Liked the article. More research has proved that eating every couple hours does not really improve your metabolism and hence fat burning. It's on pubmed and worth checking out. Thanks

On you panel tonight, one of the individuals from ASFCME (Lindall) kept repeating that it is unconstitutional regarding some of the provisions with the pension problem. There is a fine line here. I remember when I was employed at the City of Chicago with a very high title. As upper management, it was (and is) unconstitutional to belong to a union not unless one chose to. ASFCME forced me to join under their "fair share" union clause when in effect was illegal.
So what is Lindall talking about? Maybe he should read the State Constitution and seek legal advice as to what is right and wrong. It appears ASFCME has a double standard.......

I agree with Daniel, and I agree with Phil's preface. If you run as a values candidate, not only are you opening yourself up to questions like that, you're begging for them.

To the first poster's question, absolutely. How quickly this country forgets that Newt was one of the leaders in the Clinton impeachment, along with Henry Hyde. If there was a whiff of President Obama having such personal business, we would be hearing about it.
Newt learned well from Nixon, when caught in the crosshairs, whip out racism, liberal media, etc in the deep south.

One thing is certain: the question will be framed and reframed differently from now on. Not that it embarrassed John King in the short term or long term...He's a professional who should have known better what Newt would have said. Baiting is not cool if one can avoid it, and I agree it was possible to avoid it...but the journalism courses and debate courses will have to be updated with this case study!

Phil, really? C'mon, do you think he would have asked the same question of Mr. Obama if he had a similar situation?? I highly doubt it. I consider myself a moderate and have voted on all sides of the aisle. Right now, this is NO ONE that I will consider voting for in the next election. America has become rather pathetic.

A few things i have usually told people is that while searching for a good online electronics store, there are a few variables that you have to take into consideration. First and foremost, you should make sure to find a reputable and also reliable retail store that has obtained great evaluations and scores from other individuals and market sector leaders. This will ensure you are handling a well-known store that provides good service and assistance to it's patrons. Many thanks for sharing your notions on this weblog.
