VANCOUVER, BC – In a wide-ranging ExopoliticsTV interview, Anya Briggs, psychic medium, whistleblower, and granddaughter of Prof. Herbert W. Briggs (1900-1990) author of The Law of Nations, stated that leading UFO/ET researchers were mind controlled by manipulative “Dow” Grey extraterrestrials in secret bases located beneath the Johnsville Centrifuge in Bucks County, PA during a Bilderberger-type meeting held in November 2012 and are now spreading Grey ET disinformation.

The Johnsville Centrifuge was part of the Naval Air Warfare Center at Warminster, PA, which “played an important role in Project Mercury. Since Johnsville possessed the world's largest centrifuge, capable of spinning a man to at least 16g, (42g max 19g/s onset) it was used for astronaut training. The centrifuge was later used for flight simulation where it could simulate 6 degrees of freedom with g loading.”[1]

Among the attending leading UFO/ET researchers (each of whom was reportedly required to sign a non-disclosure agreement) whom Ms. Briggs names as having been mind controlled by Grey ETs during the meeting are Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot and Stephen Bassett of Citizen Hearing on Disclosure.[2]

Citizen Hearing Witnesses Bassett and Greer demonstrate symptoms of brain-mind entrainment

On May 30, 2013, Exopolitics.com published a report [3] demonstrating, on the basis of forensic evidence contained in several videos, that “Upon investigation there is an emerging pattern of forensic evidence demonstrating anomalous eye movements among leaders in a faction of UFO/ET "Disclosure" advocates that bears serious further examination and that may be an indication of their witting or unwitting functional brain-mind entrainment by manipulatory extraterrestrials or advanced military-intelligence nanotechnology.

Citizen Hearing witness and organizer Stephen Bassett and Project Camelot director Kerry Cassidy reportedly attended the November 2012 Johnsville Centrifuge meeting. Mr. Bassett and Ms. Cassidy, according to Ms. Briggs, were unwittingly mind controlled during the event in the Dow Grey ET base under the Johnsville Centrifuge.

On July 13, 2012, this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre was invited to the Johnsville Centrifuge event (see documentation). On July 17, 2012, this reporter spoke by telephone with the person identified as the host of the meeting, Larry Frascella. Mr. Frascella indicated that he had made a great deal of money in the “sub prime mortgage business” and that he intended to invite the Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff to the meeting.

In the course of due diligence following this phone conversation, this reporter discovered that Larry Frascella and his twin brother David owned "Frascella Enterprises, Inc. doing business as CashToday was a payday lending business. In December, 2005, a class of consumers brought claims in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County against Frascella Enterprises and its principals, David and Larry Frascella, alleging violations of state usury and consumer protection laws."

On July 30, 2012, this reporter received an email from Larry Frascella stating, “Regretfully, it has come to my attention that, due to unforeseen issues, I find myself in the position that I have to hereby rescind your invitation to the event in November.”

The "Dow" Grey ETs

With regard to the "Dow" Grey ETs that reportedly have an underground base in the area underneath the Johnsville Centrifuge, Anya Briggs states, "The Dow are not necessarily programmed life forms either like most typical Grey beings sent to poke and prod people in abductions. No, no, this group had the misfortune of being fully alive and owned by their genetic code in a way that most Greys don't have the "privilege" of owning.

“The trouble with this group owning their own code, however is this: they're kind of insane. This is the same group of Grey aliens who hover over the Robert Bigelow-of-Bigelow Aerospace-owned Skinwalker Ranch in Utah and do the cow mutilations and whatever else experiments to tamper with the Dow's genetic code to keep them from dying out (Which they are.)

“But the problem with this is, in order to sample and test and experiment with saving their race, they have for whatever reason decided to hover over that area of the country in two timelines at the same time. And due to the temporal dynamics of that unique situation, it's making them nuts.

“The decision-making capabilities of this group of "people" as my guides are calling them are uniquely formed to make decisions with the human race without the humans knowing about it.

“The Dow are running scared now, however, because of plots to destroy the nefarious nature of years of negative influence and mind control they've enacted on the populace and that information is running down/breaking down for lack of a better term. The tech is broken and the machine is showing its cracks.

