RBN 'Chief' John Stadtmiller 'Deep Sixes' Liberty

I recently read the account of the downing of the Liberty Hour on RBN. It is ironic that the Liberty Hour, met the same demise as the U.S.S. Liberty. It is also ironic that the Liberty Hour’s main topic of discussion is the downing of the U.S.S. Liberty by Israel.

Now we all know that Israel is primarily inhabited by Jews, but heaven forbid you discuss Israel and say the word ’Jew’ on RBN. If you must discuss the ’J-team’, please use the appropriate ’code words’ that have been passed down to the broadcasters, by RBN's, arbiter of truth; John Stadtmiller.

Zionist, Canaanite, Globalists, Bankster, Neoconservative, etc. These are all code words that you can use when discussing Jews on RBN. If you must use the word Jew, please preface it with a long, drawn out explanation of how “most of my friends are Jews”; and if you must use the word ‘Jew’, always explain that you are referring to a small minority, not ALL Jews. Then go to a commercial break…This is a snapshot of the twisted logic inside the mind of John Stadtmiller, owner and operator of RBN.

LBJ, Rabid Zionist

Now the U.S.S. Liberty is a topic that is difficult to discuss without using the word ‘Jew’. I suppose you could use the word Israeli, but that hits too close to home for most Paytri-O-Tard networks. The new ‘line’ re the U.S.S. Liberty, is that LBJ and the U.S. government were behind the attack. This has been handed down to us by GCN's, arbiter of truth; Alex Jones. Jones states this theory with a straight face and a sincere growl in his larynx that would make Freddie Blassie ashamed he wore men’s tights in the ring. But he omits two important factoids;

1.) Johnson was a rabid supporter of Israel since his days in congress when he helped smuggle Jews into Texas by forging passports for his Kosher pals.

2.) Even if Johnson was behind the plot to sink the U.S.S. Liberty, it doesn’t let Israel “off the hook”, as they did the dirty work for the Zionist Johnson. Since Johnson was a Zionist, all roads still lead to Israel.

The Jewish hand is all over the U.S.S. Liberty incident, and therefore is one of the most damaging topics for the Jewish World Order. It reveals in broad daylight, their disregard for the rule of law and civilized behavior as would be expected from a developed nation. It shows the ruthlessness of the Jewish state and the lengths they will traverse to accomplish their goals for regional dominance.

The Liberty Hour was unique from other broadcasts that deal with the U.S.S. Liberty, because they had a survivor of the attack as a co-host. Phil Tourney added credibility to the weekly broadcast because he had been on the ship when it was attacked by Israeli fighter pilots and survived.

It was quite a shock to the other host of the show, Mark Glenn, when Stadtmiller told him that he was canned because the show had low ratings, and; “The Liberty thing happened, what, 40 years ago? We’ve said everything about it that needs to be said and this is my network and I‘ll make the decisions around here”.

'You Can Handle The Truth'

John must think he has a real handle on the “Truth, that the audience can handle“, when he believes that no one is going to listen to a survivor of the U.S.S. Liberty talk about his experience during the attack because it happened 40 years ago.

What about the Kennedy Assassination? Hey Mike Piper, no one wants to hear about an assassination that occurred 40 years ago.

While we’re at it, let’s not talk about the American Revolution, WW1&2, the Civil War, Jeckle Island, The federal reserve act, and 911, because they all happened a long time ago.

The only way to understand what is happening today, is to discuss so-called ’ancient history’. And I know from first hand experience as an ex-broadcaster on RBN, that the listening audience loves any discussion with a historical perspective.

After reading Stadtmiller’s comments about the Liberty Hour, one would surmise that John would replace the Liberty Hour with a more ‘important’ show that dealt with current issues of more prominence.

Right?

Stadtmiller replaced the Liberty Hour with a show hosted by an ex-NFL Football player who discusses gold and finances. Sounds like a show most RBN listeners would enjoy… Another two hour infomercial for gold.

But you can handle the truth!

So why did Stadtmiller ‘can’ the Liberty Hour?

The host of the program, Mark Glenn states;

“At this point surmising what has taken place doesn’t require a Phd in investigatory skills. To entirely excise one of the more listened-to programs on the network dealing with the Liberty and how it relates to current issues with another program completely unrelated, added with Statdmiller’s comments about the Liberty issue means one thing–pressure has obviously been put on him to silence what is one of the most dangerous stories with regards to the powers-that-be and their plans for–not just America, but indeed the world.”

