Achei que eu, como toda minha familia, estava entrando no grupo dos hipertensos e fui à cardiologista para ser diagnosticada e medicada.&lt;br /&gt;Fiz uma pá de exames, e para minha surpresa... EU NÃO SOU HIPERTENSA!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas como assim, produção? Como pode eu não ser hipertensa se minha pressão estava alta (inclusive no dia do exame, ela estava 14,5x10)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A Dra Margarita (do Cardiocor) me diagnosticou com arritmia cardíaca, e explicou que o aumento da pressão se deve à ansiedade, sono ruim, excesso de preocupação... ou seja, estou perdendo o controle das minhas emoções! Ah nem.... vamos resolver essa pendenga logo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como voltar a ter um coração e uma vida mais saudável?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Primeiro ela me ORDENOU que volte a fazer exercícios, mude a alimentação (ok)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Troca da medicação (ok)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Estou tirando e evitando na minha vido tudo que me irrita, tira o foco ou faz mal (incluindo pessoas, acoes que so me cansam e não geram resultado, grupos de redes sociais), excesso de atividades (ok ok ok)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dormir mais cedo (hummmmm.... ok)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dizer mais NÃO (ok ok ok ok ok ok)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Por último e mais difícil, preciso aprender a expressar meus sentimentos e emoções (mas acho que, nesse quesito, eu precisaria de ajuda psicológica), porque o trem está feio. Fiz 10 minutos de aeróbicos intensos e confesso que estou cansada ate agora (terminei há 40 minutos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A grande verdade é que tenho tido uma vida corrida, mas sedentária (entendeu??), por falta de organização mesmo no quesito TER TEMPO E DISPOSIÇÃO PARA CUIDAR DE MIM. Tenho ingerido muito açúcar e gordura e, claro, engordei e perdi massa magra. E isso não podia ter acontecido, Dona Claudia 😡.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para melhorar, no auge dos meus 48 anos, estou na pre menopausa, hormônios me enlouquecendo e sinto o metabolismo esta lento, a pele seca, cabelos e unhas quebradiças, rosto avermelhado e bem preguiçosa mesmo, quando o assunto é me exercitar e pensar com cuidado na minha alimentação.&lt;br /&gt;Mas.... a única maneira de mudar alguma coisa na vida, é quando dói e tomamos a decisão de fazer diferente. Para me recuperar rápido, tomei a decisão de tomar analgésicos e antiinflamatórios constantemente.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Resultado: úlcera gástrica! Melhor: hemorragia digestiva severa, acompanhada de uma batia anemia, desmaios, fraqueza, apatia, queda de cabelos, unhas quebradiças, falta de memória e muito, muito cansaço!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Só descobri porque sofri um desmaio. Agora pasmem!!! Fui internada no Hospital Santa Lucia, e eles me deram alta com três horas de internação, dizendo que eu estava bem e tinha que procurar um Gastro (o santo Dr Sergio Arruda me ajudou a sair dessa enrascada), um proctologista e um Hematologista. Sai de lá cambaleando, sangrando e eles nem tchum!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;No outro dia fui ao Dr Sergio Arruda, ao Dr Carlos(Hemato) do Cettro, e ambos, com extrema competência e rapidez, me indicaram endoscopia e internação para mais exames, controle e transfusão.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fiquei internada no hospital Brasília e, quase enlouqueci a mim, aos médicos, enfermeiros e minha amada mãe e esposo com tanta dor de cabeça, aumentada pela anemia severa de grau 3. Hemoglobina chegou a 8.3, ferritina 7, ferro 30, saturação 11%. Pensa numa pessoa cansada!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Após três dias, recebi alta (na marra) e fui na Dra Cláudia, Hematologista da Oncovida (agradecerei eternamente ao Dr Carlos do Cettro por sua competência e preocupação comigo). A Dra Cláudia também é show e me explicou os sintomas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Passou 12 ampolas de noripurum e estou na oitava! Já estou muito melhor, mas as vezes ainda sinto tontura, dor de cabeça e cansaço.
