Chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse, peanut butter ice cream, chili chocolate ice cream, white chocolate soft foam, on a crunchy chocolate soil. Mmm.

Waratah:

There’s an area on the Central Coast where you can see lots of these in the bush. Not so many this year as other years, but still spectacular to see.
