CAD Secretary Faridullah Khan Failed to Ask ED Polyclinic about merit violation.

On 18th June 2014, In Polyclinic Hospital Islamabad, a clear and open merit violation in House Officers selection was witnessed by many. A candidate Dr Adil Ramzan, file his plea in front of Secretary CAD Faridullah Khan who referred him to Joint Secretary Mr Akbar Shamim. The candidate visited him many times and his final remarks were "i can't do anything for you, this is Pakistan, go to abroad if you seek justice and merit". Dr Adil Ramzan's application is still under process and he got no response. The Section officer, whose responsibility was to process his application advised him to give some money to ED polyclinic Dr Zahid Hussain instead of beating around the bush. The CAD Secretary Fareedullah Khan didn't bother to inquire about this open injustice by the administration of polyclinic hospital Islamabad.
According to the details, Dr Adil Ramzan who got 92% marks in the exam, was rejected by the interview panel and they selected the candidates who were on the 41st and even lower spots on the merit list. Dr Adil, raised this issue in front of CAD Secretary Faridullah Khan and he did nothing which makes him equally responsible for this injustice.

Federal Government Services Polyclinic hospital which is situated in the posh area of Islamabad, near Parliament House. An exam was held on 18th June 2014, for the selection of house officers in different departments of the hospital. But the Executive Director of Polyclinic hospital Islamabad, Dr Zahid Hussain sold his soul and chose doctors on his political and personal terms. The deputy executive director, Dr Shahid Hanif who was a part of interview panel was equally involved in this crime. The higher authorities, the secretary CAD Mr. Faridullah Khan and Joint Secretary CAD Mr. Akbar Ameem Shamim were informed about the injustice by a victim Dr. Adil Ramzan, but they put a deaf ear to his plea. The act of Executive Director of Polyclinic Hospital Dr Zahid Hussain wasn't even condemn by the higher authorities which make them equally involved and responsible for the injustice.

According to the details, Dr Adil Ramzan, who stood 5th on the merit list, who have scored 92% marks in the test and his score equalled with the score of the first five candidates, was rejected by the interview panel and those candidates who were on 41st and lower spots were selected.
The silence of ED polyclinic Dr Zahid Hussain and Dr Shahid Hanif on this grave injustice and shameful act is an offence and attack on the basic rights of people and higher courts should take notice of this injustice against the vulnerable candidates.

Go to this link and copy and paste your article in this tool and click “check for plagiarism”. This tool will analyze your article for plagiarism from free. This will give you lot of useful information. It will analyze all the sentences of your article. If it finds a similar sentence in google it will mark it red. Click on the red colored sentence google search result will open and you will see the similar sentence present on Google already. If you are trying to write a unique content then change this sentence.

Now if you are checking that whether somebody has copied your content and posted it on his/her blog then again paste the article and click “check for plagiarism”. This time you will see that all the sentences are red because you have already posted them on web before. Now click on any red link, google search will open. You should see only your blog or website link in the search results. If you see any other link or blog post containing similar sentence then probably the owner of that blog has copied the article from your blog. Check couple of more sentences if you see the same link (other than your own blog post link) then your suspicion should increase and you should contact Google or the owner of blog and ask him to remove the content.

Samsung Galaxy S4 TV Remote Control Feature. How it works?

Samsung galaxy S4 TV remote control is the one of the best things that i have found. The already installed app WatchOn controls this feature. I got my Samsung Galaxy S4 a month ago and yesterday i discovered this feature. I didn't read Samsung galaxy S4 reviews before, therefore i didn't know about it.

Two days ago i heard about this somewhere on YouTube and installed a remote control app from Google play store. That wasn't working well. So i lost hope that this feature is not very good. But yester when i was browsing different apps. I came across "WatchOn" app. I opened it and i saw a remote control like window. I selected TV, then i selected TV make. after that the app asked me to use the power off feature. I used it and then the app asked me whether your TV turned off/on. I said yes because the Off/On button was working. Once WatchON saved my TV setting I used all the buttons all features were working. Volume up/down, channel up/down and numbers, mute, A/V button all were working extremely well. That was a surprise, even my TV remote control isn't so perfect.