　

What Motivates RBN?

Let’s take a look at another factor in the equation that may illuminate the murky world of Paytri-O-Tard broadcasting. Having been in the Stadtmiller ‘gut grinder’ when I was an RBN broadcaster, I have first hand knowledge of the man and his madness.

When I was canned unceremoniously, my program was the second highest rated show on the network. I know this because I was in the studio doing the show live and had access to the stats. I was on before Rick Adams and after Officer Jack Mac lamb. When Jack would end his show and my program would begin, the network would double in listeners. When Adams took the mic after me, the stats would rapidly tumble to less than half of Shanktalk.

When I subbed for John, (who was recovering from falling off his motorcycle while drunk), he was greatly peeved at the fact that the numbers remained the same in his absence.

The point of this:

Something else is motivating John, besides stats and ratings. As a veteran of commercial radio, this is highly unusual and suspect to say the least. Ratings are the life blood of a network, that is how you get advertisers. Why doesn't it matter to John? What is his motivation?

You could surmise it is his ego. That is definitely part of the equation. If you step on his toes or take away some limelight, you can kiss your show goodbye on RBN. I remember a conversation John had with his wife in the front office. He was complaining about my show and his wife said; 'I don't know John, I like Peter's voice...' . Well that could have been the straw that broke the camel's back for John. It wasn't long before my show was thrown under the bus.

Now you could surmise that John is employed by Jewish interests and you could be correct. Most of his advertisers are the same as GCN's and we now know that those advertisers are in large part Jewish. Do they have connections to Mossad or the ADL? Sure, why not? It's possible. John is in the Gold business and that is dominated by Jews. So there is another connection.

As Mark Glenn surmises:

{Therefore, what I envision having taken place is the following–

Someone from whatever (Zionist) agency comes to John Stadtmiller, immediately following his recent arrest and says “John, how much advertising revenue does this program earn your network in a year? $10,000? How bout we double it in return for you canning the show, and we drop the charges against you as an added measure.”}

Ego, covetousness, greed...These are great motivators throughout history. I would say all of these traits are inherent in John Stadtmiller and most of the Paytri-O-Tard leadership.

Alex Jones 'Hit List'

But you miss the big picture if you forget about the dynamo that propels the Paytri-O-Tard mothership along her crash course into oblivion. Alex (Mookie) Jones.

Jones has tentacles that reach into the major Paytri-O-Tard networks. If Mark Glenn pisses off Alex Jones somehow, then Stadtmiller would be more than happy to wield the axe and can the show. Stadtmiller and Jones have had their ups and downs, (like the time when John went on air live to reveal that Jones was a ’coke-head’.), but these two are presently thick as thieves.

It is also common knowledge that Jones has it in for Rense, so it would be very logical to suggest that Mark Glenn’s appearance on Jeff Rense' show, may have been the final curtain for the Liberty Hour.

As Mark Glenn recently stated on his blog:

“Last week I did an interview on Jeff Rense’s radio show, probably one of the more “frank”, I have done with regards to the Jewish issue. Much to my surprise it made a lot of waves, was posted on several Youtube sites and whatnot–”

If you have ever printed or stated anything negative about Jones on your program or in an article, you are definitely on his 'hit list'. I had the honor of making his list, when I invited Victor Thorn and Lisa Giuliani on my RBN program. I didn't know much about their theories re Jones and had no animosity towards Jones, one way or the other at that time. However, after their appearance on my program I received angry phone calls and threats from Jones on my private line (Thanks John!), and threats from his acolytes on Jack Blood‘s website as well as the Revere Radio forum. In addition, my website and forum became inundated with pro-Jones trolls. After this organized ‘anti-Shank’ campaign, I realized there must be some truth to the Thorn-Giuliani, allegations against Jones.

It wasn't long after the Thorn-Giuliani interview, when Stadtmiller canned my show using the excuse that I was a Nazi for interviewing Bill White. It may be a plausible excuse coming from the source, but if you take into consideration that I had previously interviewed Glen Miller (KKK), Alex Linder (VNN), and Martin Lindstat, (Aryan Nation), without any blowback from John, the excuse becomes an obvious smokescreen.

