If you are like me, you love high heeled shoes. They give you height, make your legs look longer and leaner, and they help you to get noticed.

However, I am finding that many of my friends share the same affliction…small heels, which can lead to difficulty walking in pumps. When I find a “must have at all costs” pair of cute pumps, I find myself being very particular about where and when I wear them. No, it is not because of a fashion hang up. It’s because I find I can’t saunter into a room with a heel-to-toe motion. Instead, I find myself slowly creeping in and dragging my heels so they don’t slip off the backs of my feet…not very impressive or sexy.

No, I am not talking about the kind you see on nomads in the desert, but the kind you see on the feet of The Real Housewives of Orange County. I haven’t been so excited since the sling back pump trend! The strappy style gives me just what I need to keep the shoe on my foot. No more creeping into a room!