“Hence this 11th hour freak-out in Pennsylvania in an attempt at dominion over part of the UFO research community that influences thought and opinion for millions if not billions around the world who are interested in this sort of thing.

“It's primarily the Dow Greys intentions in this regard to keep people owned and they don't like what I'm doing by posting this, but whatever. It's not like we're going to hug it out and go to brunch afterwards.

“I would refer you to the recent photographs [former U.S. chrononaut] William Stillings has posted (but I haven't obtained permission to post here yet) for some interesting images coming from the Mars Rover Curiosity lately that either he or someone else has added colorization to and the results are stunning.

“There's at least one image of a cluster of very, very human looking people on the surface of Mars looking at the Rover with curious smiles on all their faces.

“Not the least connective tissue to this of all is because the man [Elon Musk] who hosted this event in Pennsylvania is widely known for being openly interested (obsessed is really more the accurate term here) with the concept of Mars colonization.”[5]

VANCOUVER, BC - In an ExopoliticsTV interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Russian scientists Victoria Popova, Dr. Sc. Ph.D., professor and Lidia Andrianova, Ph.D. speaking from the Moscow area stated that their systematic decoding of 70 pictures drawn and/or painted by Michael de Nostredame (“Nostradamus”, 14 or 21 December 1503 – 2 July 1566) contained prophetic information indicating a series of three sudden global cataclysms in our era, accompanied by a transition of humanity from its carbon-based state to a holographic based reality and new unity consciousnes.

Dr. Victoria Popova has over 100 scientific publications and 14 patents. Dr. Lidia Andrianova has over 50 scientific publications and 4 patents. The dissertations of both scientists were based on research of the Barkhausen effect and its application for nondestructive testing and evaluation of ferromagnetic materials. The scientists’ bio states, “Later we understood that just the Barkhausen effect can explain the mechanism of global cataclysms beginning.”

The scientists now give no dates for these events, other than to say that all three global cataclysms will take place within a single year and the first of these three cataclysms would take place suddenly within “Cancer” (June 22 – July 22).

According to the two Russian scientists, the basic message encoded into the 70 pictures drawn by Nostradamus is that three successive cataclysms are coming in a single year. In order to survive as at the highest level of consciousness in the material world, humanity must let go of hate and war and move into Love and Unity consciousness. With a focalized unitary consciousness, humanity can evolve into a higher state beyond the carbon-based state on present Earth, destined to be destroyed in the three sudden cataclysms occurring, according to the decoding of the Nostradamus pictures, in the space of one year.

Positive timeline?

When asked about the evidence that timelines may have shifted since Nostradamus accessed the future by what some researchers believe was a form of chronovision or time travel and painted these pictures, the two Russian scientists replied that they are reporting what they have decoded in Nostradamus.

Dr. Courtney Brown, who assembled the largest number of military trained remote viewers in history who predicted an apparent global coastal event for June 2013 recently stated that the Russian meteor & asteroid 2012 DA14 may have constituted 2013 "global coastal event" remote viewed in another timeline.

Likewise, former U.S. chrononaut Andrew D. Basiago has stated that the 1971 DARPA chronovisor probe that found the U.S. Supreme Court building in Washington, DC under 100 feet of brackish water (a possible sign of a global coast event), may likewise have found an event on an alternate timeline that does not materialize in our time.

Planet X?

The solar events that cause the three global catastrophes described by Nostradamus' 70 pictures as decoded by the Russian scientists are congruent with a Planet X or second sun (Nibiru) scenario that would trigger large scale solar flares or solar storms that in turn cause mega-tectonic activity on Earth. As a Planet X or a Nibiru are projected to approach our solar system at an angle to the ecliptic on which the planets rotate, its appearance could be sudden, as could any physical cataclysm, it causes.

The two Russian scientists indicated that extremely rapid melting of Greenland icecaps and other meteorological phenomena may be an indication that tectonic plates and faults are in a position to result in mega-earthquakes triggered by solar action.

