Operators of Ukrainian combat drones struck an enemy pickup truck carrying numerous Russian infantrymen in its bed.

Video of the successful combat operation was published on June 23 on the channel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Special Operations Forces unit, Uа_reg team.

The footage shows a Ukrainian drone catching up to the vehicle; the Russian soldiers notice it but don’t even have time to try to jump out.

Other footage in the video shows numerous other destroyed Russian vehicles and infantry.

It was previously reported that Ukrainian combat drones continue to attack and destroy fuel tankers behind Russian lines. With these actions, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are creating new logistical problems for the occupiers.

There was also a report of the heroic feat of a Ukrainian infantryman. He single-handedly held the line against five Russian paratroopers until Ukrainian drones arrived to help.

NASA Prepares Rare Mission to Save Swift Telescope From Falling to Earth

NASA is preparing an unusual and somewhat unexpected mission to save the Swift space telescope from losing its orbit. The idea sounds almost old-fashioned at first glance, but it mixes very different generations of technology into one operation.

It has been reported that the Chinese have launched an unknown object into orbit, according to LeoLabs.

The company monitors space. It is known that the Chinese reusable spaceplane launched an unknown object into orbit during its fourth mission.

The Shenlong spaceplane itself was launched into low Earth orbit on February 7th aboard a Long March 2F rocket, which launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the Gobi Desert.

On June 22nd, LeoLabs reported on the social media platform X that its specialists had detected “an unknown object in the immediate vicinity of the Chinese reusable Shenlong spaceplane.”

The initial detection was made using the Kiwi Space Radar, located in New Zealand. According to the company, the object did not match any known space objects in its catalog.

After additional observations through the global radar network and analysis using the LeoLabs Delta system, the company’s specialists concluded with a high degree of confidence that the object was separated from the Chinese spaceplane.

The appearance of the new object is consistent with the previously observed flight pattern of the Chinese spaceplane.

During its second and third missions, the spacecraft also released small satellites. There is currently no information on the purpose of the new object.

After this, the main spacecraft presumably performed rendezvous and close-range maneuvers with the satellites.

A Ukrainian paratrooper managed to mount a strong defense against an attempt by Russian troops to attack his positions on the front line.

A video of the battle was published on June 19 on the channel of the 7th Corps of the Ukrainian Airborne Assault Forces.

The Russians sent their reconnaissance group to an area where intense fighting is ongoing.

After receiving information about the enemy’s direction of movement, the Ukrainian paratrooper took up a position and waited until the enemy was within close range.

When three Russian occupiers entered the shelter, he instantly struck them with a fragmentation grenade and small-arms fire.

As a result, two Russians were killed, while another sustained serious shrapnel wounds and fled the position.

“Despite constant pressure from the enemy, our units continue to hold their defenses, inflict casualties on the enemy, and thwart their attempts to advance,” the Ukrainian military reported.

It was previously reported that during the battle, an American M113 armored personnel carrier, which was evacuating wounded Ukrainian soldiers, withstood nine strikes from Russian combat drones.

After months of quietly patrolling the streets, the Dubbot police robot has officially been taken out of service. The autonomous machine was introduced to help improve public safety, but officials say it never lived up to expectations.

Its record was difficult to ignore. During almost a year of operation, the robot did not help arrest a single suspect. It also failed to issue a single citation or respond to any incident that required police officers to step in.

The decision to retire the police robot was confirmed by authorities in Dublin, California. According to a department spokesperson, the experiment simply did not deliver the results officers had hoped for.

Known locally as Dubbot, the machine is a Knightscope K5 robot built by California technology company Knightscope. Standing just over five feet tall and weighing about 180 kilograms, the robot was impossible to miss as it rolled through public areas.

Its design looked more like a giant traffic cone than a traditional robot. It had no arms or tools for interacting with people. Instead, it relied on cameras that recorded a full 360-degree view of its surroundings. An emergency button also allowed members of the public to contact authorities if they needed help.

City officials invested about $67,500 in the project, hoping the robot would become an extra set of electronic eyes for local police. Beginning in July 2025, Dubbot was assigned to patrol a municipal parking area where officers wanted additional surveillance.

The idea sounded promising. A robot never gets tired, never takes breaks and can patrol around the clock. Supporters believed that simply seeing an autonomous security robot might discourage crime before it happened.

