I currently am using 3 different lenses on a Nikon D50:

1) Tokina 11-16mm f2.8
2) Nikon 50mm f1.4
3) Nikon 105mm Micro f2.8

Very similar lenses can be found for Canon I am sure. I believe the Tokina makes the 11-16mm in a Canon mount, but the Canon's have a 1:1.6 reproduction ratio versus the Nikon's 1:1.5, so the angle will not be quite as wide.

Hi there. I found your Gallery code and had a look at your blog. I was wondering what lenses you have? Do you use a wide angle and zoom? What focal lengths are they?

I have a Canon, but I'm still curious. I like your site and Gallery is Gallerific. Although I have not implemented it just yet.

So, I got this email from a guy I work with, Todd. It had a link in it to twospy.com and I thought to myself... how ironic, this guy has a website that is the same name of my college roommate's brother's band name. Then I clicked on the website and saw that is was Trent's blog... crazy small world we live in. I guess Twospy is a thing of the past but the website lives on. I hope all is well.

Later,

Mattox

I would prefer a subscription-based off-site service... with Ubuntu native software.

Anyone know of any yet?

Volkswagen interiors must be an acquired taste. I've driven a few different VW models, and haven't liked the feel of any of them.

It's been the conventional wisdom of the past 10 years that to provide the best performance, protection, and capacity utilization for applications and databases, you need a robust storage array in a storage area network (SAN).
