First Post of 2012 lol.......

Its been a while since my last post.. havent updated my blog since 2 months ago lol.. lots thing happened last year.. load works and OT, Backlogs pending and much more.. hope this 2012 will be more gunplaing and good things ahead..

That being said.. altho its a lil late for first post of 2012.. I'll kick of with first huge loot for 2012...

Its a Samsung UA40D5000PR 40" Full HD LED TV (LCD with LED backlight). I've been eyeing for this beast for a few months back in 2011.. and decided to take this guy... did a quick research and see it in shop side by side with various brand and type.. I gotta say this beast is awesome.. its much better than LCD, better color reproduction, better black tone, some nice function and very nice viewing angle.. also its very thin/slim compared to LCD type.. 30mm thick.. which is pretty awesome ^^

After assemble I tested it with playing Gundam Unicorn OVA ep4 1080p, just first playing I gotta say the image and motion is pretty clear and jaw dropping awesome.. even played 720p videos still look pretty sharp.. theres couple picture mode that I can play with. (Standard, Natural, Movie and Dynamic), I like Natural (Gaming) and Movie (Video) mode.. Dynamic is too contrast (better for some game I think).. the speaker is also very nice.. its loud, surround and clear..

Other function that I like is the AllShare and Anynet+ feature.. AllShare is data sharing across devices via wireless and local area network for sharing photos, videos from other devices also can surf internet with it.. Anynet+ in short is a build-in multi-remote-player.. you can connect Blu-Ray player or an USB drive Media Players and can control using the LED TV Remote, it detects what devices you connected to the LED TV and you can control using LED TV remote instead.. pretty neat ^^

After a while re-arranged my desk for this guy.. testing again with gaming by playing Skyrim.. again the picture is perfect... Natural picture mode give the game look more nicer and better, much better than my 22" LCD monitor lol.. the game plays very well on the LED TV, with Clear Motion feature, the game doesnt feel screen lagged (tearing/vsync thinggy) at all. Full HD gaming goodness

I have to say it worth the invest for this beast.. gotta have very awesome Full HD/HD Anime and gaming experience quite alot from now lol.. but I'm still going to do gunplaing.. not going to neglect on these guys.. or I'm in very deep trouble (lol)..

As far as Backlogs goes.. recently got some progress.. Jesta is in painting phase.. painted halfway.. now a bit masking then can finish it.., AGE-01 in sanding/cementing phase.. gotta take some time on that since its not tied to any Group Build so far.. and I've started new project called Project Revival .. details will be on the next post ^^

HGUC Jesta WIP 03 - Priming

Started Painting Phase Part 1 - Priming.....

Now that sanding, cementing and minor mod for HGUC Jesta done.. come next is Painting part 1 - Priming Phase. so what is Priming, priming is a preparation for painting, priming is necessary to make better adhesion of painting to the surface. It also makes painting easier when painting on darker color of plastic, for example like Jesta, Jesta got darker color so when I want to paint lighter color for example Light blue, I need to prime it, neutralize the color so that I can add light blue with correct coloration.

So what item that we should use for priming? Theres bunch of brand that we can choose from but usually the mostly modeler use is from Mr. Hobby brand.. Mr Surfacer or the new one Mr Primer Sufacer... I use Mr Surfacer since bought it long time ago.. I bought grade 500 and 1200, 500 is more thick and coarse then 1200 which is more smooth..

For this project I use mixed 500 and 1200 since my 1200 is nearly depleted... I mixed it around 2:1 ratio respectively and thinner for each drop 1 surfacer : 3 thinner...

This is my airbrush station, my modified airbrush spray booth :D.. I bought basic spray booth (LINK) which is only RM80 then find some card board to make wider spray area and a 10w lamp for lighting ^^

And then start priming,

so far so good, didnt see any problem.. the mixing works fine.. its not very smooth but not coarse either which is good too me :D

After a few days priming, its all done! I used like 3 times of 15ml bottle to prime all the parts ^^ Its a lil bit more than I expected.. since that I did some heavy coat on darker parts ^^;;

All parts sorted according to color for next painting phase and masking on some parts :D

Done Priming phase, so next will be actual painting phase, I'm going to do part by part for each color maybe 2 color per post.. so expect a lil bit more WIP post lol..

