One, "Huh, studying again? When you think you are getting married?". Two, "How can you even think about torturing yourself again?".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me answer both here. Next time if anyone ask me the same question, I'm just going to give the permalink to this post! :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;"Huh, studying again? When you think you are getting married?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I have always maintained that I have no intention of settling down prior to completion of my PhD - even when I was doing MSc. While I agree there are women out there who managed marriage and studies, I know I am not one of them. It takes a great person to juggle both, and although I do multitask at times, it is not that easy. Hate to say this, but yes, I am afraid I would fail in either role I have to pay if I get married while studying or vice versa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Getting married and producing babies should not be the only aim of one's life. Plus, is there any rules saying I should get married at 28? :-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;"How can you even think about torturing yourself again?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I admit my MSc was long (3.5 years) and torturous. Half way through the project, I almost gave up. I gave myself an ultimatum - buck up within the next 3 months or quit. To my surprise, things got better and I completed the project. Now, I can only regard that as a learning experience for me to face tougher challenge - PhD. Another 3 years of 'torture', I'll get what I always dream of. I am prepared for it. So, no worries about me okie? ;-)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Amazingly, I got this quote in my mailbox today:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(51, 204, 255); font-weight: bold;"&gt; "The victory one gets after hard work is priceless."&lt;/span&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/337625388/it-was-tough-and-still-is.html" title="It was tough and still is" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=1003483900328158358" title="6 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/1003483900328158358/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1003483900328158358" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1003483900328158358" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/07/it-was-tough-and-still-is.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-7735370347977609612</id><published>2008-07-14T12:07:00.000+08:00</published><updated>2008-07-14T12:07:33.594+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Malaysia" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="revivemyblogpost" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Malaysian Indian Bloggers" /><title type="text">Some updates</title><content type="html">I'm guilty of disappearing from everyone's blog. I even have to excuse myself from my usual Friday post. I don't know if its lack of will to post/blog-hop or it was truly due to my busy schedule. Everything still seems to be blur to me - thanks to the attack by flu virus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, the last 2 weeks have been eventful. We had second &lt;a href="http://www.mindsblog.com/"&gt;MIB&lt;/a&gt; gathering at Chilli's. It was fun to meet everyone again. The photos are uploaded &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Malaysian-Indians-Blog-MIB/17327479671#/album.php?aid=24523&amp;amp;id=17327479671"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. We have made several changes to the structure of MIB and back with a bang! We now have a page in &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Malaysian-Indians-Blog-MIB/17327479671"&gt;facebook&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://twitter.com/mindsblog"&gt;twitter&lt;/a&gt; as well. Check them out! :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soon, after the gathering, i fell sick *sigh*. Only get to be online once a while. But in that mean time, I got invite to contribute blog posts to a brand new blog - &lt;a href="http://revivemyblogpost.blogspot.com/"&gt;revivemyblogpost&lt;/a&gt;! It's a brilliant and fresh idea by &lt;a href="http://4-4-4-4.blogspot.com/2008/07/revive-my-blog-post.html"&gt;3point8&lt;/a&gt;. The blog is set up mainly to revive our ancient posts for everyone's read. It has just been launched today and I am scheduled to submit my post 2moro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And today, my Monday started with a longer than usual traffic jam (reminds me of my previous post). I think its due to the closure of roads in KL and maybe roadblocks as well. It is so &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;mah fan&lt;/span&gt;! Ah.. never mind. Continue with loose powder, eye liner, mascara, lip balm, lip stick and finally lip gloss. Yes, it's in that order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grab the court shoes - wishing you bought the heels you saw last Sunday at the mall :-|. Everything is fine until you reach the junction. Worst nightmare - the bad traffic jam starts 1km before it usually does. You swear at the driver in front of you. Moments later, same words against the driver at your right and then, the one at your left.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After a grueling 55 mins, you reach your office. Oh yea, it's 10am now and you suppose to be in at 9am. Your boss looks at you. You are expecting the worse and then....he smiled.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You smile at him and enter your cabin. Well, not actually broke down but it got overheated and I had to immediately stop the car. It's freaky to see smoke coming out of engine and I was literally 'convincing' her not to burst! Its funny when I think about it now, but at that point, I couldn't care less.