The range is excellent. I tried the remote control feature from 20 feet distance and it was working like a charm. This app is perfect you won't need a remote control if you have this app.

Then i read online about remote control feature of Samsung Galaxy S4 and i came to know that Samsung has pre-installed remote controls of more than 350 brands. Isn't this awesome? ? ?

Samsung Galaxy S4 smart pause not working Solution

I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 2 I9500 days ago. I tried smart pause feature but it wasn’t seem to be working. I have tried different things but failed to make it work. I tried to disable all other gesture but it doesn’t work. Samsung says day it doesn’t work well with air gesture turned on. I turned air gesture off but still it wasn’t working. I turned all other gesture off too that is smart stay, smart rotation and smart scroll but it wasn’t working.

Then i moved to my washroom, turned the bright tube light on. Then i played the video from gallery and i was surprised to see that smart pause was now working. I looked the screen, turned the phone away from me and video paused. That was awesome. After that i came to room light and it wasn’t working again. So i found the solution of Samsung smart pause not working issue.

the i again went to the bright light area and it was working. Then i one by one turned on other gestures. smart eye, smart scroll and smart rotation all don’t interfere with smart pause. So those who says that smart stay interfere with smart pause are simply wrong according to my point experience and point of view.

HTC One X will get Jellybean 4.2.2 update in July or August 2013

HTC Once X will get the new jellybean update in July or August. After HTC has introduced HTC One, The developers have delayed the HTC One X update. They are going to update HTC One before HTC One X. This has annoyed the users of htc one x and they are accusing htc about neglecting the older mobiles. HTC One X was very popular when it was released. It was considered better than Samsung’s Galaxy S3 But The sensational HTC One, that is the HTC counter part of Samsung’s Galaxy S4.

Now the users of htc one x are keenly waiting for the next htc update which consists of jellybean 4.2.2 and htc sense 5. The current version is jellybean 4.1.1 and htc sense 4. The update is composed of several new feature and is smoother as compared to previous version. Unfortunately there is no official announcement about the update release for htc one x. But the inner sources twitted that the htc one X will get the new Jellybean 4.2.2 update in July or August. Some other sources say that the update will be released after the htc one update. First htc is going to update its latest mobile htc one and afterwards they will update htc one x. htc one has already get the jellybean update in Chinese and Taiwan regions. Soon it will be announced in other regions too and afterwards htc one X will get the jellybean 4.2.2 update hopefully.

How to Add a New Sidebar on Left/Right side to Your Blogger Blog Layout.

To add new side bar to your blogger blog layout, you have change your blogger outer-wrapper or main-wrapper width. In two column blogger template there are basically three main components.

1. Outer-Wrapper

2. Main-Wrapper and

3. Sidebar-wrapper

Outer-wrapper represent the whole width of you blog.

Main-wrapper usually represents the post area, the area which shows your posts.

and sidebar-wrapper represents the dimensions of the sidebar of your blog.

Usually the width of outer-wrapper is 1000px and width of main-wrapper is 700px and that of sidebar-wrapper is 300px (main-wrapper + sidebar-wrapper = outer-wrapper, 700px+300px = 1000px).

In your blog, wrappers may have different names, so use your mind and guess which is your total width, post width and sidebar width.

Now if you want to introduce a new sidebar, first you have to make its place in the outer-wrapper of your blog.

There are two ways of doing it.

1. Increase the width of your total area wrapper (eg. from 1000px to 1200px)

2. Or Decrease the width of other two wrappers to make a place for new sidebar on the existing outer-wrapper. (eg. decrease the width of post wrapper from 700px to 600px and that of sidebar wrapper from 300px to 200px, Now we have a 200px space for our new sidebar)

So you can choose any of the two according to your needs.

Now after making a place for your new sidebar.

Now we will add the new sidebar.