Transition to holographic reality: Congruent with other dimensional information

Other dimensional sources have predicted some form of a transition or “ascension” from a carbon-based format to a crystalline or holographic reality. One example is the “Andromeda council” interdimensional source:

“Regarding the specific key aspects of life on 4th dimensional Earth, the Andromeda Council representative stated, “Again, the most important thing to realize is that this coming transformation, this transition, from 3D human to 4D human will be smooth, ‘seamless’, painless. The “Andromeda Council” source predicts this process will be completed by January 1, 2014, whereas the Russian scientists give no date for these processes.

Transformation from a 3rd dimensional Earth to a 4th dimensional Earth – Researcher David Wilcock argues in his book, The Source Field Investigations, that humanity finds itself at the convergence of multiple cycles – 25,920 years, 60 million years, and 265 million years - each of which is accompanied by evolutionary transformation. The transformation described by the “Andromeda Council” communications and by the decoding of Nostradamus pictures of transformation via dimensional shift from a 3rd dimensional Earth to a 4^th/5^th dimensional Earth could be construed as congruent with the sort of evolutionary change that can be expected as being accompanying the completion of a 25,920 years cycle of the precession of the equinoxes, and the 60 million year and 265 million year cycles for the disappearance of old species and sudden appearance of new species. This cycle of the precession of the equinoxes was completed sometime between October 28, 2011 and December 21, 2012, although other researchers give an even later date.

Description of the 4th dimensional Earth appears to be congruent with research on the nature of the human ‘afterlife’ or ‘Inter-life’ – As discussed in the ExopoliticsTV interviews, the Andromeda Council communications and the Nostradamus decoding description of life in a 4th dimensional Earth seems in significant respects to be congruent with scientific descriptions of the human afterlife or ‘Interlife’, as described in over 7000 cases of hypnotic regression of soul memories of the human afterlife or interlife.

The precise scientific mechanism by which any transformation of consciousness and holographic form will occur will be followed up in succeeding interviews with the two Russian scientists.

9/11 Tribunal under attack for prosecuting 9/11 Accused beyond “the Usual Suspects”

VANCOUVER, BC – Ask most seasoned 9/11 researchers to name the principal individuals involved at a responsible level of executive authority for the “inside job” of executing the false flag operation of September 11, 2001, and you will invariably get at least these four names: George W. Bush, U.S. President; Richard B. Cheney, U.S. Vice President; Donald H. Rumsfeld, U.S. Secretary of Defense on 9/11; and Benjamin Netanyahu, an agent of influence of a war crimes racketeering network within the State of Israel that carried out an act of war against the United States on 9/11. After all, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld held constitutional authority on 9/11, and a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress, presented to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee in November 2006 demonstrated probable cause that Messrs. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld had committed Treason against these United States under Article III of the U.S. Constitution for their actions in abetting the armed attack upon U.S. soil by advanced U.S. weapons on September 11, 2001.

9/11 Vancouver Hearings named"The usual suspects"

So it was with some disappointment when, as Judge of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal, I received and reviewed, together with my fellow Judge Constance Fogal, B.A, M.A, B.ED, LL.B, the sworn oral statements of nearly twenty Vancouver Hearings speakers and subsequent evidentiary submissions and affidavits of some of the speakers that at best named “the usual suspects” of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld and at worst named the posse of FBI agents who picked up debris in front of the Pentagon following 9/11 so as to obfuscate the demolition explosions that really took place there.

The 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal would not render appropriate war crimes justice if it prosecuted only shills like Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld and the posse of FBI agents, sent to destroy public evidence by their administrative masters.

The mission of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal is to identify, investigate, prosecute, try, convict and sentence key individuals of an international war crimes racketeering organization responsible for 9/11, and the global war of aggression and world-wide police state 9/11 was intended to bring about.

Affidavits of Leuren Moret and of Andrew D. Basiago

My evaluation, as Judge of the 9/11 Tribunal, was that the submissions and evidence proffered by the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings speakers, was grossly deficient in that none of the submissions identified individuals, mainly UK citizens, for whom there was evidence of probable cause to believe they acted as part of an executive within an international war crimes racketeering organization that caused the mammoth world-wide plan of 9/11 and the subsequent invasions of Afghanistan, the War on Terror, and impositions of domestic police states world wide to happen.

