I find these numbers extremely troubling and disturbing. We cannot deny that the market is slower this year, and that to see homes sell, the stats we are hearing is that a home must 1. Be in the top 30% of looks. 2. Be in the bottom 30% of price. But either way, if we cannot get someone to even come see the house… the chances are even lower now of getting it sold!