I guess other WIP will have to wait till Jesta finish XD.. so AGE-1 and GN-XIII along with others have to wait huhu...

HGUC Jesta WIP 02 - Clean Ups

Sanding, cementing and minor modding~ .....

WIP 02 is here~ finally done with this and next WIP is on the way~ This WIP will cover Sanding, cementing and minor modding phase of HGUC Jesta for MVPfigure HGUC Jesta Group Build.. Its taking a lil bit time to finish these phase.. Theres bunch of nubs to sand it off and make smooth as possible until I satisfied.. cementing taking a bit more time to cure so that it hardens and easy to smooth out.. minor modding is just for easy to remove and put back parts for easier to paint ^^... so yeah.. lets get a bit details of some the works here~

First I did minor mod for the both elbow to arm joint, after inspecting how it goes each other... I cut the 2 peg hole on each side of the arm parts to make C socket, then trim a bit the peg on the elbow joint so that Inserting and removing didnt get hard and goes well

Then I cemented the arm parts along with the shoulder parts ^^

Also cemented the head part and leave those overnight to cure before start sanding it to smooth it out
also in pic the already sanded and smoothed head gear parts ^^

Sanded the rest of the parts, neck area, chest, leg parts, feet and shield parts etc...

Sanded and smoothed both arm parts and head parts after a day cemented :D

Before and after sanded the cemented parts of the shoulder, I try to keep it flat as I can when sanding. A hard wide stick wrapped with sand paper is useful for maintain the flat surface when sanding ^^

After all nubs that visible is sanded and smoothed, sorted the parts according to color for next phase, priming.. :D

There do you go after some time to finish sanding, cementing and minor mod phase.. Its been a while since I've sanded lol.. Next phase is Priming, then masking some parts that need to for painting..

AGE WIP 02 will come soon either after Jesta WIP 03 or before... haha.. I try to focus on one kit at a time ^^, much easier hehe..

HG Gundam AGE-1 Normal WIP 02 - Codename: Amethyst

Color scheme and Codename :D .....

I have been thinking bout color scheme for this guy yesterday and trying different color scheme and endup with purple.. since Jesta already took the Blue shades, I dont want to do another blue color scheme, so I went with purple.. I will be using darker shade of purple with a bit gunmetal in some place..

The Codename that I came up with comes from searches on google for the other name for purple, theres bunch of interesting name that I got, some of the name that I interested is Mauve, Amaronth, and Amethyst.

Mauve is a moderate grayish violet to moderate reddish purple, its is more grey and more blue than a pale tint of magenta would be

Amaranth is a type/name of a cosmopolitan genus herbs, I has reddish purple of color

lastly

Amethyst is a type of violet quartz that usually used in jewelry. the color is more vivid purple shade

I choosed Amethyst coz I think the name is cool and I like the color shades of it ^^.. I will use 2 different shades of purple along with some gunmetal in some parts.. the codename unit will be AGE-1A Amethyst

This is the finalize Color scheme that I will be use to finish kit kit..

Overall with be purple shades with gunmetal, with no other color (white parts) other than the green metallics for the chest and eyes.. the joint will be use either Silver or Grey, gotta see how it goes until I decided.. since gunmetal is already in use for some of the parts.. the DODS rifle will have 2 shades of color, Silver and Gunmetal ^^

HG Gundam AGE-1 Normal WIP 01 - Snapfit

My fastest snapfit build ever!.....

Another WIP done! this time its HG Gundam AGE-1 Normal. Snapfitted this guy yesterday and surprisingly fast I couldnt believe it lol... Well.. this kit is very easy.. not a bit complex like some HG... a very straight forward build.. and it has only 3 runners XD... done it around 3 hours which is shocking to me lolz

Body and Head parts - I really like the simplistic of the chest build, the color separation done very well and no need to use color sticker except for the A emblem on the chest. The head separation also quite good, the eye and the red part is separate, the grey area on top of the head also separated, which is very nice..