Hence, as is within the power of a Tribunal of Conscience, our 9/11 Tribunal made a proper judicial decision to seek further expert and direct eye witness 9/11 testimony that addressed our mission: the key individuals of the international war crimes racketeering organization behind 9/11, and not the U.S. and Israeli government and media shills pursued by the 9/11 movement to date.

The 9/11 Tribunal made the decision to admit the affidavits of Leuren Moret and Andrew D. Basiago, and published a letter stating: “Leuren Moret's submission and affidavit is vital because it identifies key 9/11 Accused who are U.K., French and Canadian nationals and who appear to be members of an executive within an international war crimes racketeering organization that gave orders for 9/11, the ‘top’ of a pyramidal network, as it were. As U.K., French and Canadian nationals, these 9/11 Accused in turn provide the Article 12 jurisdiction for 9/11 before the International Criminal Court. Ms. Moret's affidavit is able to build on the singularly important affidavit of our distinguished attorney whistleblower witness, former DARPA participant Andrew D. Basiago.”

Article 12 of the Rome Statue of the International Criminal Court (ICC) provides that one of the grounds for ICC jurisdiction is that the person accused of war crimes be a national of a state that is a party to the Rome Statute establishing the ICC. The speakers who walked out of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal had mainly named 9/11 Accused who were USA or Israeli citizens, neither of whom are subject to ICC jurisdiction.

The 9/11 Tribunal is in active coordination of prosecution of 9/11 Accused with Judge Fernando Imposimato, honorary President of the Supreme Court of Italy and former Chief Investigative Judge of Italy. Judge Imposimato recently announced he was launching a drive to prosecute key 9/11 Accused at the ICC.

The above strategy was devised after personal consultations with Judge Fernando Imposimato who was in fact meeting with the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the time regarding its jurisdiction over 9/11. The ICC does not have jurisdiction to try U.S. and Israeli citizens.

VANCOUVER, BC – As a result of a 3-month investigation including core supporters of film, UFO/ET, and New Energy projects led by Dr. Steven Greer, [Sirius documentary, Disclosure Project, Orion Project] Exopolitics.com is reporting preliminary evidence of apparent project financial improprieties by Dr. Steven Greer that led to the departure of his long-time core team, including Dr. Jan Bravo, portrayed in Sirius as a supporter of Dr. Greer, when in fact she had reportedly disaffiliated with Dr. Greer prior to the premiere of the documentary Sirius.

One Exopolitics.com confidential source in direct contact with former Greer core team members stated,

“[Steven Greer’s] core team has left. Besides the drugs..., he's [Greer’s] been taking the money meant for disclosure and free energy and using it to buy personal real estate, drugs.... His [Greer’s] core team is really hurting, feel like they've left a cult. He's [Greer’s] turned on some of them maliciously and they are fearful of what he might do to them. They described also how they had many researchers come forth with viable technologies that Steven turned away because he wanted to use the $$ for other things - which turned out to be the aforementioned. Really sad all around.”

Referring to Drs. Jan Bravo and other core team members, the Exopolitics.com confidential source stated,

“Imagine how miserable it's been for them [Drs. Jan Bravo] having to finally pull the plug on supporting the whole UFO/ET movement because Greer essentially hijacked the whole thing out of a perverted sense of pathological self-interest. Specifically, Jan has sacrificed her entire career and livelihood to move the entire UFO/ET movement forward as far as it has gone.”

Greer core team threatened and “afraid for their lives” after disaffiliating

The confidential Exopolitics.com source stated that some core team members who had disaffiliated with Dr. Greer were afraid for their lives. At one point, the source stated,

“The people who have left Greer's team are afraid for their lives. One of them had his brakes cut, etc.”

The confidential Exopolitics.com source also stated that former Greer associate Dr. Jan Bravo had been threatened following her disaffiliation with Dr. Greer.

