Advise on how to lay insulation and DPM correctly based on an example of a project that we recently completed for a floor screed for St Mary's School in Cambridge. Our screeding operatives laid 1200g Visqueen DPM followed by 100mm Kingspan insulation followed by another layer of 1200g Visqueen DPM and 75-95mm of traditional sharp sand and cement screed with PP fibers for an area of 237m2 on the ground floor.