The arm part - I really like the elbow joint which is double jointed unlike Jesta, so you can do complete 180 bend, awesome! tho the hand only supplied with 3 type, both closed and one open hand ^^;;

The leg part - again the joint design is very nice for a HG kit, double jointed knee and the part seperation is pretty nice.. altho theres concern on the ankle guard, it has very weird joint design and it feel insecure and would come off any second ^^;;

Done snapfit for this guy.. I have to say its a pretty nice kit, has very good articulation, here some pose I took below~

Next for this guy is Sanding, cements, and more lol.. going to repaint like the Jesta.. still thinking on the color scheme..

HGUC Jesta WIP 01 - Snapfit

Warming up~......

Done snap fitting Jesta yesterday, its been a while since I've build new gunpla XD.. took about whole day total time to finish snap fitting, its quite nice build.. lots of seperate parts.. very nice... I like it
Pic a bit low since I used my phone camera to take the pic ^^;;

Upper body - I like the Head seperation parts.. makes easy to paint, The front vent also got parts seperation, more plus for this kit ^^ and the hand got so many options.. kudos for Bandai for this :D

The Leg parts - very nice part seperation.. the seperation is perfect for my color scheme..

Stay in there and wait till I'm done with the waist...
Jesta : *facepalms*

Finally done.. took me 2 different session to finish it.. 5 hours each ^^... Overall this kit is awesome.. It can do many pose like these below lol

First WIP is done! hopefully I can continue in this pace lol... next is perhaps the tedious part... Sanding the nubs and polishing.. along with cementing and minor joint mod for easier to paint...

After 3 Months from last Gunpla & Figures loot lol.....

Yeah... its been a while since my last loot lolz..... Should have arrived earlier but Pos Malaysia being lazy and make me pickup the loot instead they send it like usual... its even not that big box lolz..

pics was taken with my Xperia Mini Pro camera as I dont have my camera at the moment ^^;;

This time I bought HGUC Jesta for MVPFigure (B-Mecha) Jesta Group Build as I posted in the last Blog entry ^^.. with extra purchase of HG Gundam AGE-1 Normal just to see how much new gunpla tech they included in the new series.. The new Gundam AGE anime is starting pretty good.. Ep1 and 2 is very nice and I pretty much like it..

I also buy this item, WAVE Option Parts for ZD a.k.a Ariff Rumy Azmi for his project..

EDIT - Bought wrong one, given the wrong link ^^;;

Will start the Jesta and AGE-1 simultaneously, double build lol but with its oud WIP entry.. Both I will do simple Painted Build.. no heavy mod, pla-plating, or scratch building, just simple mod and seamlines fix ^^

Oh and about the GN-XIII Custom WIP, my friend borrowed my camera last week and all the WIP Photo that I took is still in the memory card.. I forgot to copy it into my pc before handed to him lol ^^;;.. so I guess when he give back the camera then I can post it... before that I think Jesta & AGE-1 WIP will appear before that..will have to use my Xperia Mini Pro camera then ^^;;

HGUC Jesta - WIP 00 Planning and Ideas

Color Scheme and Unit Name ....

Hi guys.. Its been near a month since last post lol.. now I'm back with new project! (Backlogs : JIIIIIIII) >_<;;;

This is my second time for group build and this time its HGUC Jesta from Gundam Unicorn Series. B-Mecha is hosting HGUC Jesta Group Build which already started and some of the participant already starts building and already finish it *BD77* lol..

I'm waiting for my Jesta to arrive and while waiting I'm currently planning and sparking some ideas for this project ^^.

First, the build type... I want to do relax building on this guy, so I'm going to do Painted Normal Build... Painted OOB with cleaned nubs and seamlines. No pla-plates, modding, panel line scribing, just normal build, theres bunch of backlogs that I havent finish due pla-plates, modding and panel line scribing, which takes more time to finish.. sometimes I got a lil bit busy, making further more delays and by the time want to continue only did little progressing ^^;;.. so this time I choose Painted Normal Build... hope can finish faster ^^

Second is color scheme... For the past work that I've done.. I use Red (00 Gundam), Purple (Reborns), and Maroon (Sinanju) for my painted build.. and future color scheme for MG GN-X (Gunmetal/Red) and Gunmetal/Dark Grey/Light Grey for HG GN-XIII that already decided... so I'm going to go with Blue-ish color scheme.. added some gunmetal and silver here and there.. with Red lens and stufs..I have already done Color Scheme mockup and you can see it below~

