I love photographing babies and children of all ages, but to be perfectly honest, not all kiddos like being photographed! Even after years of photographing children, it’s always a challenge capturing those adorable little smiles on camera!

Well meet baby boy Brayden, a ball of sunshine that just ADORED the lens! This little man must know he’s stinkin’ adorable because every time I pulled out the camera, he’d give me the biggest smile! Future modeling career ahead? I think so!

I had such a magical time photographing Tyler’s “The Little Prince” themed 2nd birthday party! Everything about Tyler’s big day was so beautifully and meticulously designed that I couldn’t help but “ooh and aah” at all the sights and smells! There was just so much talent that went into all the scrumptious food and dazzling decor!

Tyler’s celebration turned out to be a fun filled day complete with bouncy castle, Scooby Doo, balloon animals, face painting, tattoos and delectable little cake pops! All the kids had a blast and at the end of the day, Tyler drove off in style in his brand new yellow lamborghini!

Happy Birthday Tyler and a big thank you to his parents, Mina and Herman for inviting me to photograph such a momentous occassion!

Chubby babies are the cutest, especially little ones like Caleb! I absolutely loved working with this 3 month old butterball! He even fell asleep halfway through the session, allowing me to get some adorable shots of him snoozing away! Cute overload!!

I had a wonderful time photographing little Brendan and his family a few months ago at Liberty State Park in Jersey City! This little guy was definitely on the go and gave me quite the work out! One minute Brendan is running along the train tracks and the next he’s beelining for the playground! What a cutie!

Photographers make the worst…photographers

People always assume that as photographers, we probably take a million photos of our daughter every day. Although I wish that were the case, we spend more time photographing and editing photos of other people’s children than our own. I know, it’s terrible!

With that said, this post is dedicated to our beautiful daughter, Sydnie and our promise to capture more photos of her, no matter how busy we are! Time goes by too fast and before we know it, she’ll be a teenager and too cool to be followed around by her dorky parents with big cameras!

Even though it wasn’t going to be a traditional ceremony, all of Dahlia and Denielle’s close friends and family came to witness their very special day.
