Enjoy...I'm off to tidy up the stamp studio from last nights session of the CCB class. Lots and lots of laughter and hoopla.....one of which was Ella in her high heels trying to show the ladies her latest dance move. Eeks....Um, Dear? can you come and get your daughter off the extra table, the ladies are trying to stamp and I'm trying to teach the class?!? (can you tell that her father has got a little more relaxed definition of "watching the kids!") And no...it's usually not quite THAT entertaining. Although, we do have a lot of fun! My goal is that class is relaxing, fun and an all round enjoyable exeperience. Next class here, at the studio, is my Hostess Club & Open Stamp Day - Feb 2nd and 3rd. Watch for more information. Coffee's hot, pellet stove is cranked up and I'm telling you...bring on the snowstorm! Only in Wisconsin can we be walking outside in shirtsleeves checking on my bee hives and the next anticipating 4-7 inches of snow. Denver has his weekend planned to include snowboarding, sledding and the likes. This lack of snow has been hard on him. Oh well, he's a little short on lift ticket funds anyway! So with them at school, I'm going to squirrel myself away in the office and start cutting cardstock for my Stamps By Mail for January and maybe play around with a couple of my new sets.
I'm decided to switch up my Stamps By Mail a little. In the past, I've picked a stamp set and bunch of accessories and then designed nine cards using the items and then spread the "class" out over three months and would send the pre-designed card directions and cardstock to cut to make two of each of the nine cards. Not only was I a little daunted by the process, I think many of my particpants were as well.
So, here's how it's going to work. I will pick a stamp set and design and cut for TWO different cards using the chosen set and accessory. I will cut enough cardstock for you to stamp four of each of the two designs....I will include a list of items that I've used on the cards and you will recieve a coupon for 15% off on the chosen set and accessory if you need to purchase it. I love when I'm given free rein of my stamping desk. That's basically what Coffee, Cards and Biscotti Class is all about. It's MY favorite cards using some of my current favorite sets. Sale-a-bration is about to begin and this card that we will be stamping at my January Coffee, Cards and Biscotti class uses the new Sale-a-bration stamp set called Fresh Vintage. I LOVE it It's elegant and fun, just like me! hahaha.

This has been a fun class. I'm going to share one of them with you here quick. My goal yesterday was to clean out a box and I told my stampers at yesterday class that I'd have it done by the next time they came for class. I'm so close and I want to finish it before the Tuesday Stampers come today! :) So here's today's sample. I've still got room in tonights class, if you are free and looking for some fun cards etc.
This card has a secret panel that when removed will drop the treats out the back and into your palm without having to destroy the card to get at the Jelly Bellys. mmm, notice all the popcorn flavored ones are gone. One of my stampers and I have picked all those out. Yummers!

I'm going to keep this short again today. I'm working on my January Newsletter and have chained myself to the stamping desk and I'm whipping up a bunch of creations for upcoming kits, classes and swaps. It's been oh so fun!
Here's one of the cards that I'll be doing on Monday, Jan 9th & Tues. Jan 10th. I will be hosting three sessions of this class. Mon @ 9:30am and Tues. @ 9:30am & 6:30pm. This class will be fabulous for Valentines giving. Usually and for the time being, my classes run $15 for 5 cards with envelopes but this class is extra special...You will receive 5 of the special padded envelopes at this class along with 5 treat cups so class is $20 for this one. Chocolate IS included. hahaha...that is if we haven't eaten it all before then!
off to work I go. I'll have to admit that I've been on a semi-vacation. I'll be honest and tell you a secret. I haven't stamped since Dec 10th. I asked Rob yesterday if I would remember how! I'm excited to be back in the office today. The energetic child is back in school and the teenagers are still asleep. So, I'm lovin' life this morning...but I better get movin! So it's off to work I go. I just can't sit here dreaming about our upcoming Stampin' Up! trip to Disney, now can I! Ella is so unbelievable excited. We drove past Holy Hill on our way home from the inlaws last night and she thought we were at Disney and it was the Princess Castle! She has NO idea how much fun she's going to have, now does she!
So what can I share with you??? I haven't stamped anything new in 4 weeks! So until this afternoon when the cobwebs clear from the stamp desk, you'll have to settle for a reminder that the HOLIDAY MINI is ending tomorrow!