Third and last is the Unit Name or Custom Name.. Since I choose blue-ish color scheme, I was thinking to name it after Blue name but in other context or language... so I did some research and gathering some info and some of the name that came up pretty interesting... theres top 3 that cought my eyes.. first Azrak in Arabic language which obviously means Blue... second is Azurite, a type of blue crystal/mineral.. and Azul for Blue in Spanish... So in the end I choose Azul because its kinda cool, easy to say and short :D... so this unit will be called AZUL JESTA :D.. the unit code will just add -A behind it.. so, RGM-96X-A ^^

Thats all for now I think next part will be WIP 01 when the kit arrives~~

To Aru Shumi no Tsukinari goes mobile~

More user friendly to view my blog ^^ ....

Recently I went to see and read my blog via Mobile and my Mini Pro loads it fine.. but for mobile view its just too much going on.. and takes a while to loads... further more the page got small since it shows all the stuffs on the page and had to zoom in to clearly read it..

So I did some research and read blogger dev blog and stumble upon new stuffs in all new improved blogger dashboard.. apparently Google add a nice feature on Template section that they add new mobile function.. Basically all the did is just took the post area and make it fit to mobile.. which is what I'm looking for XD.. Altho that you cant choose custom template.. but I didnt mind it coz I will view it on mobile anyway.. no need extra stuffs cramped on my mobile screen ^^... so I choose already made template that matches my current custom template for my blog.. which is dark color.. and I previewed it and it works really well ^^

Really glad that Google took time to add mobile function on blogger which makes more viewer can read blogs on the go!.. Kudos Google! XD

This is very unexpected loot for me lolz... Had seen some of reviews over the internet and droolling on the pics each time seeing pics on the net.. It took a while it to comes into my area... but today I just stumble upon it and without further due.. ninja get it!! XD...

Yeap.. this is my new smartphone!.. Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro!!

This new baby is Awesome! much more better than its big brother X10 Mini Pro.. powered by 1Ghz processor with bigger internal memory and much more higher resolution with bigger screen...
I just love it XD..

I forgot to take pic for comparison between this Xperia Mini Pro and old Xperia X10 Mini Pro. I sold the old one to my close friend to cover up the cost of this phone.. granted only payed half of the price XD..

I think I cant sleep tonight LOL...

New Design and First Anime Tshirt Sneak Peak.....

Its been a while since my last post entry lol.. got a bit busy plus lazy and stuffs.. yes I'm still building gunpla.. but in a very slow pace... ^^;;.. Non Scale Saber-san WISP 01 - Snap Fit 01

First ever Kotobukiya Plamo kit ... and I didnt go well ^^;; ......

Yeap.. I jumped the wagon and build her!

Its been a while since last post ^^;;.. and yet again delayed post >_< ... haha.. bought this plamo while ago. My first koto kits, instead buying mecha like Zoids, Armored Core, or Frames Arm... I bought Saber-san.. simply coz its Saber ... LOL..

anyways.. this kit is really cute.. I mean.. look at her.. lol.. lets go around on the runners..

What is a model kit/plamo if it didnt comes with a manual?

The A plate is a silver molded for hands, arm armor, and chest parts...

B plate got 2 identical which is for side skirt armor, leg and feet.

C also got 2 identical for arm parts.. theres 2 item that cutted off from the runner.. I wonder what it is

The D plate is for pants, and inner skirt parts..

E, F, G and H are just tiny plates which E and F is for waist part, G is for arms, and H is for neck...

I plate is all for the hair ^^ quite yellow the color

the K plate is for the Excalibur sword.. kinda neat that they give the transparent one and the like always kotobukiya like to paints their kit for consumer :D.. very nice!

This is the first time that I got from a model kit.. runnerless parts complete with pre-painted :D, awesome!

They also provide water slide decal for those who like to paints! :D

and Finally the PC runner.. it only got 10 pieces.. mostly for feet, side armor, and more i forgot lol

This paper is for ordering runners and parts incase u messed up.. which I did.. unfortunately.. read more below lol

The manual.. theres a few pages that got full color page.. except the assembling manual which as usual B/W..

The build is started with the leg first.. its kinda straight forward.. the knee joint didnt use any polycaps..