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No, Kancil didn't explode and my mechanic came to save my day. I just got her back moments ago and apparently there was a leakage. Okie, finally the problem has been settled. Probably she got upset that now I am trying to sell her off. Looks like she doesn't want to leave :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That was one story and another one will be about our lovely motorist. I am glad that &lt;a style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);" href="http://www.she-shines.blogspot.com/"&gt;my sis &lt;/a&gt;was by my side today. Thank God I brought her along. If not, I would have been sitting by the roadside alone, waiting for the mechanic to arrive and subject myself to verbal abuse of passing motorist. Seriously, I never thought there are so many uncivilised persons on the road in Malaysia. I don't feel like describing it in detail. I think you guys know what I am talking about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I didn't forget its Nostalgic Friday today. Here is my choice for the 46th week:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/WBmItFznTH4&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;fs=1&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1"&gt;&lt;param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/WBmItFznTH4&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;fs=1&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Movie: Meera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Song: Butterfly&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vikram was not a popular star back then and I can't remember anything about this movie except this song. I do not know if such word exist but I maintain the cleanliness of every single space I occupy, and the post about my office desk two weeks back is a proof of this. While I love to clean, I now have a serious problem of coping with that task. Okie, call it my laziness, but I really can't bring myself to wake around carrying huge electric household items like a vacuum cleaner. One moment I need it to vacuum my car, and another moment I need it to vacuum the carpet in my bedroom. Its a never ending ordeal!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img alt="5238dd240x180public" src="http://socialspark.com/uploads/socialspark/public/assets/172/5238DD240x180public.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But now, &lt;a href="http://socialspark.com/metrics/click/post?slot_id=8805&amp;amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dirtdevil.com%2Faccucharge" rel="nofollow"&gt;Dirt Devil&lt;/a&gt; gives an interesting option for people like me. It's portable design not only convenient for the users, but also saves energy. Yes, it saves up to 70% energy - an exclusive feature which won it &lt;a href="http://www.dirtdevil.com/AccuCharge" rel="nofollow"&gt; Energy Star &lt;/a&gt; status! So, technically this pretty thing is going to save your time, save your hard earned cash and help you to do your bit to save the environment! That is three in one! Further more, you don't have to carry heavy vacuum cleaner or it's cable around. So girls, you can stop building excessive muscle there!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://socialspark.com/metrics/click/disclosure?slot_id=8805&amp;amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dirtdevil.com%2Faccucharge" id="disclosure_bar_698" onmouseout="itk_disclosure_badge.hide();ad_closed=true;" onmouseover="ad_closed=false;itk_disclosure_badge.show(698, 'ss', 8805);" rel="nofollow"&gt;&lt;img alt="Sponsored by Dirt Devil AccuCharge" src="http://socialspark.com/metrics/view/post?slot_id=8805&amp;amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fsocialspark.com%2Fuploads%2Fsocialspark%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2Fdisclosure_badges%2F8266%2Fgray_disclosure_badge.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/322067688/save-energy-while-you-clean.html" title="Save energy while you clean" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/8107064550229247215/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/8107064550229247215" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/8107064550229247215" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/save-energy-while-you-clean.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-2463346551451086922</id><published>2008-06-27T13:56:00.004+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-29T10:57:29.550+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="song" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Fridays" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="issues" /><title type="text">The paranoids</title><content type="html">&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp0.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SGSBEewZQNI/AAAAAAAAAok/kl4qw3s331o/s1600-h/24512510.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 279px; height: 209px;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SGSBEewZQNI/AAAAAAAAAok/kl4qw3s331o/s400/24512510.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5216436182377382098" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are paranoids.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, most of us are paranoids. While certain degree of caution is needed for us to keeping on going and obviously to live in today's world, I don't think its necessary of us to be suspicious of every human being or every single thing we see.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When the a Gerakan member decided to take a job offer from a DAP-lead state government, he came under the fire from his party. He was seen as a person who betrayed his party but he only asked for them to see beyond the party flag. He was chosen because he was the man for that job and he was trusted even by an opponent party. But his own people (so to speak) failed to see this and of course, eventually he resigned from the party. In the end, his own party lost a credible person just because he is in &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;someone else's&lt;/span&gt; payroll.