Hindsight being 20/20, I would suggest that Jones had a hand in my demise at RBN, not some Jewish agency who didn’t like the content of my show. Of course, some people have pointed out that Jones may have connections with certain Jewish agencies. However, this is all speculation at this point in time…

What Do We Know About Jones?

Jones is an ego maniac and the main impetus for ALL the Paytri-O-Tard networks. As I was told by my RBN producer and Jones sycophant, Paul (Wes) Martin,

"The whole idea behind Radio Free Austin was to promote Jones' message and videos.”

RFA was the main platform for broadcasting RBN and GCN around the Austin area. They soon branched out into other regions of Texas and helped Jones dominate the Patriot Radio market.

When I realized how GCN was kicking RBN in the ass ‘vis a vie’ ratings, I suggested to John Stadtmiller, that we get more aggressive with our PR and marketing. I even suggested that he give me a shot in the same time slot opposite Jones on GCN. I felt that my message was much more compelling and could drive listeners away from GCN-Jones, and into the arms of RBN.

Jones is an amateur and it wouldn't have taken much to dethrone this clown at the time, had someone approached the idea seriously with a healthy competitiveness; as is usually found between rival networks.

But that is the kicker. GCN and RBN are not rival networks. I came to this conclusion when I realized that John was more afraid of "getting on the outs" with Ted Anderson and Alex Jones, than developing a competitive network that would give the audience an alternative to GCN-Jones.

Needless to say, my job became more difficult, when I realized I was working with a dupe for Jones and GCN and not an honest to goodness network that was interested in becoming #1.

Paytri-O-Tard Judas Goat

In closing, if you want to know why the Liberty Hour was cancelled, look no further than Alex Jones and the interests that support his program and videos. This is a virus that runs deep within the Paytri-O-Tard movement. It is no longer a movement of men and women who want to take their country back. It is a Judas goat designed to lead our people to the slaughter house.

The Jones', Stadtmiller's and Anderson's do this by controlling the discussion through their sphere of influence. They destroy anyone who damages their ego, or threatens their perceived position of prominence. Anyone who discusses racial issues, without staying within the parameters set by these self proclaimed arbiters of ‘THE’ truth, is banished from the movement...forever.

A man without a movement, alas! My kingdom for some Exlax.

Anyone who discusses Jewish involvement in 911 and a myriad of other conspiracies without using the proper 'code words', is promptly thrown under the bus by the Paytri-O-Tard 'Axis of Evil'; Jones, Stadtmiller and Anderson.

Hopefully, honest men may speak out against this attack on free speech and the search for truth, and new networks will arise to compete and ultimately overthrow the dominance of GCN, RBN and Jones.

Unfortunately, we keep shooting ourselves in the foot and the bad guys keep getting rich from selling gold plated cow manure, air filters and videos full of hot air to the sheeple.

But one can hope, as hope springs eternal.

Like the Phoenix, the Liberty Hour will be resurrected and return to the airwaves in the near future, as Mark Glenn optimistically stated in his blog:

Phil and I just got off the phone with another network and at this point it looks like we’ll be back on the air Saturday evenings. What’s more, the network is much larger than RBN and has–get ready for this–as many as 300 radio stations that pick up its programming!

Thanks to all for your support. As promised, Phil and I would not let a minor setback such as John Stadtmiller’s instability and treachery bury the story of the USS Liberty. We will fill you all in as to the date and time.

It is tragic that mental instability, ego, greed and treachery are rife within the world of Paytri-O-Tard broadcasting. With friends like these, who needs enemies?

Alex Jones discredits 911 truth movement with phony interview

Alex Jones’ most recent escapade is a real interesting stunt. He posts an interview between Charlie (whore-monger) Sheen and POTUS Obama and doesn’t reveal that it is a fake interview.

It's also interesting that many of his fans are finally coming to grips with the naked emperor, Jones.

It's a case of the Frankenstein monster, (Jones), attacking his creator, (Jones fans). All of the people who used to support Jones, emboldened him to pull bigger and more outrageous stunts. Jones believed his own B.S., because the people who now see the light, used to buy into Jones’ crap.

Nothing has changed with Jones since his days on Austin, access cable. He hasn’t improved his broadcasting style or his presentation. Jones is amateurish, uneducated, boorish, a poseur, and a person who wants to be famous so badly, he will do anything to get his star.

