt a hwy program. Saturday 9am at the VFW 6008 on Sun Valley RD.

Boy Scout Troop 476 Christmas Party

The Christmas Party will be on December 21st - 7:00 to 8:30 pm. The boys decided to have a family meal with the Crew, at the church. The responsibilities are as follows:
• Troop -- Meat (turkey and ham) - please bring $7.00 per boy to cover the cost. The SM/ASM will cook.
• Crew -- Vegetables
• Leaders of Troop / Crew -- Desserts