How to add new sidebar to your blogger:

To add new side bar, go to your blogger template editor (Blogger.com > choose your blog > template > Edit Html). Look at your template html and search for /b:skin

If you search in Google, you will find many hosts, who are claiming of giving free hosting for images and swf files. But many of them don’t work especially in case of swf Flash files. Some work only if you are signed in to them. When you sign out you embeded link won’t work. A simple solution of this problem has been found. The solution is to use dropbox. Make your account on dropbox.com, download and install dropbox into your computer. Copy the swf Flash file that you want to share or embed in your blogger/blogspot or other blog and paste it into the new dropbox folder (that will appear once you install the dropbox into your computer). Your file will be automatically uploaded into your dropbox account. This is the fastest way of uploading files. It consists of just copy pasting. Rest of the things are done by the dropbox application.
After uploading the file next thing is to get the direct link of your swf file that you have just uploaded.
to get the link follow the following steps.

Go to dropbox.com.
Sign into your account.
you will see your uploaded files and folder. Click this sign . A dialog box will appear.
Click on get link.
When you click on get link your direct link will be automatically copied.
Use this link to embed your swf files for free.

There is another method to get the link address if above method don’t work for you.

After signing into your account click on “Links” (present at sidebar).
Then click on the swf file that you want to embed.
This file will open. You will see a “Download button”.
Right click on the download button and choose “copy link address”.

PayPal will make two small deposits to your Payoneer account. (it took three days in my case to find these deposits in my account).

Dedicated IP or Shared IP Address For SEO and Web hosting

When you sign up for a new web host, good web host offers you whether you want to host you website on a shared IP or a dedicated IP. Shared IP means, many website share same IP. Several hundred website can be hosted on a same IP address. Many countries such as China use IP address to block a website. Domain Parking or Domain Forwarding – Difference

Domain Parking and Domain Forwarding are two entirely different things. When you buy a domain, in domain control panel the domain host provide you with two options. You can either Park your domain or you can forward your domain.

Domain Parking

Domain parking option is chosen when you are not hosting any content on domain. Domain is not used yet for any email or website purpose. You have bought a domain, but you haven’t started a website yet or and you have plains to use it latter. When you park your domain and someone try to access this domain, your domain host provide open a page which will tell the visitors that your website is coming soon and has not yet launched.

Domain Forwarding.

Domain forwarding is used when you have a website and you want to point your domain to new website. This means when your domain name is entered into the address bar of browser your web page will open. Domain forwarding is used when domain host and webhosts are different. You are hosting your domain and website with different registrars. Domain registrars provide you with the option to forward your domain to your own webhost. For this purpose you have to change the A records of domain according to your webhost.

Difference Between Domain Parking and Domain Forwarding.

Now you know that there is a clear difference between domain parking and domain forwarding. Domain parking is used when your website is not ready yet, domain is yet useless, has nothing to display, nothing is hosted on the domain. On the other hand Domain forwarding is completely a different thing. It is used when website is ready and you want to access your preformed webpage with the domain. It is used when you host your domain and website at different servers.

Google Webmaster Error Details: Part of the process of setting a preferred domain is to verify that you own http://www.domainname.com/. Please verify http://www.domainname.com/

If you have owned a new domain say www.newdomain.com and you have this domain on the list of Google webmaster sites. When you go to the settings to change the preferred domain for this site from http://newdomain.com to http://www.newdomain.com or vice versa, Google doesn’t let you to change the preferred domain. An errors occurs which says “Part of the process of setting a preferred domain is to verify that you own http://www.newdomain.com/. Please verify http://www.newdomain.com/”. But your Google webmaster doesn’t show any verification option and www.newdomain.com already present in the list of site and is already verified and you are confused what to do then here is the solution.

`Solution of the problem.`

If you see the list of your verified sites in Google webmaster tools you will see that www.yourdomain.com is present in the list and is verified but http://yourdomain.com (that is domain name without www) is not present in the list.

Go to the add new site option and add that site without www. Verify the site if google shows an options but normally google don’t show any option and your site will be verified automatically by using other parameters.

Now you should have two sites in the list.

1. http://www.yourdomain.com

2. http://yourdomain.com (that is same domain name but without www.)