Every year the Arctic loses more of its summer ice, and scientists fear the process is accelerating. Satellite observations show the region has already lost around 40% of its summer Arctic sea ice over the past four decades.

To slow the trend, researchers launched an unusual field experiment. At first glance, it sounds more like science fiction than climate science.

Instead of simply watching the ice disappear, they decided to see if it could be rebuilt.

The project was led by the organization Real Ice with support from the UK government. The idea was simple. Pump seawater onto the surface during the Arctic winter and let nature do the rest. Once the water froze, it would create a thicker layer of ice that might survive longer into the warmer months.

The experiment took place about 6.5 kilometers from the Inuit community of Cambridge Bay in northern Canada. During January and February, engineers drilled holes through the existing ice and pumped nearly 50,000 tons of seawater onto the frozen surface.

The freezing temperatures did the rest. The water turned to ice almost immediately. By the end of the project, researchers had increased the ice thickness by about 50 centimeters across an area measuring roughly 450 by 450 meters.

The pumping equipment operated for more than 1,000 hours. The work was demanding. Researchers wanted to learn whether geoengineering could become another tool for protecting vulnerable parts of the Arctic during summer.

Can Artificially Thickened Ice Slow Arctic Melting?

The project was about more than simply making thicker ice. Scientists carefully monitored temperature, salt content and the internal structure of every new layer. Measurements were taken every two centimeters. The goal was to compare the artificial ice with naturally formed sea ice.

One question interested the team more than anything else. Would the new ice reflect sunlight as effectively as natural ice?

That difference is important. Bright ice reflects around 70% of incoming solar energy back into space. Open ocean reflects only about 7%. As more ice disappears, darker seawater absorbs extra heat. The warmer ocean then melts even more ice.

When spring arrived, satellite images revealed something unexpected. The experimental site appeared as a bright white patch surrounded by darker water. According to the researchers, the artificially thickened ice reflected sunlight even better than the surrounding natural ice.

The results are encouraging. Even so, scientists stress that this was only a small experiment. Nobody knows whether the same approach could work across much larger areas of the Arctic. The long-term impact on marine ecosystems also remains unclear.

Scaling the technology would be a major engineering challenge. Using people and conventional pumps across millions of square kilometers is simply unrealistic. Because of that, scientists are already exploring autonomous underwater vehicles and robotic pumping systems. They hope those machines could perform much of the work in the future.

Many climate experts stress that projects like this cannot replace cutting greenhouse gas emissions. However, they believe experimental technologies could eventually become another tool for slowing the loss of Arctic sea ice if global warming continues.

For now, the Real Ice experiment offers something researchers rarely see. It suggests that damaged sea ice might one day be rebuilt instead of simply disappearing year after year.

“This isn’t the first time the enemy has tried to unfurl their rag. And what happens next is simple: either capture or a visit from our ‘little bird,’” the Ukrainian military commented on the video.

One of Britain’s most famous trees has reached the end of its remarkable life. The legendary Major Oak, better known as the Robin Hood Oak, has officially died after failing to produce new leaves for the first time in its long history.

For generations, visitors have traveled to Sherwood Forest to see the enormous oak linked to the legend of Robin Hood. Whether the famous outlaw ever stood beneath its branches remains unknown. Even so, the tree became one of England’s best-known natural landmarks.

This spring, conservationists finally accepted what many had feared. The ancient oak never came back to life after winter. No fresh foliage appeared, confirming that the tree had reached the end of its natural lifespan.

According to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), the oak was around 1,200 years old. That means it was already centuries old before the Robin Hood stories first appeared in English folklore.

The End of a Living Symbol of Sherwood Forest

The tree was enormous. Its crown stretched almost 28 meters across, while the trunk measured roughly 11 meters around. Standing beneath it, visitors often described feeling as if they were inside a natural cathedral.

Its age also meant constant care was needed. Engineers installed supports beneath several heavy branches more than a hundred years ago. Protective fencing followed in the 1970s after concerns that thousands of visitors were damaging the roots by walking too close.

Experts believe the oak had been weakening for years. Then came a series of unusually hot and dry summers. Those harsh conditions placed additional stress on an already aging tree and likely accelerated its decline.

Even though the Major Oak is now biologically dead, it will not be cut down.

Conservationists say the tree still has an important role to play. Dead ancient oaks provide food and shelter for insects, birds, fungi and many other organisms. In some cases, they continue supporting wildlife for decades after they stop growing.