The feet.. theres polycap there inside the front feet part.. that u connect with he back part's peg..

A little look after done the leg.. its pretty nice.. the joint is pretty stiff and the articulated feet is a plus :D

Went zombie a lil bit and complete the lower half body :D.. please note that the side armor is pretty loose.. the ball polycap didnt stick well into the whole on the side skirt.. I dunno why they use ball polycap <_<... after moving around the side armor.. it pop off.. ^^;;...

Also note that.. the back of the waist, some parts are hard to put together.. must be carefull so did not break the parts.. I dont have pic of that.. will update it soon..

and my zombie mode stop after this happened... orz..

The peg is too thin I guess.. when I try to put the parts together, its kinda thight and tried to put a lil force on it.. then snap.. ^^;; tried to be carefull tho.. gonna fix this up!

Also I did this quick image for Hobbylink Japan's Gunpla TV 'I love Gunpla TV' contest :D

Oh yeah.. GN-XIII got a lil delay... coz all the images I took and edited in the pc is gone due HDD died.. so I had to redo all over again.. it will takes time.. some of the pic I need to retake coz I cut when transfer the image from the camera >_<;;

Saber Lily ~Unlimited Codes~

1/8 Saber Lily by Gift.....

A bit delayed review ^^;;.. This Saber Lily arrived 5 days ago.. bought it as usual from Amiami.jp with price 7,280 yen excluding shipping. Shipping cost is about 1,770 yen Registered SAL ^^;; nothing fancy about it as usual arrived less than 10 days except delayed and stuffs from local post office >_<;;;...

This Saber Lily is sculpted by the same guy that did Movic Saber Alter - Satoshi Toda (Principality of Kagutsuchino) meaning that this Saber got whole tons of details XD... Everything about her I totally love it. The armor details, the dress sculpts, the face is really nice and the color is just awesome..The paint job is pretty metallic and pure =D

The accessories comes with her just only 2 items, the Caliburn Sword and Base, The base is alot bigger than Saber Alter and got mirror on it! lol.. very nice touch~ theres some scratches but its just on the protective film.. I didnt tear it up, just leave it that way ^^... the assembly onto the base is very easy.. which is good, everything is pretty nice and theres only minor flaw like the pointy hair that got some nubs thinggy there.. otherwise its very nice figure..

anyway I have nothing more to say... pic spams begins

I recently bought something that I stumble upon when shopping lol... its the gift wrapping paper.. and I got nice Orangeish marble design on it.. so I ninja grab it and went home.. start photoshooting experiment lolol.. Thats why got a lil bit delay on this review.. ^^;;

Rearranged my soon to be Sabers-o-shelf since Saber Lily arrives.. the space is getting cramped now lol! >_<

Late June Loots

More Sabers~~~ lol......

Finally picked up yesterday at post office ^^;;.. Turns out that they already tried to send to my home.. but theres no one, probably my brother went out eat or something.. they did left the pickup card.. but I think my brother didnt noticed it ..

The loots comes with 2 separate packages.. 1 is the Saber Lily PVC and the other one is Saber-san plamo with another item that belongs to Nazree Anuar a.k.a BD77

As usual Mr.Guardy is guarding the loots lol..

Will do the Saber Lily PVC reviews in separate post since I'm linking it to the Tabs up there.. better this way than mixed with other stuffs ^^

Not sure if I'll just jump the wagon and build Saber-san or just wait till 2 or 3 backlogs done (HG GN-XIII Custom and MG GN-X Custom) then builds Saber-san.. need to decided on that ^^;;

The other loot is belong to Nazree Anuar.. I helped him to get this Mameshiki Cirno from Touhou by Liquid Stone a division under Amiami and I think its an limited item (?).. will send to him this Sunday ^^

MG 00 Gundam Seven Sword / Gun

Finally announced! Release Sep 2011 at 5,500 yen

Just a quick post XD

Yeap.. I knew eventually Bandai will release 00 Gundam's variation.. but didnt expect it to be so soon.. to be released 4 months after MG 00 Raiser released.. I was about planning to buy MG 00 Raiser like in the next 2 months.. but since Bandai is getting out the Seven Sword variation.. I think gonna hold until Seven Sword released then I Might gonna buy both MG 00 Raiser and Seven Sword lol.. and doing quad build with Exia and Quanta ... this is going to be crazy LOL..

