&lt;p&gt;The Altos Research 10-City Composite Index was up by 1.3% in June and 3.9% during the most recent three-month period. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;Although inventory grew in most markets during June, growth remained restrained with all markets showing increases of less than 4%.&lt;/o:p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
