&lt;p style="clear: both;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://lynnsweigh.blogspot.com" target="_blank"&gt;Lynn  Haraldson&lt;/a&gt; is a freelance writer living in Pittsburgh, originally from  Minnesota. Lynn lost 168 pounds using Weight Watchers Online and has  successfully maintained for 4 years. She has blogged about her journey  on her blog Lynn’s Weigh and also co-authors a maintenance blog called &lt;a href="http://www.refusetoregain.com/"&gt;Refuse to Regain&lt;/a&gt; with Barbara Berkeley, M.D., an internist specializing in obesity. Lynn  has had numerous television appearances including the Today Show,  Entertainment Tonight and Oprah!&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