Looking at the pic here.. It should included the GN Sword II Blaster since the code name is 00 Gundam 7S/G.. all the Seven Sword weapons is in the pic except the GN Sword II Blaster.. Maybe they forgot to put it there. or still in development.. I dunno lol.. I guess they didnt print out the 3D sample yet...

About the kit it self... first impression is just BADASS... the GN Buster Sword II that mounted on the GN-Drive is just perfect.. the length of the sword is good and can support from side heavy since the weight of the Buster Sword .. The Katar can either mount on the knee or on the GN-Drive which is add the versatile to the kit :D

The sample didnt have color yet altho I thought the 00 Gundam should be in color since its already released.. but I think Bandai wants to show us just grey.. teasing us lolz..

With the price a bit cheaper than 00 Raiser, 1,000 yen cheaper making this kit 5,500 yen.. I think its reasonable.. and I think this will be include the led also.. maybe 2 of them? I dunno, we have to wait and see then..

-Updates-

New scans from magazine on MG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G with GN Sword II Blaster shown...and I must say.. BADASS.. with GN Sword II Blaster, Seven Sword look more complete and balanced ^^.. it also can be mounted on the GN Drive which is another plus for this kit..

Also in the second pic we can see all the weapon sorted... The GN Katar will get an attachment parts for mount on the GN-Drive.. and looking at the Buster Sword.. I think there will be LED unit in there since theres clear parts when the Buster Sword opened so I guess MG 00 Gundam Seven Sword will have at least 4 LED location, Head, GN-Drives and the Buster Sword... not sure about the Buster Sword part.. but I think it has one..

Lastly.. DAT EPIC POSE!!.. I wonder it doesnt supported by stand seems I dont see any stand on the Buster Sword.. if this pose can be done without the stand.. this gonna be one epic MG kit XD

Other than that.. Bandai also announced SD 00 Gundam Seven Sword.. to be release also Sep 2011 with price 800 yen... Good stuff there..

To Aru Shumi no Tsukinari hits year 2 and counting.. =D

Like any other blog anniversary, obligatory anniversary blog post!! lol. Its been 2 years since I start blogging.. So these 2 years I've came across many things... learning more stuffs...meeting more awesome guys..familiarize with facebook and stuffs..got poisoned like never before lolz... Its been a fun and orzing at the same time haha

aand... from more backlogs.. to TONS backlogs... lolz..

don't forget from Saber.. to Saberzzzzzz lol

Anyway.. lets do some blog analysis...

As I type this post the current Pageviews/Hits is 76,891 since June 2010.. note that Blogger starts the Stats application in June 2010 so theres no data before that date and since my blog started a year before the Blogger's Stats appear.. my Hits should be a bit higher than this ^^

The most post that generates hits overall is MG 00 Quanta post at 4,840 hits theres no surprise here since Quanta is famous lol... behind it folowing the Full Saber post.. again.. no surprise here and Full Saber set is awesome~

This kinda quite unexpected ... the most URL hits are come from Busterbeam website... Thanks man XD.. folowing below is from otaku.fm.. Altho I no longer going there.. I guess my login still alive then ^^;;... Zoidiect comes at 3rd.. not to mention Khaidir Semail, Chubby and along with Z .. Thanks guys :D

Like always... google are at the top with whooping hits 12,137.. since its a search engine site.. it was expected ^^... and theres bunch more google sub there lol

MG 00 Quanta comes first for the search hits with 798.. this sure shows thats ppl love quanta lol.. nothing weird been searched here.. hehe safe~~

US and Malaysia is the top 2 for viewers hits with 18,431 and 12,685 respectively.. which is my expectation to who visit my blog ^^...

huge energy sword is huge.. kinda look like harisen lolz

Its been 2 days this loot has been arrived... like always.. bought from my all time favorite online shop amiami.jp XD... shipped 2 June 2011 and arrived to Malaysia 9 June 2011 and to my home 13 June 2011... delayed due weekend ^^;;..

I bought it with price 7,280 yen (25% off pre-order) from 9,333 yen normal price which is awesome.. shipping cost is around 1,850yen Registered SAL and Total cost is 9,130 yen which is still cheaper than normal price XD..