It was previously reported that, according to the latest statements from experts, the crater in Turkmenistan, known as the “Gates of Hell,” is slowly disappearing after 50 years.

Finding a new shark species is already a rare event. Finding one that can literally “walk” across the ocean floor is even more unusual. That is exactly what researchers have reported after studying shallow coastal waters near New Guinea.

The newly identified animal has been named Hemiscyllium dugeonae. The description was published in the Journal of the Ocean Science Foundation. Scientists chose the name to honor marine biologist Christine Dudgeon for her contribution to shark research.

At first glance, the animal looks like a small reef shark. But once it reaches the seabed, it behaves very differently from what most people would expect.

Instead of swimming all the time, the walking shark pushes itself forward with its pectoral and pelvic fins. The movement almost resembles a slow crawl. This allows the shark to travel through coral reefs, rocky bottoms and very shallow water where larger predators often struggle to move.

A Shark That Walks Instead of Swims

Researchers say the species usually lives at depths of less than ten meters. During low tide, some reef areas become extremely shallow. The shark’s unusual way of moving helps it continue searching for food even when there is very little water.

Adult animals grow to about 80 centimeters long. Their bodies are covered with brown spots and lighter markings. These patterns help them disappear against the coral. Scientists also noticed an eye-shaped marking on the head. It may confuse predators for a few crucial seconds.

DNA analysis confirmed that Hemiscyllium dugeonae belongs to the family of walking sharks. This is a small group of reef sharks found only in parts of the Pacific and nearby seas.

Unlike great white sharks or tiger sharks, these animals pose no danger to people. They spend most of their time looking for crabs, shrimp, worms, small fish and other creatures hiding among the reefs.

Marine biologists believe discoveries like this are becoming more common because remote reef systems have never been fully explored. Every expedition brings scientists to places where previously unknown species may still exist.

The discovery is exciting, but it also raises concerns. The shark appears to live in a relatively small area. That makes it more vulnerable if its habitat begins to change.

Coral reefs around the world are already under pressure from climate change, rising ocean temperatures and pollution. If these ecosystems continue to decline, species with such a limited range could disappear much faster than scientists expected.

Researchers now plan to study the shark’s population in greater detail. If its numbers turn out to be low, Hemiscyllium dugeonae could eventually receive international protection. Scientists hope that will help preserve one of the ocean’s most unusual recent discoveries.

A reference to an alien base on the Moon has been found in declassified NASA documents, according to the Daily Mirror.

Among the 72 new files that US authorities posted on the Pentagon website on Friday, June 12, was an audio recording of a classified NASA meeting following the Apollo 16 mission in 1972.

During the mission, American astronauts landed on the surface of the Moon for the fifth time and conducted numerous scientific experiments.

During the meeting, NASA employees discussed laser measurements, lunar gravity, and other scientific issues.

During the conversation, the topic initially turned to a “massive hole” near the Van de Graaff crater on the far side of the Moon. Then one of the participants said:

“It could be an alien star base or something. Anyway, the next slide shows the front side of the moon.”

As the publication notes, this was a very careless remark, after which scientists began joking about the “huge hole” on the far side of the satellite.

Few pirates left a mark on history quite like Henry Every. He vanished more than 300 years ago. Now archaeologists believe they may have found the remains of his famous ship near the Bahamas.

The discovery was made off the coast of Nassau. Today, the area attracts tourists and divers from around the world. More than three centuries ago, however, these waters were linked to pirates, smugglers and privateers.

Getting to the wreck was not easy. The waters around the site are known for large sharks. Team members said several predators were already circling the boat. They spotted them before the first dive even began.

One wreck even appeared to have its own underwater guardian. According to the expedition, a particularly large shark remained near the site during much of the operation. The Daily Star reports this.

Despite the danger, the divers continued their search. The finds immediately caught their attention. This was clearly no ordinary wreck site.

Pieces of old timber were scattered across the seabed. Divers also recovered glass bottles, clay smoking pipes and 25 lead musket balls. These artifacts reveal how sailors and pirates lived. They date back to the Golden Age of Piracy.

The team also found an iron cannon and several swivel guns. These small weapons were popular among pirate crews. They were often used during boarding attacks and close-range combat.

Then came the discovery that generated the most excitement. Among the wreckage were remains believed to belong to the Fancy. This was the famous flagship of Henry Every, the man many historians still call the Pirate King.

