The process

meeting → information → task
All begins with a meeting. We come to it with sponge and depending on theme and subject we absorb all useful information about the future project: what is the business idea, what are the plans, what are the goals etc. We formulate a concrete task and select people who will carry it out.

plan → team → estimate → offer
Based on the task, a work plan with certain terms is developed and best suitable team is selected. Afterwards we calculate the costs and compose an exact sales offer. Now the project is ready, but only on paper. Nevertheless, the team already knows the solution and is ready to implement it in real life.