The sculpture is just superb.. love every inch of it! The gloss armor finish, the face, the base, the skirt.. everything is perfect lol.. and DAT SWORD!

The box is same as Saber Excalibur box.. and I like the matte finish on the boxart.. unlike the Saber Excalibur which is glossy with gold bling :D

The huge sword.. comparison with mr.guardy... that is HUGE..

The transparent effect are extra nice~

Bought it at Mydin Mall with price only RM29.90.. this desk lamp will make me easier to do gunpla works and for photograph figures/gunpla XD

Testing the lamp.. it use E27 type of bulb.. I use 11 wats Energy Saving bulb ^^.. its quite good and very bright.. love it XD

New loot! from Kiwami Damashi Garo line :D new member sanjou!

Arrived yesterday as usual about 10days from Amiami.jp.. this is a part of another loots soon will arrive.. I seperate the shipping since its cheaper this way than combined (over 3100 yen for shipping alone ^^;;) I bought this guy about 1,170 yen and shipping about 340 yen (+ 410 yen for registered SAL)....

The packaging is a bit thicker than Garo's since the cape is kinda big.. and theres one big weapon inside ^^

HG GN-XIII Custom WISP 02 - Sanding and Cements

A bit delayed post ^^;;

This post was supposed to publish like few days ago lol.. got flu and headache a bit that time... rest a bit there ^^;;.. Anyway.. here Part 2 of GN-XIII Custom!...

I've done sanded the cemented parts of the upper body while doing it took some before and after for comparison ^^

Before that.. I've cemented the lower part of the kit and waiting to be cure

And sanded the rest of the parts...

By the time taking this pic.. I havent sanded the skirt parts ^^;;...

Next will be pla-plating.. and hopefully got it done a lil bit faster and not to get sick and stuffs ^^

New loots will arrives soon.. nyehehehe

HG GN-XIII Custom WISP 01 - Warming Up

Codename : GN-X Mugetsu.....

Next project will be this guy =D. After a few days bought this kit, I started building this kit 2 days ago.. gonna do basic modding to this kit like pla-plates, paints and stuffs.. Its a sudden loot and quite sudden project lolz..

Since I have a quite free time from now on.. I hope can do gunpla-ing more and finish up what I left on those backlogs that keep staring at me lolz..

Okay.. for starter just like everyone else... the box art and runners...

I quite supprise that this kit only got 3 runners (excluding pc runner) XD that... so little.. given that.. we got load tons of annoying foil stickers.. I refuse to take pic of it ^^;;..

This is what I did when I was working overtime 2 days ago.. slowly progressed..

and returned home last night after cleaning and setting up for new workdesk and did the the rest upper body part... cemented parts that needed to..

I cut the back peg thinggy on the faceplate part.. for easy removing and attaching after cementing the head part..

And as usual, make some box and throw stuffs in there for next build session :D

Next gonna do the rest of the lower parts, cementing, and starts pla-plating on this guy..

I haz room now =D

Just quick note... I has now moved from my dad's CC and back to home and acquired quite nice room ^^... setup everything and stuffs..

my new workshop and setup :D

I've started working on my HG GN-XIII and will post the WISP soon.... ^^, since I has a quite free time from now on.. I hope can pace up the progress and move to backlogs and stuffs :D

and a hobby shop coverage in Perak =D

Just went a company trip to Perak 3 days ago ^^.. It was fun and very tired lol... was going to lurk more but since time restrain and tight schedule only went few place... Only last day of the trip went we was going to go back to Terengganu.. Stopped at Ipoh Parade for window shopping lol... I just follow around and went all the place inside Parkson Ipoh Parade and stumble upon this particular Gunpla hobby shop XD... its Kiroro Trading (previously known as Kiroro Hobby)

along with the discovery, I bought this guy from the shop.. get 10% off from the price listed =D RM55 to RM49 which is pretty good deal ^^

for this kit I will build a custom out of it with the name HG GN-XIII/M Custom Mugetsu ... color scheme? hm... Gray/GunMetal/DarkBlue/Silver ish.. not sure when to start.. immediately or after a certain backlogs done lol