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is not only confined to politics but even to our daily affairs as well:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Imagine being suspicious of your mechanic.. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;did he actually fix the car brake properly?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Imagine being suspicious of your rival neighbor's 5 year old daughter befriending your son.. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;what is this girl trying to do to my son?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Imagine being suspicious of the vegetable seller at the &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;pasar malam.&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;did he spray excessive pesticides on these?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Imagine being suspicious of your MP whom you (and your entirely family) unanimously voted for... &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;he is on a deal with the opposition?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can go on and on with this list. But let me ask you if such paranoid thinking would give you a peace of mind? It won't, and why would we want to subject ourselves to such mental agony? At times, we just have to trust people. Yes, we have to carefully analyze the situation and be prepared with a Plan B. That's all it takes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone can ask questions, but it takes a genuine person to answer it truthfully. And when one does, it is only wise to accept it with a little caution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;***&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;object height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/m3szvBsMpU0&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1"&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/m3szvBsMpU0&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Song: Pulveli&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Movie: Aasai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Brilliant song which brings you closer to the nature. Your blog has nothing else except for truth and only the true experiences of your life. You were enjoying sharing them with your newly found blogmates, who gives suggestions and criticisms without having to face you in real. But your blog is well hidden from those you know in the real world. Everything seems to be fine...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Until one fine day, you found out that a cousin of yours has been reading your blog. Or your parents found out your blog by accident. Worse, your boss bumped to your blog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not that it landed you in a bitter row or civil suit, but it's the feeling of you being watched. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;You feel you are not invisible in the blogworld. I am still a newbie in SocialSpark, and I have created a profile there only few weeks ago. You may check out &lt;a href="http://socialspark.com/bloggers/tulipspeaks"&gt;my profile.&lt;/a&gt; One thing I noticed about this site, it has beautiful red colour theme. It’s my favourite!! &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The site is a bit complex and I am still learning. Guess it won’t take that long before I can call myself a pro in SocialSpark. However, I found that I could meet new blogger friends from any part of the world and at the same time I could grab high-paying opportunities. One of such friend I met is &lt;a href="http://socialspark.com/bloggers/bumbl3b33"&gt;bumbl3l33&lt;/a&gt;. Her profile is as hot as her nick too, you may like her too. Besides reviewing other friend’s blog, have them reviewing yours, you also could exchange links to improve your Page Rank. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;You can also turn the table and become an advertiser! Isn’t that cool? I have reserved some new opportunities and they put me in the waiting list. Besides, I have prop couple of profiles too. Hopefully I will get hold of one or two good opportunities soon. How about you guys? Have you signed up for SocialSpark? How do you find it?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;*Brought to you by Social Spark&lt;/p&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/313715657/spark.html" title="The Spark!" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/1092675906994863690/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1092675906994863690" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1092675906994863690" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/spark.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-3296297322664815163</id><published>2008-06-16T16:51:00.000+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-16T16:51:00.594+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="misc." /><title type="text">Proud owner</title><content type="html">I am now a proud owner of....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3122/2576741581_4ee477fd3b.jpg" alt="" height="500" width="475" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;One of the most gorgeous set of costume jewellery that I own. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=11"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3192/2560496569_2fda45be34_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=34"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3066/2560496817_7e8990e2d4_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/312952726/proud-owner.html" title="Proud owner" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=3296297322664815163" title="9 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/3296297322664815163/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/3296297322664815163" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/3296297322664815163" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/proud-owner.