He hasn’t done anything that could even remotely be construed as original thinking. His revelations about the NWO are straight from Anthony Hilder and Bill Cooper among others. These theories have been around at least since the seventies. So who did Jones "wake up"? A bunch of stoned children of hippies? Generation Xers? Who needs them? What does it matter? They are too busy blowing their brains out smoking pot to actually do anything constructive for society or “fight” against the “New World Order”; whatever the hell that is. I don’t really know anymore. It just gets more and more arcane and obtuse with every new Jones video and endless broadcast.

Plutocratic, Oligarchic, Transvestite-tic, Super-Rich-International Mafia, Multinational gobbledygook, Nazi-Teutonic-Bloodlines with Fascistic overtones thrown in for spice. ???

World Bankers, Global Crime Syndicates, International financiers much bigger than all the nations of the world put together. Did I forget to mention Hitlerian-Pit-Bull?

The cowardly Jones mentions everyone, real and imagined, except the 500 pound, 8 foot 9 inch, drooling, man-eating gorilla in the middle of the living room…Israel, World Zionism…(drum-roll) The Jews!!!

I am not suggesting that the Jews are the master-minds behind the entire New World Order super structure; However, I am suggesting that we look at it intelligently, thoughtfully, with the object to uncover the truth, once and for all.

This is in sharp contrast to Jones and company, who berate, chastise, hang-up, brow-beat, shout down and threaten anyone who challenges the Jones “approved” version of 911, and the New World Order. I would challenge anyone to explain how this tactic helps to uncover any truth about the 911 terror attacks, Jewish involvement or otherwise.

In an interview with “Russia Today”, Jones made the following statement:

“They openly state that the United States will be the pit-bull, the attack dog. The American people will be used to go after any free nation in the world. So the United States is in the process of going from a corrupt oligarchy to a fascistic Hitlerian pit-bull, meant to go out and literally wage war against the planet.”

It is interesting how Jones uses Nazi imagery at every turn while ignoring Jewish culpability in the bargain. What Jones is talking about in his RT interview, is a “Pax Americana”, this was something the guys at PNAC came up with. PNAC is a Jewish “think tank”,not a group that would conjure up Aryan "Bogey Men". The Hitlerian comparison is inaccurate and disingenuous at best. For those of you who are going to counter with: “Hey, PNAC isn’t Jewish, Dick Cheney was a member…”

I will reply with: “The leadership and founders of PNAC were Jewish almost down to a man. To suggest that PNAC isn’t Jewish at it’s core because it allowed gentiles to join it’s ranks, is like suggesting Hitler’s SS wasn’t Nazi, because it allowed Jews to join it’s ranks in some cases.”

It’s time to hold this clown’s feet to the fire. He has avoided the Jewish question for far too long.

The evidence supporting Jewish involvement in 911 is far more compelling than the “controlled demolition” theory embraced by the Jones sycophants.

I am not suggesting that the controlled demolition theory is invalid, I am simply suggesting that Jones followers put a hold on their “blind faith” and honestly look at the evidence showing the culpability of Israel and her agents in the 911 terror attacks.

How Can You Criticize Jones? Look At All The Good Work He Has Done, etc.

What good work has Jones performed?

911? Hell, there were half a dozen conspiracy theorists predicting the attack by Bin Laden, Bill Cooper being the most prominent. So Jones gets credit for predicting 911? What PR genius set that up?

What about Jones’ other predictions:

Martial law after Y2K, Russian troops invade the U.S., UFO’s landing in D.C., ( I added the UFO for grins. But he might as well have said it.)

Those predictions never came to pass, but he scared the hell out of enough people to sell butt-loads of air filters, water purifiers and freeze dried food. Did I forget to mention his videos. Yes, he sold lots and lots of videos.

The WWF Meets Conspiracy Theory

Jones obviously had the idea to merge the World Wrestling Federation with conspiracy theory and viola, the Jones image is born. If you don't believe me, check out some photos of Roddy Piper and compare them to Jones' look. Check out his presentation with the in-your-face, "I wish I were a DI in the Army" vocal style and tell me if it doesn't sound uncomfortably similar to Freddie "Pencil-Necked-Geek" Blassie and Roddy Piper. Even Jones' strange "Galaxy Quest" hair style, looks like Piper's. Last but not least, Jones’ trade-mark bull horn tactic, is straight out of the playbook of Jimmy “Mouth of the South” Hart.