If you have these two names on the list then now go to preferred domain settings and choose your domain. There will be no error this time and you will select the domain successfully. After sometime your non-preferred domain will disappear from the webmaster list and Google search results and only the preferred domain will appear everywhere.

Optimize Blog Post Title For Better SEO – SEO Blogger

Blogger is an excellent free blogging platform that provide us with lot of options. It provides us unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. This is true that it is the number one blogging platform and every new blogger prefers this as his blogging platform.

Blog post title is very important from SEO point of view. Following three parameters are important for SEO of blog post title.

1. Length of the title should be less than 64 characters.

2. Blog title must contain key words.

3. Place blog post title before blog title.

4. Proper heading tag for blog title.

1. Length of the title

Keep the length of your title less than 64 characters (along with spaces). Because search engines trim the rest of the title and count only the first 64 characters. Incorporate the key word in the first 64 characters of the title.

2. Blog title must contain keywords.

Use Google keyword tool to search for the keywords relevant to your content. Keywords are those words which are entered in search bar of search engines to find an article or answer to the query. Find a keyword, choose a keyword, check that keyword in Google key word tools for competition. Use a low competition keyword for better results. Once you finalize the keyword, incorporate the keyword at the start of title.

3. Place Blog Post title before blog title.

If you search your blog post in search engine and you see that your blog title appear before post title then you should change it for better SEO. to change it follow the following steps.

Go to blogger dashboard, select your blog and go to template, click template html editor. Blogger new template html editor will open.

This is the most important step. The default setting of the blogger is like this.

H1 tag for blog title

H2 tag for blog widget titles

H3 tag for blog post titles.

Therefore, in default settings of blogger blog post title comes at number 3. If your blog post title has H3 tag, then you should change it, Make it H2 or H1, H2 is the tag that most of the bloggers use for post titles. What’s New in Blogger New Template Editor?

Blogger has recently updated its html template editor. It is good, it tells us that blogger team is serious and keep developing its products and making them better. Blogger has made a big change in its template editor. Previously it was very simple looking and nothing very helpful was present. It was just like a simple text editor instead of colorful html template editor. Let us discuss the new additions in new blogger html template editor.

To access blogger html template editor, go to your dashboard, choose your blood, click “template” from the side bar and then click “edit html” and the new beautifully updated blogger template editor will open.

1. Line Numbering:

Line numbering is a cool feature. It is very helpful in identifying errors. Let me explain to you with an example. Consider the following image.

Read the message, “Error parsing XML, line 271, column 12: The end-tag for element type “b:skin” must end with a ‘>’ delimiter.” Now go to the line number 271. You can easily find the line number 271. See that there is a clear error in closing the <b:skin> tag, It must be </b:skin> instead of </b:skinerrrr>. So by providing the line numbers blogger has made our job easy.

2. Code Folding

Blogger has also introduced the code folding technique. Now advanced bloggers can easily find the desired code set without scrolling the whole template. This is a technique that most of the modern template editors use and blogger has also done the same. See the following example of code folding.

in the above example you can clearly notice that the long css code (<b:skin>……</b:skin>) has been folded in just one line. To unfold the cod click on black arrow head.

3. Jump to Widget

Now this another cool feature added by the blogger team in new template editor. Now you can directly jump to the desired widget through one click. Click on “Jump to widget” tab and choose the widget that you want to edit. You will directly reach to that widget html coding.

Blogger has made the new template more colorful, more handy and easy. The blogger team is working to make its product better and better.

Blogspot.com doesn’t redirect to my new domain. Cause & Solution

Many new bloggers worry, why their blogspot.com domain is not redirecting to new domain that they have recently bought. It is very easy to set up a new domain for blogspot blogger. If you buy domain from blogger then don’t have to do any thing, everything will set automatically. Blogger partners and domain hosts Godaddy or enom will make the DNS setting automatically and you don’t have to do any thing. Just pay for the domain and wait for some time. You will see that now you can access your blog by writing the new domain in your address bar.