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-1956753058686303753</id><published>2008-06-13T20:09:00.002+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-13T22:25:04.018+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="photo" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="personal" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="song" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Fridays" /><title type="text">Nostalgic Friday 43: how nostalgic this can be?</title><content type="html">Finally I got the photos from the organizers! :) You may want to read my previous post about the award I received from the Society &lt;a style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/03/wonderful-thursday.html"&gt;HERE&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Okie okie.. nothing much there except for a photo, which summarised the whole thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe now I can &lt;s&gt;brag&lt;/s&gt; elaborate a bit about it. It was an award for the Best Postgraduate Student@Postgrad Prize in the field of nutrition given by the Nutrition Society of Malaysia. Its an annual thingy and each year max 3 master graduates and max 3 PhD graduates will be selected nationwide for the award. This year, 3 master graduates and only 1 PhD graduate were selected. The award comes with a certificate and some handy cash prize as well :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3019/2572442933_74e962b6b0.jpg" alt="NSM best postgrad award" height="375" width="500" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Award was given by the Founder of NSM - Dr Choong. Oh boy, I'll sleep well tonite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Besides, my little sister has &lt;a href="http://she-shines.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;revived her blog again&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/a&gt; Hopefully it will last this time *grins again* This week's Nostalgic Friday is dedicated to her and her "she-shines":&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;object height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/knyX_oQbwo0&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1"&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/knyX_oQbwo0&amp;amp;hl=en&amp;amp;rel=0&amp;amp;color1=0x5d1719&amp;amp;color2=0xcd311b&amp;amp;border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="349" width="425"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Venillave with a little twist :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=11"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3192/2560496569_2fda45be34_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=34"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3066/2560496817_7e8990e2d4_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;script type="text/javascript" src="http://widgetserver.com/syndication/subscriber/InsertWidget.js?appId=a2a81ccc-863e-4d7b-9327-b573093c1641"&gt;&lt;/script&gt;&lt;noscript&gt;Get the &lt;a href="http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/twtthis"&gt;Twit This Button&lt;/a&gt; widget and many other &lt;a href="http://www.widgetbox.com/galleryhome/"&gt;great free widgets&lt;/a&gt; at &lt;a href="http://www.widgetbox.com"&gt;Widgetbox&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/noscript&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/311118757/nostalgic-friday-43-how-nostalgic-this.html" title="Nostalgic Friday 43: how nostalgic this can be?" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=1956753058686303753" title="17 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/1956753058686303753/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1956753058686303753" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1956753058686303753" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/nostalgic-friday-43-how-nostalgic-this.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-7399522034085564842</id><published>2008-06-12T14:06:00.004+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-12T14:59:07.543+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="blog" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="issues" /><title type="text">Being judged</title><content type="html">&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SEvtlVbz4PI/AAAAAAAAAnU/tQYnhHzo0Sc/s1600-h/26-42323.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 234px; height: 332px;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SEvtlVbz4PI/AAAAAAAAAnU/tQYnhHzo0Sc/s400/26-42323.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5209518619648844018" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you publish a blog post, post a picture in Flickr or start a Facebook account, you are subjecting yourself to be known to 6B people out there. The is no such thing as 'maintaining' a low profile when you have snaps and your life experience pasted here. You are known. Face it. And when you willingly put yourself on the limelight and of course, people will start judging you from that day onwards. We are vulnerable in cyberworld.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yea, this is a personal space of us, the bloggers. We are entitled to do whatever we want here without being questioned. BUT unlike our own home, we are not confined to 4 walls. Your neighbours can have 'full view' of whatever you are doing in your cyberspace. When that happens, couldn't it be more courteous to be humble?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you think you are entitled to an opinion of your own (which is true), so does Mak Minah who has a pisang goreng stall down the street. So does your distant cousin who secretly reads about your nights out with boyfriends. So does your greatest rival of the blogworld. So does the so-called obsessive Flickr fan of yours. The key is to be yourself without hurting other human beings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Guess that is not too much to ask.