Lean8.eu is a concept and approach to help companies get additional business value out of meeting statutory compliance requrements for example, SOX or the European 8th Directive (often refered to as Eurosox). The approach is based on extensive experience of improving, streamlining and getting value out of administrative processes coupled with the often painful and ususally expensive experience of implementing SOX and other compliance processes. Whilst, as the name implies, the approach focusses on European companies facing addditional compliance requirements, many parts ofthe approach can be used with any compliance process, whether this is imposed by statute or an internal corporate governance requirement.
