Mozzarella Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Panko Parmesan Crust-an easy recipe for every day dinner or entertaining.

Last week we invited friends over for dinner. I love having friends over because it gives us a chance to have other people taste our recipes. Oh, and the company is nice too:) I know I probably shouldn’t try new recipes when we are entertaining, to avoid stress, but I can’t help myself. I love creating new recipes and I love getting feedback before we post our recipes on the blog. I always warn our friends we are trying new recipes on them, but most of them enjoy being our guinea pigs:)

I asked Josh if he had any menu ideas and he suggested chicken. I was fine with that. I always make sure we have plenty of veggie sides:) We had Spinach Basil Pesto in the fridge so we made Mozzarella Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breasts.

1. Caleb loves mowing the lawn. I hope he still enjoys it when he’s 15.

3. Caleb has been insisting on sitting at the table with us. He wants to eat like a “big boy.” I love sitting across from this guy.

Hers

1. This week our thoughts and prayers are with the state of Oklahoma. My heart goes out to everyone affected. I grew up in the Midwest and tornadoes have always terrified me. I can’t even imagine what the people of Oklahoma are going through. Sending lots of love, peace, and comfort your way!

2. This is what happens while I am taking pictures for the blog. He loves getting into mama’s prop drawer!

Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our thoughts and prayers are with the state of Oklahoma.

Cookies and milk. Is there a better snack? Not in my world. Every day around 3:00 p.m. I get a cookie craving. I try to ignore the craving, but I usually give in. Cookies make me happy and happiness is important.

I recently baked up a batch of Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies and after one bite I was doing a happy dance. Once again, cookies saved my 3:00 slump.

Raspberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt {GIVEAWAY}

Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite treats. I’ve always preferred soft serve fro yo over ice cream. Even before it became trendy and frozen yogurt shops were on every block. I guess I started the trend:)

When we go to a frozen yogurt shop, I am always overwhelmed by all of the flavors and toppings. There are too many choices and since I am the worst at making decisions, it kind of stresses me out. I decided to make my own frozen yogurt at home. I went with Raspberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt because you can’t go wrong with raspberry and chocolate. One of my all-time favorite flavor combos!