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;* a post out of my frustration reading posts just published to condemn others without facts, which I think is a wastage of space.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=11"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3192/2560496569_2fda45be34_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.manyaawards.com/?p=34"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3066/2560496817_7e8990e2d4_o.jpg" alt="Manya Blogger Awards" height="100" width="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/310194041/being-judged.html" title="Being judged" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=7399522034085564842" title="10 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/7399522034085564842/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/7399522034085564842" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/7399522034085564842" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/being-judged.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-7718213828230288693</id><published>2008-06-10T14:14:00.000+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-10T14:14:01.161+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="photo" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="personal" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Malaysia" /><title type="text">Shopping spree in GISF 2008</title><content type="html">I had a mega-shopping spree last Saturday. Mega not because I bought lot of stuff but also I did it all in a record time of 2 hours (*wink wink)! Simply put, it is a Malaysian Indian version of the famous Blogger Choice Awards. The differences? Manya is confined to short-listed Malaysian Indian blogs and awarded by Putera MIC, while Blogger Choice Awards is more global. As expected, there is a lot of criticisms thrown at Manya, but the efforts shown by Putera to gain back support of bloggers is commendable. No true blogger could be 'bought' by an award, and it will definitely not 'sway' us from our way of blogging. Some may not have that confidence, but I do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Alright, more about Manya...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't want to bore you all with facts which you can read in Manya's home page. There are few bloggers within our blogging community who have been nominated for this year's award, including yours truly. Most of the nominated bloggers have accepted their nomination. There are 9 categories of awards, and two more 'special' awards - Readers' Choice Award + Putera's Award.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Now, the most important part of the post...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp3.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SEn2rSs_c3I/AAAAAAAAAnM/toHb3FsSLw4/s1600-h/logo+test+1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SEn2rSs_c3I/AAAAAAAAAnM/toHb3FsSLw4/s400/logo+test+1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5208965667646042994" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;s&gt;Go to Manya Awards, and vote for me now!!&lt;/s&gt; :P Readers are required to rank the blogs in each category and voting period is for a month. She was staying in hostel and the hardest work I have to do was to drive her to her faculty/eatery everyday, and back home during the weekends. She never failed to make sure I have enough to eat and I never starved in my life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm1.static.flickr.com/115/304062945_ed3d812c19.jpg" alt="kancil" height="375" width="500" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not that I am complaining that she is not feeding me enough. She is a generous (ahem) person, and never left my stomach hit E. In turn, I was obedient to her. I still am. Never once I let her down by stopping in the middle of the road, and I will never do that to her. She spent most of her time with me, alone and I am the one she truly believes. We should never let down people who put their trust in us. Correct? :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know she has plans to sell me off soon, and I accept that fact. I'm getting old and she deserves a newer companion. She still feels bad about her decision to trade me off. I know. She loves me.&lt;br /&gt;But lately I feel I'm slowly becoming a burden for her. Well, as I said before - one reason is because I am ageing and another reason is the rising &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;food &lt;/span&gt;price. Can you imagine my &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;food &lt;/span&gt;gonna cost her at least RM55 (for a tank full)?? Right now Ammu is travelling alot, and she got to feed me at least once a week. Now, isn't that too much for this girl?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She is already thinking how to cut down her travelling. If there is a LRT service to her uni, she would have taken that, but sadly there is none. She is left with no option but to use me everyday. Geezz!! I feel really bad. I really wanna scream and tell that I don't wish to eat expensive &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;food stuff&lt;/span&gt; but well, I have no option here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please forgive me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lots of hugs,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Kancil 1980&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;EX 850&lt;/span&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/304567435/rising-fuel-price-kancils-point-of-view.html" title="Rising fuel price - Kancil's point of view" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=3939239880912397409" title="6 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/3939239880912397409/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/3939239880912397409" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/3939239880912397409" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/06/rising-fuel-price-kancils-point-of-view.