For many people, Every is not as famous as Blackbeard. Yet he remains one of the most successful pirates in history.

In 1695, Every and his crew carried out a raid. The attack later became famous around the world. They targeted ships linked to the Mughal Empire. Afterward, they escaped with an enormous fortune.

Historians estimate the treasure would be worth many millions of dollars today. The raid quickly became one of the most profitable pirate operations ever recorded.

The attack created an international scandal. England faced pressure from powerful allies and trading partners. Authorities offered large rewards for Every’s capture. Ships were sent out to search for him. Wanted notices appeared across several countries. None of it worked.

Henry Every disappeared without a trace. Unlike many famous pirates, he was never publicly captured. He was never executed. He simply vanished from the historical record.

That mystery has survived for more than 300 years. Historians still debate what became of him. They also wonder whether he ever enjoyed the fortune he stole.

Archaeologists have identified six wrecks in the area so far. Three appear to date back to the Golden Age of Piracy. It was the era of Blackbeard and Calico Jack Rackham.

And what has been found so far may be only part of the story. Large sections of the wrecks remain buried beneath the sand. Many artifacts could still be hidden below the seabed.

Researchers hope future excavations will uncover more artifacts. The finds could reveal new details about pirate life, trade routes and naval warfare.

For now, the team is being cautious. More work is needed before the ship can be identified with complete certainty.

Still, if the wreck really does belong to the Fancy, it would rank among the most important pirate shipwreck discoveries in recent decades.

For years, climate researchers have been scratching their heads over a strange area of the North Atlantic Ocean. While almost every ocean on Earth has been warming, one region south of Greenland and Iceland has been doing the exact opposite.

Scientists call it the “cold blob.” On temperature maps, it stands out like a blue stain surrounded by warmer waters. Since the early 1900s, temperatures there have dropped by nearly one degree Celsius, something that shouldn’t be happening in a warming world.

Now researchers believe they finally know what’s behind the mystery. And according to them, the answer may not be good news.

The new study points to a slowdown of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation, or AMOC. Most people have never heard of it, but this enormous system of ocean currents helps move warm water from the tropics toward the Northern Hemisphere.

You can think of it as a giant conveyor belt operating inside the Atlantic Ocean. Warm water travels north, cools down, sinks and then slowly returns south through deeper layers of the ocean.

The Atlantic Ocean May Be Warning Us About a Bigger Problem

Scientists have argued for years about what causes the cold blob. Some believed changing winds and cloud patterns were responsible. Others suspected that the AMOC itself was weakening. According to the new research, the second explanation appears to fit the evidence much better.

To investigate the mystery, researchers combined satellite observations with ocean measurements collected over many years. What surprised them was that the cooling wasn’t limited to the surface. The same pattern was detected deeper in the ocean as well.

That finding suggests something larger is happening beneath the waves. Many climate scientists believe increasing amounts of freshwater from melting ice in Greenland are interfering with the normal flow of the AMOC. As more freshwater enters the North Atlantic, it becomes harder for cold salty water to sink, weakening the circulation system.

Why does this matter? Because the AMOC helps regulate weather and climate across large parts of the world. If it continues to weaken, the effects could reach far beyond the North Atlantic.

It was previously reported that Swiss scientists have reported an atypical trend in the Earth’s rotation, which has begun to slow faster than expected. They claim this is due to new climate change and the melting of polar ice.

What was supposed to be an ordinary skydiving flight turned into a devastating tragedy in Missouri. A plane carrying a group of skydivers crashed shortly after taking off from Butler Memorial Airport, leaving no survivors.

According to local officials, the aircraft departed at around 11:20 a.m. Witnesses said it appeared to struggle almost immediately after becoming airborne. Instead of climbing normally, the plane failed to gain altitude before making a sharp turn to the left.

According to a report by CNN, the aircraft crashed roughly 300 meters from the runway before bursting into flames. The accident quickly became one of the most serious aviation accidents reported in the region in recent years.

Authorities confirmed that 12 people were on board the aircraft, including 11 skydivers and the pilot. Emergency crews responded to the scene within minutes, but there were no survivors.

The aircraft was operated by Skydive Kansas City, a company that regularly organizes parachute jumps and recreational skydiving flights. What started as a routine trip quickly turned into a deadly skydiving plane crash.

