Raspberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt {GIVEAWAY}

Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite treats. I’ve always preferred soft serve fro yo over ice cream. Even before it became trendy and frozen yogurt shops were on every block. I guess I started the trend:)

When we go to a frozen yogurt shop, I am always overwhelmed by all of the flavors and toppings. There are too many choices and since I am the worst at making decisions, it kind of stresses me out. I decided to make my own frozen yogurt at home. I went with Raspberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt because you can’t go wrong with raspberry and chocolate. One of my all-time favorite flavor combos!

Edamame Basil Hummus

It’s been a hot week in Utah. So much for a slight warm up to summer. Summer weather is in full swing! We’ve been eating a little lighter this week-Greek Quinoa Salad and my favorite Chickpea & Avocado Salad Sandwich. I also made Edamame Basil Hummus from The Yummy Mummy Kitchen Cookbook by Marina Delio, one of my new favorite cookbooks. The hummus was easy to make and perfect for a light lunch.

1. I had a wonderful Mother’s Day with my guys. They made me waffles for breakfast, gave me a sweet card, and made me dinner. It was a relaxing day! They also bought me raspberry bushes instead of flowers. I hope I don’t kill them:)

Spinach Artichoke Pesto Pizza

Remember the Spinach Basil Pesto recipe we posted on Monday? Well, we used that pesto to make the most amazing pizza ever-Spinach Artichoke Pesto Pizza. I am head over heels in love with this pizza. I loved it so much that I told Josh we could have pizza every day for dinner, if it was Spinach Artichoke Pesto Pizza. He said he was game! We both loved this pizza! And guess what? So did our little pea! This pizza was a hit all around!