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-46727059773770388</id><published>2008-06-02T10:53:00.002+08:00</published><updated>2008-06-02T12:17:18.822+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="photo" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="personal" /><title type="text">A perfectionist, I am</title><content type="html">I can't stand disorganized work place.&lt;br /&gt;I need to clean my room every week without fail.&lt;br /&gt;I fold clothes and even plastic bags carefully.&lt;br /&gt;I make sure all my pens have caps.&lt;br /&gt;Every single document is carefully arranged on my desk.&lt;br /&gt;The rubbish bin needs to be emptied everyday.&lt;br /&gt;I read everything I type at least twice before sending it off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And of course I got pissed when the Internet connection not even close to 'perfect'!!! There was a news in the local newspaper which revealed a bizarre festival in Vietnam. It is called &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;keo vo&lt;/span&gt; or simply - wife catching. Unable to believe my own eyes that such 'culture' exist at this era, I proceeded to google and landed in couple of news portals reported the &lt;a href="http://www.mysinchew.com/node/11235?tid=9"&gt;same news&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote style="color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;In Viet Nam’s remote Vang Ma Chai Commune, a boy can seek out a potential lover, ‘catch’ her and take her home as his wife without having to go through an official ceremony.....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;....children as young as 12 or 13 gather in the centre of the commune for another tradition, where a boy can seek out a potential lover, ‘catch’ her and take her home as his wife without having to go through an official ceremony.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was like ..huh?? what happen to the usual courting, dating and marriage? And 12, 13 year old kids doing that? I remember playing football with the boys when I was 12!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I read further...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;The girl will only be his if he manages to get her home. Once there, they live with each other and if after a few days they don’t like it, the girl can return home and wait for another suitor. As well as encouraging sex with minors, the habit is inevitably resulting in underage pregnancy.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was wondering what kinda culture is this. The boy just simply catch a girl, bring her back home, live/have sex and next day if he doesn't like her or she doesn't like him, she just come back home like nothing happens? :-S&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote style="color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;19-year-old Cheo Su Truong, employed at the commune’s veterinary unit. Truong is mother of two children, the oldest is five years old. Truong’s father became a grandfather when he was only 35.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;p style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Once the match is established, that’s yours for life, complains Ly Y Thong, who caught a wife when he followed his friends to the festival when he was 13 years old.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-style: italic;"&gt;“I have two children now. Sometimes I get so sick of my wife, she’s old. But I can’t divorce her.”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okie, so now.. if you don't send her back after few days, you are stuck with her for the rest of your life. You got married when you are 13, becomes a father at 19 and you are sick of your wife... Well, it sounds more like a life-sentence to me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;The custom began with the wish of poor people who were in love but couldn’t afford a proper wedding ceremony. Unfortunately the custom has evolved into something quite different.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank goodness they actually explained the 'original' custom at the end of the article. I think the origin of such culture made sense but now, it sounds disgusting to me. I don't understand what makes it to difference to enforce law in that community, but again, I am living in an entirely different environment from these people. Thus, I may not be able to understand the difficulty the law enforcers and the teachers are facing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't imagine someone 'catching' me to be his wife. Gross!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I still want a guy to droll over me like this video:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object height="355" width="425"&gt;&lt;param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/tCRBofKQe4E&amp;amp;hl=en"&gt;&lt;param name="wmode" value="transparent"&gt;&lt;embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/tCRBofKQe4E&amp;amp;hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" height="355" width="425"&gt;&lt;/embed&gt;&lt;/object&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Movie: Yaaradi Nee Mohini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Song: Yengeyo paarthe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Happy "Nostalgic Friday - 41" :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/301081653/wife-catching.html" title="Wife catching!!!!" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=4583697753703296899" title="10 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/4583697753703296899/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/4583697753703296899" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/4583697753703296899" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/05/wife-catching.html</feedburner:origLink></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12060222.post-1954010550601062113</id><published>2008-05-27T00:00:00.002+08:00</published><updated>2008-05-30T08:08:05.474+08:00</updated><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="blog" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Malaysia" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Malaysian Indian Bloggers" /><category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="issues" /><title type="text">Politicians, celebrities &amp; blogging</title><content type="html">&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp2.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrb9ZWpj8I/AAAAAAAAAlk/fYkUoi4zp8I/s1600-h/24628128.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrb9ZWpj8I/AAAAAAAAAlk/fYkUoi4zp8I/s320/24628128.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5204714167204417474" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The blogworld now is under intrusion. Serious - no joke. Those living in my part of the country would probably know what I am talking about(*hint - check out mahen's &lt;a href="http://www.bmahendran.com/?p=395"&gt;post)&lt;/a&gt;. I am not going to take sides and start to sort of attack those who caused such surge in blogging activities in Malaysia. I see it as a positive sign - even politicians from the ruling party (who used to say bloggers are mainly unemployed women) have taken up blogging. Besides, the recent developments in the country also has urged many M'sians (especially those of Indian origin) to take up blogging as well *applause! We are all blogmates now! ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But the question of originality arise whenever I come across these blogs. I have begin to wonder if the blogs of prominent politicians of the ruling party are actually created and maintained by them. Okie, some may be unleashing the blogger in them, but how about the others? These are people who don't even write their own speeches! Are they actually sitting in front of their costly-higher end-but-under utilised laptops? Or have they employed other individuals to blog on their behalf? If they did the later, do they actually visit their own blogs? Hmm.. I'm still wondering.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp3.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrcHpWpj9I/AAAAAAAAAls/l-TRZ9eOIZI/s1600-h/23310049.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrcHpWpj9I/AAAAAAAAAls/l-TRZ9eOIZI/s320/23310049.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5204714343298076626" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;If that is one dilemma the M'sian blogwo rld is facing, another form of 'blogs' is killing the spirit of blogging as well. Those are what I call 'copy-paste-blogs', and all you can find there will be political news articles copied and pasted as their posts! *sigh... We all have the access to news portals, and I don't think we need to read the same news again and again. Okie okie.. it's an important news, we got the point the every first time we read it! Maybe you could show some of your writing skills besides the copy-paste article?&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp2.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrb9ZWpj7I/AAAAAAAAAlc/9UPo_Z5wApw/s1600-h/24873510.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_OVPpOzWVyf4/SDrb9ZWpj7I/AAAAAAAAAlc/9UPo_Z5wApw/s320/24873510.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5204714167204417458" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then another group of people called celebrity bloggers. Blogging is serious business nowadays, and (certain) bloggers have clinched the celebrity blogger title, but when I read through their blogs, I can't find a single useful post which I think that would justify the tag 'celebrity blogger'. Seriously, I think that term needs to be banned! Everyone blogs as per their interests, and some celebrity bloggers ONLY blogs for others' interest. Its all about getting more hits and more hits and even more hits. The passion for blogging has died and since replaced by quest for popularity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe this may not go well with many people out there, but hey.. what's wrong in voicing it? Plus, deep down inside, we all know its true after all!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- Begin TwitThis (http://twitthis.com/) --&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;script type="text/javascript" src="http://s3.chuug.com/chuug.twitthis.scripts/twitthis.js"&gt;&lt;/script&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;script type="text/javascript"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- document.write('&lt;a href="javascript:;" onclick="TwitThis.pop();"&gt;&lt;img src="http://s3.chuug.com/chuug.twitthis.resources/twitthis_grey_72x22.gif" alt="TwitThis" style="border:none;" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;');&lt;br /&gt;//--&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/script&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- /End --&gt;</content><link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/tulipspeaks/~3/298460320/politicians-celebrities-blogging.html" title="Politicians, celebrities &amp; blogging" /><link rel="replies" type="text/html" href="http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12060222&amp;postID=1954010550601062113" title="5 Comments" /><link rel="replies" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.tulipspeaks.com/feeds/1954010550601062113/comments/default" title="Post Comments" /><link rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1954010550601062113" /><link rel="edit" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12060222/posts/default/1954010550601062113" /><author><name>tulipspeaks</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/11674952622484086379</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><feedburner:origLink>http://www.tulipspeaks.com/2008/05/politicians-celebrities-blogging.html</feedburner:origLink></entry></feed>
