<p>As part of the Outdoor Performance team, develop strategic product plans and matrix by season for a product line with specific focus on product mix. Effectively merchandise the product line and resolve any issues. Compile, analyze and monitor product plans by SKU productivity, recommend changes, modifications, improvements or deletions to assigned products of the category based on market research, technical information and feedback given by the field sales personnel. Develop product-briefing strategies for execution by design, development, sales and senior management. Create and communicate a vision for the category. Research the marketplace. Analyze product, consumer and competitive trends in the market. Possess an in-depth understanding of the product, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets, channels, and competition and market industry trends. Lead and manage the line planning, pricing and product creation process, including color strategy, sizing strategy, flow plan and gross margin targets. Work with design, development and sourcing to achieve the right price-to-value relationship. Ensure an innovative approach to the business each season. Partner with Sr. Director, Outdoor Performance to achieve revenue growth (sell in and sell though). Plan the appropriate style/SKU level to optimize productivity. Understand the category profit and loss statements. Lead cross-functional teams through the decision-making processes encountered in product creation and demand creation. Work with development and commercialization partners to ensure all deadlines are met and products are commercialized on time. Collaborate with team to create impactful presentations and sales tools to develop the category and sell in the product line.</p>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>

<p>Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years of product development, merchandising or marketing experience in the footwear and/or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of the performance market and channels of distribution. Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills. Proven experience in financial line planning, business planning and strategic planning. Analytical problem solver. External travel required.</p>

Responsibilities include development and qualification of Immunoassays and binding assays which are performed manually as well as through automation. This position requires reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting scientific data and results. The candidate will also partner globally with Amgen Quality Control Labs. &lt;p&gt;Responsibilities: &lt;br /&gt;The candidate must be a credit risk quant to conduct research, development and refinement of risk assessment/rating methodologies and have an understanding of modern credit risk mitigation tools such as credit derivatives for our large and diverse institutional lending portfolio. Candidate will be tasked with building probability of liquidation (PL) and Loss Given Default (LGD) models with specific responsibility to develop a unique assessment system from internal data, bond default history and other sources to evaluate the “true” financial condition of post-default entities and their susceptibility to external factors leading to liquidation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A familiarity with modern Credit Risk methodologies used in commercial lending for portfolio management (e.g. Economic capital, Exposure at Default and Loss Given Default), and familiarity with industry tools such as RiskCalc, CreditEdge, CreditManager etc. is essential for success in this role. In addition, the candidate needs a thorough understanding about the capital market products’ pricing theory and pricing components including corporate bonds, CDS and equity etc, and be able to apply capital market factor study for internal prediction model development and distressed portfolio analysis. &lt;/p&gt;