Residents living near Butler Memorial Airport reported seeing the aircraft flying unusually low shortly after takeoff. Several witnesses said the plane appeared to be having trouble climbing before it suddenly turned and disappeared from view.

Moments later, a large plume of smoke could be seen rising from the crash site. Firefighters, police officers and emergency personnel rushed to the area, but the impact and resulting fire left little chance of survival.

Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims. Officials say family members are being notified before additional details are made public.

Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have launched a full investigation into the Missouri plane crash. Specialists will examine the wreckage, maintenance records, weather conditions and the pilot’s flight history.

At this stage, investigators have not identified the cause of the accident. Mechanical problems, pilot error and other possible factors remain under review as the investigation continues.

Aircraft used in skydiving operations often perform multiple flights each day, carrying jumpers to altitude before returning to the airport for another group. Because these flights involve frequent takeoffs and climbs, they operate under conditions that differ from traditional passenger aviation.

While modern skydiving is generally considered safe, accidents involving parachute aircraft occasionally occur. According to data from the United States Parachute Association, eight fatal crashes involving skydiving aircraft were recorded in the United States over the past decade before this latest tragedy.

Those incidents claimed the lives of 25 people. The latest plane crash in Missouri has now added another heartbreaking chapter to those statistics and is already being described as one of the deadliest accidents involving skydivers in recent years.

Investigators hope evidence recovered from the wreckage will help determine exactly what happened during the aircraft’s final moments and provide answers for the families affected by the tragedy.

The Pentagon has released its third set of declassified documents on unidentified flying objects. This time, it includes 72 materials from the FBI, CIA, and Pentagon archives covering various years.

Among the new documents are recent video footage of glowing spheres recorded over the United States in 2024–2025.

Also published is a CIA report based on an American’s account of a letter from his niece in Budapest (1955).

In it, the girl described how residents of the Hungarian capital had been discussing UFO sightings for several weeks; the letter included a drawing showing the proposed route between Budapest and Moscow.

An American traveling by train from Baku to Tbilisi reported seeing a triangular object the size of a fighter jet.

He said it rose from the ground, performed several spirals, and then disappeared. Immediately afterward, the conductor, on the instructions of a Ministry of Internal Affairs officer, ordered the curtains in the car to be closed.

The archives also mention a 1973 incident at the Sary Shagan test site: a test site employee observed a bright green, round object that suddenly grew larger within 15 seconds, became surrounded by several rings, and then disappeared.

Whether these incidents involved secret projects, natural phenomena, or something else remains unknown. Reports of strange objects have continued to appear for decades across different countries. The newly released documents do not solve the UFO mystery.

However, they show that some cases attracted enough attention to be preserved in official archives. As more files become public, researchers hope to uncover new clues. For now, many of these sightings remain unexplained and continue to spark debate.

Time travel has always been one of the most popular ideas in science fiction. Movies, books, and television shows have imagined people sending messages through time for decades. Now a new study suggests that, at least on paper, sending information into the past may not be completely impossible.

A team of theoretical physicists led by Cornell University researcher Mark Wilde has been looking at a question that sounds simple but is surprisingly difficult: can information move backward through time without breaking the known laws of physics?

The researchers were not building a time machine. Instead, they examined mathematical models that already exist in modern physics. Their work focused on so-called closed timelike curves, a concept that appears in certain solutions to Einstein’s theory of relativity.

These hypothetical pathways would allow an object or a piece of information to leave one point in spacetime and eventually arrive at an earlier moment. In other words, something could return to its own past.  

For many physicists, that immediately raises a problem. If information can be sent into the past, what happens if that information changes the future that originally created it? This is the source of famous time-travel paradoxes that have puzzled scientists for generations.

Could Quantum Physics Make Travel Back in Time Possible?

One well-known example is the so-called “grandfather paradox.” A traveler goes back in time and changes an event that prevents their own journey from ever taking place. Situations like this are one reason many researchers doubt that real time loops can exist in nature.

The authors of the new study argue that quantum mechanics may offer a different perspective. At the quantum level, particles do not always behave according to common sense. Events that seem impossible in everyday life can sometimes be described mathematically without creating direct contradictions.

Using information theory and quantum communication models, the team found that a message could theoretically be transmitted through a quantum time loop. The process would not be perfect. Some information could be distorted or lost along the way, much like interference affecting a weak radio signal.

Even with those limitations, the calculations suggest that enough information might survive to make communication possible. The researchers compared parts of the process to quantum teleportation, a phenomenon that has already been demonstrated in laboratory experiments.