Wasn’t it painfully obvious that Jones was a sell-out when he embraced Rosie (Lesbo) O’Donnell on his program along with Charlie (whore-monger) Sheen because they supported his anti-George Bush, 911 theories? Didn’t it cross Jones’ delusional mind, that O’Donnell and Sheen were supporting Jones’ plagiarized theories because they hated George Bush and wanted to see a Democrat in the White House?

Of course not. Jones is too self-centered to believe anyone would use him for nefarious purposes. These “Hollywood Stars” are impressed with Jones’ wisdom, insight and film making expertise. They may even ask Jones to direct them in their next big movie project…NOT!

I would suggest to you that Jones would join forces with NAMBLA if he could find a “Hollywood Star” who was a member and would consent to an interview on his Internet radio show to discuss his latest “Crap-U-mentary“.

Jones’ recent escapade does indeed embarrass the 911 “truth movementeers”. No one in middle America is going to take these theories seriously when you have the number one promoter joining forces with a whore-monger and pervert.

I don’t want to suggest a dark hand or shadowy figure at work here, but Jones couldn’t have done a better job of screwing up the credibility of the 911 “truth movement”, even if he had meant to do so for nefarious reasons.

You Can Do Something About Jones!

You may not be able to do anything about Obama health care-redistribution-of-wealth or the New World Order, but you can do something about this ass-clown Jones.

1.) Stop listening to his broadcasts and buying his propaganda.

2.) If you must listen, call him up and ask him questions that put him on the spot. Hold his chubby little feet to the fire:

“Alex, why did you say that Israel couldn’t possibly have pulled off the 911 terror attack? Didn’t you say that you did the research?”

Why don’t you ever talk about the PNAC document “Clean Break” which shows Israel‘s hand in embroiling the U.S. in endless war in the Middle East?

Why do you avoid the Jewish question, when there is obviously a strong Jewish presence in the turmoil we see worldwide?

I noticed most of your sponsors are Jewish, do they have ties to Israel?

Isn’t your wife Jewish?

Do you have ties to Israel, the ADL or B'nai Brith through your wife’s side of the family?

Does Charlie Sheen score hookers and drugs for you when you visit him in Hollywood?

Do you have relatives in the FBI?

Did you get your ass kicked in the access television parking lot?

Did you "snitch" to your family members in the FBI, regarding the guys who kicked your ass in the access television parking lot?

How much did you get paid by ABC’s 20/20, to betray the John Gray family?

Who does your hair?, etc.”

3.) Spread this article and ones like it around the Internet, so that other unsuspecting “targets” won’t fall victim to the Alex Jones Kool Aide.

Jones is powerful and wealthy because people didn’t heed the warning signs at the beginning of his rise to power. Many of you are now realizing your folly. Good! Don’t fall victim again. Do something about it this time.

This is the fantasy world of Alex Jones. Pure, unbridled ego. If you want to look into the machinations of a megalomaniac mind, look no further than Alex Jones. Power for the sake of power. That is the true definition of satanism. And yet, that is exactly what Jones accuses the International-Nazi-Mafioso-Bilderbergers, of…Satanism.

ACORN Officials Videotaped Telling 'Pimp,' 'Prostitute' How to Lie to IRS

Officials with the controversial community organizing group ACORN were secretly videotaped offering to assist two individuals posing as a pimp and a prostitute, encouraging them to lie to the Internal Revenue Service and providing guidance on how to claim underage girls from South America as dependents.

The videotape was made public Thursday on BigGovernment.com, a political blog launched by Andrew Breitbart as a companion site to his BigHollywood.breitbart.com blog.

In the videotape, made on July 24, James O'Keefe, a 25-year-old independent filmmaker, posed as a pimp with a 20-year-old woman named "Kenya" who posed as a prostitute while visiting ACORN's office in Baltimore. The couple told ACORN staffers they wanted to secure housing where the woman could continue to maintain a prostitution business.

ACORN — the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now — bills itself as the nation's largest community of low- and moderate-income families "working together for social justice and stronger communities," according to its Web site.

The organization has been accused by Republicans and conservative activists with fraud in voter registration drives around the country and has been under fire since last year for its support of President Obama and for its planned participation in next year's census.