If you notice that your blogspot.com domain is not redirecting to your new “.com” or “.net” domain then don’t worry. It is perfectly normal. Wait for three days then blogger will automatically make a 301 redirect and your old blogspot.com url will be redirected to new domain.

You will notice that you can access your blog by typing 4 addresses.

1. http://newdomain.com

2. http://www.newdomain.com

3. http://yourblog.blogspot.com

4. http://www.yourblog.blogspot.com

all the above addresses will show your blog but none of these will redirect to same address “www.newdomain.com”. If you view your blog through blogger dash board, your will see a message “your blog is in transition”. This message clearly states that after 3 days your blogspot address will be redirected to your new address.

After a long difficult wait of three days you will be happy to see that all the other three blog addresses (newdomain.com, yourblog.blogspot.com, www.yourblog.blogspot.com) will redirect to single address www.newdomian.com. A permanent 301 redirect will have been automatically created by blogger for you and you don’t have to worry at all. All the old BlogSpot.com links will redirect to your new domain address and all these links will be counted by the Google webmaster. Your page rank will drop to zero but soon return to previous page rank after the next page rank update.

If you have same issue and your blog’s blogspot.com domain is not redirecting to your new domain address then don’t worry just wait for three days and your problem will solve automatically.

Payoneer MasterCard is a great prepaid master card that is accepted at almost all those places where master card is accepted. I had a Visa debit card. It was claimed that it is accepted by all those online companies that accept visa card. But it was not true. When i tried to buy a domain through Google apps using my visa debit card, it wasn’t accepted. Then i borrowed a visa credit card from my friend and paid for the domain.

I am a freelancer, and signed up for Payoneer MasterCard. At that time i didn’t know its benefits. I just signed up because i liked the look of the card. It has very attractive designed. To add this related post widget to you blogspot or blogger blog follow the following steps.

Adding the Script

Go to template editor of your blogger blog (log in > template > edit template) and search </head> tag

add the following code just before the </head> and save the template

To change the number of posts, edit var numpost = 10 , you may change 10 to 4, 5, 6 or what ever you want.

to change the length of description edit numchars = 120.

My Google apps payment is pending Solution

Two days ago, i paid google apps 20 dollars,

10 dollars for my domain renewal and another 10 dollars for funding my account for future charges.

I borrowed a credit card from a friend and made the payment. Credit card was successfully charged but i was surprised to see that payment was appearing pending in google apps transaction history. I was worried about what just happened. I posted in various forum but haven’t get any response. I refreshed page several time. I contacted google apps support and was waiting for their reply.

Then after few hours (2 or 3 hours ) i again checked the google apps transaction history and surprised to see that my payment was verified and done. 10$ were appearing in parenthesis.

So guys, don’t worry if your payment is appearing pending. Just wait for some time. It will be verified soon and appear in to your account.

This was my first time and i was worried. So that’s why i posted here if somebody else is encountered by similar problem he can read this and feel relax.

I am hosting my two domain in google apps.

Google apps is good, it has a very useful feature of automatic renewal of domain which renew domain a week ago of its actual renewal date.

Google apps has other features too that are helpful.

Now i heard that google apps has abandoned its free registration program and free account. A new user can’t have a free google app account. But i am not sure about this.

Google apps register domain with godaddy or enom, but if you get some problem in registering the domain, you have to contact google apps, instead of godaddy or enom, they won’t listen to you and ask you to contact google. But you can transfer your domain away from google apps, any time you want.

How to increase CTR for google Adsense ads? this is a question which runs in every blogger mind. Every body wants to make money and to make money it is necessary that your CTR must be high enough.

What is good CTR?

Having very high CTR (roughly more than 20% ) may put your adsense account in danger. It seems unrealistic so google identifies such frauds and ban their account.

CTR less than 5% is considered low and it should be between 5-12% at least. If somebody has 300 page views per day and he gets 30 clicks than the CTR would be 10%.

I Clicked Own AdSense Ad-What to do Now?