“Jan Bravo said that she came home today to find on her front foyer some streaks of blood...and it didn't come from the dog. She considered it a warning and no more.”

“Jan doesn't want to alter her life. She interprets it as defeat if she has to change her way of life.”

When reached directly by Exopolitics.com for comment Dr. Jan Bravo and two other core team members did not reply. Through the intermediary confidential Exopolitics.com source with whom Exopolitics.com had been dialoguing with Dr. Jan Bravo, Dr. Bravo stated,
“Jan [Dr. Jan Bravo] reiterated not to take action, especially by going public with anything shared to date…. unless it's Woolsey [former CIA Director James Woolsey] getting directly involved.... Greer [Dr. Steven Greer] has been throwing Woolsey's name around ever since Jim made the mistake of allowing Greer to join him and three other people for dinner, and Greer has blamed Woolsey for all sorts of stuff like blocking inventors from going forward with their technologies...complete B.S.”
Sirius film crew reportedly acknowledges Greer skimming project funds

The confidential Exopolitics.com source reported,

The bulk of the “Dead Man’s Trigger” may have a familiar ring to those who are versed in Dr. Greer’s writings and speeches and simply repeats the assertions that are made in the Sirius documentary, in Dr. Greer’s speeches and books obtainable at the Disclosure Project website.

One specific fabrication of note in the Greer “Dead Man’s Trigger” is, however, that the individuals Todd Hathaway and Pete Sumaruck would be putatively responsible for any demise of Dr. Greer.

Exopolitics.com has been informed that Todd Hathaway is in fact one of the individuals who has been comforting Dr. Jan Bravo after her disaffiliation from Dr. Greer. According to a confidential source, “If the day comes where all this comes out, the inventor who stood up to Greer is Pete Sumaruck.”

Therefore, it would appear that Dr. Greer’s “Dead Man’s Trigger” is actually structured around a false and misleading premise. In fact, the two individuals cited by Dr. Greer as being a putative “cause” of any demise of Dr. Greer are in fact (a) an individual who is giving comfort to Dr. Jan Bravo, a former Greer affiliate who reports having been threatened; and (b) a New Energy inventor who “stood up to Dr. Greer”.

Steven Greer, UFO/ET Disclosure & the Transhumanist Agenda

As stated in a recent Exopolitics.com article that focused on Dr. Steven Greer and two other specific opinion leaders in the UFO/ET movement, “The brain-mind entrainment data presented in this article, while preliminary in nature, raises prima facie questions about the future of the Exopolitical movement. If it is factually true that such opinion leaders in the UFO/ET "Disclosure" movement are brain-mind entrained due to manipulatory extraterrestrial or military-intelligence advance nanotechnology and hence acting out their controller's agendas, then this fact needs to be publicly exposed and discussed.”[1]

The preliminary evidence gathered in this Exopolitics.com article from direct eyewitnesses witnesses to financial improprieties by Dr. Steven Greer ranging from long time core supporters to the Sirius documentary film crew and some of whom are in fear for their lives gives rise to a prima facie presumption that they are being truthful.

One of the conclusions of the Exopolitics.com study on the Transhumanist Agenda in the UFO/ET movement stated, “The anomalous eye and body movements of Messrs. Bassett, Huneeus, and Greer may be the result of remote advanced nano-mind control technology applied by military-intelligence agencies. Under this alternative, the brains, neurological systems, and personalities of Bassett, Huneeus and Greer are entrained by military-intelligence nano-mind control technologies to act out agendas of these agencies that in turn may be cybernetically directed by predatory dimensional extraterrestrials.”[2]

If in fact as the forensic evidence suggests, Dr. Greer is under brain entrainment and cybernetic control, and hence acting out an agenda of military intelligence agencies and/or predatory dimensional extraterrestrials, then this development may represent a public peril of the first order. It is difficult to speculate whether this brain-mind entrainment may have led to the reported financial irregularities by Dr. Greer. It seems clear, from the threats that former Greer former team members are subjected to, that some sinister force is attempting to ensure that these witnesses do not speak out.

