Most Child Birth Education classes discuss nutrition, discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, relaxation techniques, labor positions, role of labor support person, and birth plans. Be sure to discuss your birth plan with your OB. &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Chlorine is actually used to kill germs. Chlorine is also found in the drinking water that most of us use to wash our face. If you feel you are &lt;br&gt;breaking out everytime you swim it may be the sunscreen your using on your face. &lt;p&gt;What can I do about low back pain during pregnancy? &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Deliver. Women experience back pain during pregnancy due to a developing baby in their pelvis causing extra pressure and stress on bones and muscles. Another reason why low back pain is common in pregnancy is due to a hormone called Relaxin which causes the loosening of ligaments and tendons allowing the pelvis to adjust to the growing baby and allowing the pubic bone and cervix to widen for labor and delivery. &lt;p&gt;I was so glad I did this cleanse!  I definately felt a change in my body.  Like the other person who did this cleanse, I felt a "re-set" if you will.  I do not have near the sugar cravings that I did prior to this cleanse.  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;I am still eating similar to the way I did on this cleanse, but adding in some chicken, fish and a luxury meal here and there. &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;I would definately recommend to do a cleanse for anybody that is feeling "off".  Foggy thinking, sugar cravings, headaches, bloated, etc.  Although, I would also suggest making an appointment with your Physician before starting a cleanse.  For guidance as well as to make sure there are no contraindications (reasons you should not do a cleanse).  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

Now is the time to start new patterns and behaviors with my eating. Now I remember why I like doing the cleanses. I was eating too much sugar during the day. I could feel it.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;I am sooooo happy I did this cleanse. This will help me keep my portion sizes smaller - stop any continuous eating for a meal (which is my weakness and remnant bulimic behavior - even if it is a small binge with no purge).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;My goals for after this - not such a dependency on sugar and carbs, chocolate and cakes and breads.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Today I ate good I think&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;I started my day as I do everyday - latte and apple and peanut butter&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;Lunch I had chicken noodle soup (wolfgang puck organic - Naturopath approved&lt;/span&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Wingdings" style="FONT-FAMILY: ; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;J&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;. It has no MSG)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Dinner I had the classic yum yum yummy meal of French bread with virgin olive oil, a glass of wine, avocado in a cucumber/onion salad, and a half piece of grilled chicken breast.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt;I had a colon hydrotherapy today by Eireen Cullen. She has a closed system. It was a good session. We got lots of stuff out of me, as that was the goal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Wingdings" style="FONT-FAMILY: ; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;J&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"&gt; The one interesting thing I found was all the heavy metals. I'm going to research this a bit more. Afterwards I probably should have eaten less of a meal, but was so busy during the day didn't get to eat much. The chicken I ate for dinner was a little sensitive in my stomach. I could feel the effort to digest it. I made sure to eat probiotics as always before a big meal (granted this was only a big meal compared to the meals I've been eating.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;Lunch: lentil soup with okra and kale&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: Salad with cucumber, carrots, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Snack: another apple&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;How Do I feel:&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;I am ready to finish this cleanse.  I feel great eating like this, but really would like to add some other healthy items to my menu.  It is so great to be able to think and I really hope to be able to continue eating right and feeling good!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

Had lots of energy. Ofcourse wanted to just eat nonstop all day again&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="black" face="Wingdings" size="2" style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: ; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings"&gt;L&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="black" face="Verdana" size="2" style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: ; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"&gt; That's why I had the coffee in the afternoon to stop the eating. Plus I just didn't feel like eating lots of veggies. I'm really looking forward to having some fish or chicken soon!
