Centrum residencies are about giving you the time and space to create new work, as well as renew and refresh your existing work. Centrum residency cabins are currently available for 2012. For more information, or to reserve space, please call Centrum at 360.385.3102, x131 or email Residency Program Manager Jordan Hartt at jhartt(at)centrum(dot)org.

Private cabins and apartments range from two- to three-bedroom units, and overlook Port Townsend Bay. The coffeehouses, bookstores, and restaurants of Port Townsend are a two-mile drive away, and are also easily accessible via beachwalk.

Don't be surprised to see deer in your front lawn each day--and don't be surprised if wildlife, the abundant natural beauty, and your own artistic work is all you see that day, if you choose.

Artist Residency Space Available December 4-10

We are currently acceping artist applications for the two-week period of of December 1-17. For more information, please email Jordan Hartt at jhartt(at)centrum(dot)org.

Applications for 2012 are also beginning to be accepted.

Acrylic paintings by 2010 Centrum artist in residence, Lisa Snow Lady, will be exhibited August 3-September 2010 at Sweet Laurette's Cafe and Bistro.

Lisa Snow Lady, who was at Centrum last fall, captures the Fort Worden area in a fresh and spontaneous way, reflecting her love for the sea and the surrounding architecture.