A spokesman for ACORN, Scott Levenson, when asked to comment on the videotape, said: "The portrayal is false and defamatory and an attempt at gotcha journalism. This film crew tried to pull this sham at other offices and failed. ACORN wants to see the full video before commenting further."

On the videotape, "Kenya" can be seen telling an ACORN staffer that she earns roughly $8,000 a month. The ACORN employee then suggests to "Kenya" that ACORN could submit a tax return for 2008 showing that she made $9,600 for the entire year — instead of $96,000 — and that ACORN would charge "Kenya" $50 instead of the usual $150 fee for preparing her taxes.

ACORN offers tax preparation and benefits application services free of charge during tax season; it charges nominal fees during non-tax season.

The ACORN staffer can also be seen suggesting that the prostitute list her occupation as a freelance "performing artist."

"It's not dancing, trust me," the "pimp" says.

"But dancing is considered an art," the ACORN staffer replies. "[Exotic dancers] usually go under performing artists, or yeah, they usually go under performing arts, which will be what you are — a performing artist."

The "pimp" later says that he and "Kenya" plan to bring up to 13 "very young" girls from El Salvador to work as prostitutes. Although an ACORN staffer points out their plans are illegal, she also suggests that the girls can be claimed as dependents.

"What if they are going to be making money because they are performing tricks too?" the pimp says.

"If they making money and they are underage, then you shouldn't be letting anybody know anyway," the ACORN staffer says, and laughs. "It's illegal. So I am not hearing this, I am not hearing this. You talk too much. Don't give up no information you're not asked."

The "pimp" then asks ACORN staffers to "promise" not to discriminate against his sex worker because of "who she is and what she does," according to the audiotape.

"If we don't have the information, then how are we going to discriminate?" the ACORN staffer replies. "You see what I am saying?"

If the girls are under age 16, the ACORN staffer says on the tape, then they are not legally allowed to work in the state, regardless of what they do.

"So it's like they don't even exist?" "Kenya" asks.

"Exactly," the ACORN staffer replies. "It's like they don't even exist."

The staffer goes on to suggest that as many as three of the underage girls can be listed as dependents at the home, but a "flag" will be raised if as many as 13 are listed.

"You are gonna use three of them," the staffer says. "They are gonna be under 16, so you is eligible to get child tax credit and additional child tax credit."

The ACORN workers also appear to be promoting the group's services to the "pimp" and "Kenya."

A second ACORN employee can be heard on the audiotape suggesting that the couple join the organization for an annual cost of $120 prior to attending one of its first-time homebuyer seminars, which are underwritten with taxpayer funds.

Later, when the "pimp" asks what would happen if the organization is somehow connected to the scheme, the ACORN staffer replies, "First of all, it's not gonna damage us because we not gonna know. And with your girls, you tell them, 'Be careful.' Train them to keep their mouth shut."

"These girls are like 14, how can we trust them?" the pimp asks.

"Just be very, very careful," the ACORN staffer says. "Whatever you do, always keep your eyes in the back of your head."

Reached by FOX News, O'Keefe said he was "shocked" at the level of assistance provided by ACORN staffers.

"I was prepared for them to call the police, throw me out of the office and be hostile," he said. "Without hesitation, they helped me every way they could with evading taxes and setting me up with a brothel, with getting around federal tax laws — doing everything they could to help us. I was completely shocked."

House Republicans issued a report in July accusing ACORN of engaging in a scheme to use taxpayer money to support a partisan political agenda. California Rep. Darrell Issa, the top Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, called for a criminal investigation into the group, which dismissed the report as a "partisan attack job."

Recently in my ultra-liberal city of Portland, I found myself driving behind a car with just one bumper sticker. “So many Christians,” it read, “So few lions.” I wondered what could possess a person to adorn their car with this one homicidal sentiment—and then possess my community to let them drive around, unaccosted. A friend and I discussed later what other slogans might be put on a bumper sticker.

What if it said “So many Jews, so few gas chambers”? It could read, “So many blacks, so few nooses.” Or “So many Muslims, so few Abu Ghraibs.” How long would it take for a car with that sticker to be pulled over? Twenty minutes?

The double standard is evident everywhere.