Clicking own adsense ad is against google policies. Google don’t bear it. Google has a very highly developed system of detecting frauds. Don’t try to fraud google. Don’t click your own ads and don’t ask your friends to click on your ads. Google will catch it block your acount. Write a good content and get traffics and get genuine clicks. Because fake clicks are dreadful for advertisers. Fake clicks won’t give the advertisers any benefits. Google doesn’t tolerate this and if someone is found to be guilty of this illegal act they block his account without notice.

Now There are high chances that one may click his own ads while navigating his website. Google is aware of that fact and considers it. Google won’t block you if you have clicked you ads by mistake. They will recognize this click as fake and you will get no earning for that click. So neither the advertiser nor you will be suffered for this act. But google just forgive you for once or twice a month for such act. If you do it again and again or you do this mistake repeatedly then google will eventually block you without a notice. Sometimes google sends you a warning through email that your adsense account is having an invalid activity. You should take action immediately. Sometimes google don’t send you any email and block your account without any notice.

So If you have clicked your ad by mistake. Don’t worry. You will not be blocked. But try not to repeat this mistake again. Try to avoid it.

I clicked my own ads once (by mistake)I was worried too. But my account was not blocked. I checked adsense account my click was counted but I didn’t earned anything for that click.

On day i was checking the webmaster, i was worried to see 34 duplicate title tags. I was very worried and fearing Google penalty for that. I click on the duplicate ur for details i saw this

I tried to search on google and found about canonical url. I spent hours and added canonical urls for every post in the head section of my blog template. But again nothing happened. My duplicate title tags number increased to 54.
This made me mad.
Then I found another interesting things which relieved my stress
That is use of Google webmaster url parameter feature..
I added the parameter m and chose “no url” option for this. my duplicate content problem disappeared. hooray
Follow the following steps
1. Go to webmasters tools
2. Select your site to make changes
3. Go to configurations and then click on “Url parameters”
4. click on edit for parameter m ( if you don’t see parameter m “ add by yourself”)
5. choose “yes change reorder or narrows the page content
6. then select “NO URL”
7. Save the settings
8. Check html suggestion after 4 or 5 days
and comment here the results

If it doesn’t work and you see the duplication even after a week then do the following.

1. Got to webmaster tools

2. Select you site

3. Go to configurations and then to Url Parameters.

4. Click on edit for parameter “m”.

5. Choose No, doesn’t affect page content.

6. Save the settings and wait for 4 or 5 days.

This time your problem will be solved :)

Stop Annoying ilivid Ads by Adsense. Please Stop Them

Since few last weeks I am getting these annoying ads from ilivid. I have tried every method. I went to google adsense “allow and block ads” tab, added the site “ilivid.com” as well as “Ip.ilivid.com” but all in vain. These adds keep appearing in my blogs.

Then I edited my ads settings and changed my ads from image & text ads to image only. But still the problem did not solve. I have tried every option. but one thing did I notice is that the Ilivid adds don’t appear when I am not signed into my google adsense account. So this problem may occur only when one is signed into his account. May be google is using it as a protection to avoid one’s click on his own add. So this can be a possibility

Please comment if you are experiencing the same problem and your problem solves automatically when you are not signed into your adsense account.

How to add Title to a Link in Posts nav bars and Sidebars

Adding title to a link is a very good SEO practice. Ideally one should add title to every link.
I use two ways of adding title to the links and hyperlinks. The Html method and windows live writer method.

1. The Html Method:

This is a very simple method, if you are using blogger or any other platform, follow the following steps.
a. Type your link in this way.

<a href=”http://www.medicotips.com” title=”Medical Education”>Medical Education</a>

note that I have added ‘title tag’ in the link.Medical Education is the hyperlinked text when you just roll your mouse pointer over the hyperlinked text you will see that the title of the link will slide out.
Add Title to every link possible. Google give more importance to hyperlinked text then plain text.
Do two important thinks while hyperlinking a text.
1. Make the text bold
2. Give title to the hyperlinked Url as explained above.

2. Second Method Windows live Writer.

This is a very simple method. Just select the text to be hyperlinked. On the tool box ( at the right corner ) you will see the “Hyperlink icon” click on this. Paste the Url and add the title and that’s all.
You may use any of these methods. both work perfect.