Despite its name, quantum teleportation does not transport people or objects from one place to another. Instead, it transfers quantum information between particles. Scientists have spent years improving these techniques, and they now form an important part of quantum computing and quantum communication research.

The study also touches on another major mystery in physics: what happens to information inside black holes. Some theories suggest that black hole evaporation could involve processes similar to quantum teleportation. If true, that could help explain how information survives even when matter falls into a black hole.

However, the new research points to several information-related limits that such theories would need to overcome. According to the authors, some popular explanations may be more difficult to reconcile with the mathematics than previously thought.

That does not mean existing black hole theories are wrong. It simply means that physicists may need to take a closer look at how information behaves under extreme conditions.

For now, the idea of sending a message into the past remains firmly in the realm of theory. There is no evidence that closed timelike curves exist, and no technology is capable of creating them. Even so, the study highlights how many unanswered questions remain about time, gravity, and the quantum world.

Whether these quantum time loops turn out to be real or not, the research provides another reminder that the universe often behaves in ways that challenge our intuition. Concepts that once belonged entirely to science fiction continue to find their way into serious scientific discussions.

Large-scale archaeological excavations in northern Israel have started at a prehistoric cave site. Scientists already call it a true “time capsule”. The discovery is important for understanding early human evolution and ancient hunter-gatherer life.

The site preserves traces of human activity from about 400,000 to 250,000 years ago. This period belongs to the Lower Paleolithic era, when early humans were adapting to new environments and improving survival skills.

The cave is located near the town of Fureidis, south of Haifa in northern Israel. It is linked to the Acheulean-Yabrud culture of the Levant. This cultural phase belongs to the late Lower Paleolithic archaeology in the region.

Early results already show a detailed picture of life in the cave. Scientists found bones of fallow deer, gazelles, and ancient horses. These remains point to active hunting and a rich natural environment.

It was previously reported that French archaeologists discovered about 100 dinosaur eggs dating back approximately 72 million years. They remained hidden for a very long time. Most of them are about the size of a melon.

There are still places on Earth that remain almost completely unexplored. One of them lies deep beneath the waters of the Indian Ocean, where scientists recently stumbled upon a discovery that surprised even experienced researchers.

During a series of dives southwest of Australia, a Chinese expedition found large numbers of whale bones scattered across the seabed. The remains were not concentrated in a single location. Instead, they appeared across a broad area, suggesting that whales have been ending up there for an extremely long time.

The discovery was made using the deep-sea submersible Fendouzhe. As cameras moved across the ocean floor, researchers continued spotting more bones. What initially looked like an isolated find gradually turned into something much larger.

According to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the area may have been collecting whale remains for more than five million years. If true, some of the oldest bones on the site could date back to a time when the world looked very different from today.

No one can answer that question with certainty.

One theory suggests that the unusual shape of the seabed may be responsible. Parts of the region resemble a giant underwater basin capable of trapping organic material carried by ocean currents. Over countless generations, bones may have gradually accumulated there.

Another possibility is much simpler. Whales are known to return to productive feeding grounds. If this region offered a reliable food source for thousands of years, large numbers of animals may have visited the same waters again and again.

Eventually, some of them died there.

The area where the remains were found is located near the Diamantina Fracture Zone, one of the deepest parts of the Indian Ocean. Some bones were documented at depths approaching 6,800 meters. Very few people have ever seen this landscape with their own eyes.

Researchers believe the visible remains could be only a fraction of what is actually present. Over millions of years, layers of sediment have slowly covered older skeletons. As a result, many more bones may still be hidden beneath the seafloor.

Discoveries like this are valuable because whale skeletons contain information about ancient species and changing ocean conditions. Every bone can provide clues about how marine life evolved over long periods of time.

For now, scientists plan to continue studying the region. The latest expedition answered one question but created several new ones. Exactly how many whales ended up there remains unknown, and researchers suspect the true scale of the graveyard may be far larger than anyone currently realizes.

The video was published on the channel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

In the footage, shot directly from inside the vehicle, the soldiers’ commands can be heard: “Come on, come on, forward! Forward!” the soldiers shout at the moment of the attack.

Earlier it was reported that the Chinese drone drone Jiu Tian may make its first test flight by the end of June. The Jiu Tian has a range of up to 7,000 kilometers and is capable of carrying 100 small drones.
