Thank you all so much for the sweet comments and e-mails to yesterday’s post! I really appreciate them all so much, you’re the best!

I have to admit to being quite relieved that this is out in the open. Now onwards and upwards!

So how will this change affect the blog? I’m hoping it won’t. At last not in a big way. I still have the drive and energy to post but with the changes that are happening I might have to skip a post occasionally. As I said Wille comes first and with cooking dinner, checking homework and hanging out more I won’t have quite as much time on my hands as before.

I aim to continue posting daily Monday though Fridays but if I’m not there one day, don’t worry, I’m just busy concocting a particularly beefy stew that day.

As I got a little behind during the weekend for obvious reasons I’m a little stumped for a post today actually and I still need to prepare Wille’s packed lunch, bake a tart so the plums won’t spoil and make a new batch of Granola so I’m taking this opportunity to ask what you would like to see more of here in the future? Anything you think I might not have addressed yet or want to know my take on? I’m all ears!

Don’t worry, it’s not the end of the blog.

It is the end of Martin and I though. We have made the mutual decision to separate. After almost 20 years of marriage (October 5th) we just aren’t on the same page any more.

As sad as this is I’d like to point out that we are still really good friends, that there’s no animosity at all between us and the most important thing for us both is that Wille comes first no matter what.

So welcome to chapter two of Chez Larsson where I’ll be cooking more (yikes!) and being frustrated less (yay!).

At my mom’s in Skåne. Her garden is tiny but beautiful. Lots of hydrangeas, grasses and Agapanthuses.

Me at an early age. I refused to have my photo taken and pouted at the photographer. I remember this vividly. Love the blow up now though and how it’s mounted.

Time at mom’s involves a list of things she needs help with. I love lists so I’m happy to oblige. Remove weeds in between pavers: Check!

Mom and I don’t share tastes at all but this sofa with matching armchairs (which my parents bought for their first home in Belgium in the 50’s) can so come live with me sometime in the future. I need to change the busy Sanderson print into something much less so though.

Back home. Horrible day.

Another not great day. A visit to the hair salon and “smågodis”. Just what the doctor ordered.

Mini is officially chipped! I took her to the vet and got her vaccinated and micro chipped. We’re getting a chip operated kitty door. Bonus is up next!
