"Although unlikely, I actually thought the knee cap had been cracked, so severe was the pain and the wound in the skin. Searching for immediate relief, I remembered our packets of No Bruise!® in the first aide kit and applied one of the towelettes directly on the affected area for several minutes.

"The hoped for effect was immediate as the pain lessened dramatically. Within an hour, walking was very tolerable and by the next day only minimal residual discomfort, including the skin wound, was noticeable.

I was dumb founded as I've never seen an instance where it DIDN'T work, even reducing soft tissue swelling.

So imagine my surprise upon receiving this unsolicited testimonial:

"This past week I was trying to get this large book case with doors on
the bottom from my downstairs to the upstairs bathroom. I had to use
the stairs outside and a dolly to do this, a little difficult I must
say!

"Half way through I sat down to pray for help, as I didn't know if I
could make it -- I was not quite half way up the stairs yet. I made it up and in the house
but the book case came off the dolly on my foot.

"My foot wasn't broken but boy, did it hurt!

"I ran to get the NoBruise!® to try
again differently (since it hadn't worked for me before.) I put the towelette on my foot (which was cut as well),
and then wrapped it with packaging tape and left it for at least several
hours.

"IT NEVER BRUISED !!!! NO SORENESS AND THE CUT HEALED REALLY
FAST !!!! I AM CONVINCED NOW !!! IT WORKS AND WORKS GREAT !!!"

Thanks to Marilyn Bos, Sedona, Arizona

P.S. Don't try this at home. But DO stock up on NoBruise! to heal those unexpected bruises and cuts.

more to drive me into the house then prevent mosquito bites. I’ve tried
herbal-based bug spray to little effect. (Although I do like the fragrance.)

There are two ways to look at mosquito bites: prevention
and treatment.

Prevent Mosquito Bites – According to the Mayo Clinic,
there are a few factors that place you at greater risk. Mosquitoes are more
likely to bite

Men

Those with Type O blood

Overweight individuals

Does that mean if you’re a fat guy you’re outta luck?!
Not quite. Read on.

In my experience, I rarely remember to slather myself
with mosquito repellent before the fact. I don’t think I’m alone on that score.
So let’s move on to “treatments for mosquito bites.”

Treat Mosquito Bites – One way to treat mosquito bites
is to avoid mosquitoes altogether. You can do this by eliminating sitting water
anywhere in your yard, from old tires or wheelbarrows to standing water in
plant containers or filling in low lying areas where water can pool.

Most of us are looking for itching relief, however. A
customer wrote us recently to explain how she stopped the itching and swelling
from mosquito bites:

“Having been born and brought up in a country that has no
mosquitoes, I haven't much natural resistance to them. When I get
"bitten" by them it itches like crazy for a number of days and often
forms large white welts. I have tried many natural mosquito remedies before
without much success.

"Last night my husband and I were sitting outside, and I didn't notice until it was too late that I had a cloud of mosquitoes around my feet and ankles. The itching began right away and I was going crazy trying not to scratch the bumps that had formed.

"My husband suggested that I try the NoBruise!®,
which I did. As soon as I rubbed it on, the itching stopped right away and
never came back. In fact I completely forgot about the bites until later in the
evening when I was amazed to see that there were no white welts anywhere.

"Today there is no evidence of the bites at all. Love this stuff!"

Thanks to Elizabeth Fletcher, Annapolis, MD

Using NoBruise!® as a mosquito bite remedy never
occurred to me, but it makes perfect sense that it would be a natural remedy
for mosquito bites. I also like its distinctive, homeopathic fragrance.

**Send us your testimonials, and we’ll send you a box of NoBruise!® at no charge.

**Gross mosquito image courtesy of HowStuffWorks (which is a very cool site, by the way.)
