Hello again U2 LiveCast fans!

I have decided to add a few words to today’s podcast.

Basically, I’d like to add some substance to the U2 LiveCast. By which, I’d like to include some VIDEO in the podcast stream as well as some news on our favorite band.

Of course, all these changes and add-ons will take some planning, thought and time. I want to improve the U2 LiveCast experience for my listeners. In any case, we have an idea of where we want to take the U2 LiveCast and we hope that the listeners will continue to subscribe and listen to the U2 LiveCast.

Folk, we’ve had a small disaster strike my pc last weekend!

I had a hard drive failure and lost quite of bit of the U2 concerts that I’ve downloaded over the past little while.

This is one of my favourite early U2 tracks. Did you know that my wife first heard this track in 2004 and she thought it was a new release. Yes, as you can tell she's not a big fan, but she did like the song. Anyway, my point is that these tracks are great timeless tracks.

Welcome back all! I have decided to give my U2 Podcast feature a real title, I've called it the U2 LiveCast. U2 LiveCast (for our new visitors) will feature LIVE U2 tracks from various concerts...or, from whatever I have in my collection. On now, on with the post....

It's been a long time since I've posted a U2 concert track, so here's the NEXT in a whole series of live tracks to come, 11 O'Clock Tick Tock from Chicago Il. on March 21st 1985.

ADDITION COMMENTS NOT IN PODCAST:

This track is the beginning of the show and you can hear Adam playing the bass before the actual song begins. That bass track before 11 O'Clock begins sounds VERY cool, I highly encourage everyone to give it a listen.

Even Better Than The Real Thing: U2 LiveCast

One of my favourite songs of all time from U2 is Even Better Than The Real Thing.

The last time I heard Even Better Than The Real Thing live was during the PopMart Tour in 1997. And then, in 2011 during the Glastonbury Festival, U2 went on stage and opened up with Even Better Than The Real Thing.

It felt good to hear it again live. Please enjoy.

U2 LiveCast Moves to salciampa.com

Hey readers, it's been a while since my last update but I've been busy maintaining my tech site www.thetechloft.com as well as maintaining my YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/SalsTavern) but I've decided to resurrect the U2 LiveCast that I founded several years ago.

The U2 LiveCast was a podcast when I'd share live music from U2. I'd share concert tracks from various time periods of U2's career.

The problem with maintaining a podcast is drive space, since this website is really hosted on Blogger and I don't earn much revenue from Adsense, I really didn't want to spend money on web hosting for my podcast media. After some searching, I found a way to share my media through Google Drive which is a free service for everyone!

To launch the return of the U2 LiveCast, I'm posting a track from the very first show from the Innocence and Experience Tour.