A superior court judge recently ruled that the National Education Association can discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation—if they’re discriminating against ex-gays. The NEA refused to let an ex-gay organization run an information booth at their conference, and the judge said this was fine. The DC Office of Human Rights said ex-gays aren’t protected from discrimination because their sexual orientation obviously isn’t “immutable;” (they abandoned practicing homosexuality). This kind of wordplay just shows the power of legal activists to manipulate discrimination laws to protect some citizens not others.

The Washington Times reports that a ten-year-old New Hampshire girl has been ordered to attend public school; the state disapproves of her mother’s firm Christianity and says she must be exposed to other religious faiths. Would they have done this to a Jewish or Muslim child? Unlikely.

By “exposure to other religious faiths,” the court really means “exposure to severe skepticism about Christianity.” In time for next Easter, children’s author Philip Pullman will treat us to his latest book, The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ. The book claims the apostle Paul cooked up the “story” that Jesus was divine. Pullman told The Times that Paul’s “fervid imagination” is the only reason anyone thinks Jesus was the incarnated God. A rep from Canongate Books calls it a “book of genuine importance, a radical and ingenious retelling of the life of Jesus that demystifies and illuminates this most famous and influential of stories.” But you don’t have to wait until Easter for more pseudo-history claiming to uncloak the real facts about Jesus’ illegitimacy, bastard love child with Mary Magdalene, or other attacks on the faith. Christmas is right around the corner, and it brings scholarly attacks on Christianity as dependably as supermarket poinsettias.

The double standard also extends to those notorious cartoons. The Danes’ one-panel Mohammed cartoon created a ruckus around the world. Jews fight back too: the Arab European League is being prosecuted for a one-panel cartoon less than reverent about the Holocaust. But what about Christians? An entire comic book, Prince of Pieces, skewers a zombie Jesus—and no one fears hate crime charges. By Sam Miserendino, the comic book is about “a pissed off zombie Jesus returning to devour the flesh of sinners…As one character wryly observes, "For two thousand years you've been eating His flesh and drinking His blood... Now it's His turn."” The comic book isn’t even enough; a film is in the works, too.

This is not a time for Christians to go silent. Visit www.truthtellers.org for easy-to-follow steps to protest legislative threats to our freedom: threats going forward in Congress right now. This matters far more than protesting even the most grotesque media assault.

There is something each of us can do. My youngest sister reposted one of our stories on Facebook. Sheets of letters to the president, protesting his upcoming signing of the hate bill, sit near our fax machine. I’ve been considering how to carve out twenty minutes daily to call Congress, or commit to call just twenty names.

We need to make protest part of our daily lives, as the attack only thickens. There is reason for hope. Democrats dominate both houses of Congress, making them highly vulnerable at this time of intense voter dissatisfaction. God could still reverse the insidious tide sweeping us out to anti-Christian, anti-freedom seas—if we unite our faith with action.

Body with arms cut off found in Mexican city

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico – Police say a body with both arms cut off was found dumped on a street in the border city of Ciudad Juarez, across from El Paso, Texas.

Arturo Sandoval, spokesman for a regional prosecutor's office, says the victim was found late Tuesday with his severed arms crossed and placed on top of a cardboard sign on his chest. Soldiers immediately removed the sign and police have not released what it said.

Drug cartels often leave messages next to the victims they kill.

Sandoval says assailants stuffed plastic bags into the man's mouth and taped his eyes.

He says police were still trying to confirm the identification of the victim.

Ciudad Juarez is Mexico's deadliest city with more than 1,300 drug-related killings this year.

VILLAHERMOSA, Mexico (AP) — Two rural journalists have been arrested for allegedly working as informants for a violent drug trafficking cartel, according to courts in the southern Mexico state of Tabasco.

Newspaper correspondents Roberto Juarez and Lazaro Abreu Tejero Sanchez are being held on charges that they accepted thousands of dollars from the Zetas, a fierce drug gang aligned with the Gulf cartel, the state court system said in a news release.

The two reporters signed confessions while being question by police and prosecutors, according to the court statement on Tuesday, but later retracted them when brought before a judge.

Prosecutors say the two kept some of the money in exchange for withholding stories and sharing police information, and distributed some of it to other journalists, who may also face arrest.

Police said they learned about the payoffs, which amounted to about $4,500 a month, from a Zetas lieutenant.

The reporters work at towns near the Guatemalan border for the Villahermosa newspaper Presente, where spokespeople said no one was available to comment about the arrests.
