Punch. A female fronted hardcore band from San Francisco. There are too many reviews on this band already. You should know. I shouldn't have to tell you how great this band is. What you see here is the second press of the Push/Pull lp on San Francisco gray. This is the Punch Crew package which includes the lp and the t-shirt. Limited to 100. 50 on the east coast tour w/ Loma Prieta and the other 50 on Discos Huelga. Unfortunately, they are all sold out. Cheers.

Treat Me Like Your Mother

I have always had the The Dead Weather- Treat Me like Your Mother 7", but I have never ever ever seen the video. I get around to watching the video, and I had to watch it one more time so that I can try to understand what the video meant . Right after the the second time I watched it, I went to the restroom. While sitting on the toilet, haha I think to myself and told myself that-that is the most ridiculous video ever. It is just plain stupid! The song is great and so is Jack White, but this video made me really angry. Maybe, there is more to this than I think. Jack White could've done something better..no?

Week B4 Graduation

Today, I wake up to find a square package. The Doombox has arrived. :) This gorgeous flower folds out into a what many people call a stereo, boombox, or radio. It includes the trilogy CD with an instructions pamphlet that includes lyrics. Fortunately, I was able to Pre-order it, so mine is out of 145 on black. Hooray. Proud to say that I am not disappointed with this. I am soon to enjoy the new samples of the new six songs songs. Right away I can tell you that they are more raw and as brutal as you can imagine.

Dangers (Al)

This isn't a very good picture at all, but it is the best you can do with a camera phone. I went to go see Graf Orlock and Dangers at Chain Reaction on the 17th. Of course they were awesome. :).
The pit, or should I say the swarm of bees was intense-for both Gorlock and Dangers. Being rocked back and forth by the crowd was great although very sweaty. The performance was a brutal musical. We learned a little about Al and how the songs came to be. I am still waiting for my Anger LP. :| As for Graf Orlock. Well, there is no way that i can explain their performance. All i can really say is:

No Turning Back

So I start to collect little stuff for the special day. March 25th. The day we complete 2 years. :)

Together we collect records. So I thought to myself, what better gift to us than records. I have some that i already bought , some are not the best and the others will makes us smile. This isn't much, but I would really like to have this in there. these bands are really cool and it is supposed to be a test press ;)

The Magician

As I am missing the Gorlock show at The Smell on Sunday. I have my Tarot cards read. I learned that the cards feed off ones energy. They are to tell the most important thing that one is focused on. Or SHOULD be focused on. I was pretty nervous, I was shaking. I wanted to back out. I went through with it and this is how it went.
The First Reading was the Queen Of Swords(inverted), The Seven of Cups(inverted), and The Magician
The Second Reading was the 2 of Pentacles, The Tower(inverted), and the 4 of Swords
The Third an final Reading was the Page of Swords, Justice, and The World(inverted).
All together, it was not so bad. The first reading she told me that i was going through an emotional phase-which was true. The first reading was spot on. Everything else was true but not as shocking as the Queen of Swords and the Seven of Cups. I suddenly decided that I will look into this. I'm very interested. :) I'll be back with her in a year. Maybe something new next time.