Dr. Greer, the Sirius documentary and the Disclosure Project have a wide public profile. Such an opinion leadership makes Dr. Greer an ideal candidate for promoting “pseudo-disclosure”, or a continuation of demands for “official disclosure” that ensure that whistleblowers from actual, longstanding U.S-Extraterrestrial liaison and visitation programs are sidelined.

What is triggering and controlling these anomalous eye and body movements of Citizen Hearing witnesses?

One easy skeptical response is that the reported anomalous eye and body part movements of Citizen Hearing witnesses Messrs. Bassett, Huneeus and Greer are photographic artifacts or medical or nervous conditions that are solely related to the individual in question. Probably a good 35% – 50% of individuals may come to this conclusion after examination of the above evidence in the absence of any further context.

Another 65% – 50% of the individuals who examine the above visual evidence may have their visual and intellectual curiosity piqued as to whether the anomalous eye and body part movements they have just witnessed may be a meaningful and reliable indicator of brain-mind entrainment by manipulatory extraterrestrial races or by advanced military-intelligence mind control nanotechnologies seeking to control human attitudes through control of apparent UFO/ET “opinion leaders” such as Messrs. 3. Extraterrestrial eye-masking gear – One speculative hypothesis states that Messrs. Bassett, Huneeus, and Greer may each be a non-Earth extraterrestrial using specialized eye wear to mask the true eyes of their native species. The goals of this apparentbrain-mind entrainment of specific UFO/ET “Disclosure” opinion leaders appears to be identical with that of the “Transhumanist” agenda, that is “global coordinated mind control of a growing population of human robots that are created via these technologies for a global control and enslavement agenda.”

Whether these prototype "robotized" humans – such as Messrs. Bassett, Huneeus, or Greer may be - are created directly via dimensional manipulatory extraterrestrial entrainment technologies, or via the now sophisticated Illuminati owned, military-intelligence run super quantum computer, quantum cloud, super-grid nanotechnology brain-mind entrainment system that is operational planet wide on Earth, the result may be the same.

The goal of the infiltration of the “ET/UFO Disclosure movement” still remains that of global control and enslavement through global mind control of "robotized" humans, of which by reliable reports there were more than 6 million in Europe alone several years ago.

Objective: Exclusion of participants in solar system extraterrestrial programs

In the specific case of the "Citizen Hearing on Disclosure" venue, one specific strategic objective of the cybernetically-controlled brain-mind entrained "robotized" human witnesses such as Messrs. Bassett, Huneeus, and Greer appears to have been the absolute and rigid exclusion of all known whistleblowers to the U.S. government's secret programs dealing with U.S.-Martian extraterrestrial relations, which are known to have been operational since at least 1971.

As stated in my communication to Sen. Mike Gravel (Dem/Lib-AK) of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure Panel prior to the Hearing (for which he thanked me), “I was on an international panel several years ago you on PressTV (presstv.ir). It is unfortunate that such a distinguished public servant as yourself will be denied the opportunity to hear first hand eye witness testimony from former U.S. chrononauts who have interacted with the Martian extraterrestrial civilization and are well versed in U.S.-Martian extraterrestrial relations, which remain highly classified. I have now interviewed five whistleblowers, each of whom has visited the U.S. secret facilities on Mars. The organizers of the Citizen Hearing have intentionally, in breach of public trust, acted to prevent any of the former U.S. chrononauts, servicemen, and scientists who served on Mars and have dealt with the Martian extraterrestrial civilization to appear at this hearing, despite our 10-year involvement in its planning.

At present, reliable whistleblower witnesses from U.S. - Extraterrestrial liason programs of 40 years standing can provide detailed testimony as to the Extraterrestrial visitation programs, and as to U.S. bases on other inhabited planets, and U.S. programs of visitation to other inhabited planets.

One result of the intentional omission of whistleblower witnesses to the U.S. colonization program of Mars and the Martian human extraterrestrials[2] is a cover-up of the parties behind this Mars colonization program, which violates the 1967 U.N Outer Space Treaty to which the U.S. is a signatory.[3]
