Dopo una cena a base di hot dog e hamburger, abbiamo montato le tende in cui, in teoria, avremmo dovuto passare la notte. Verso le 3 però, ha iniziato a piovere, e così abbiamo deciso di passare il resto della notte nella casa.<br />Il giorno seguente, dopo un'abbondante colazione, siamo andati al lago di Summersville, dove abbiamo affittato una canoa. Verso le 16 abbiamo consegnato la canoa e siamo andati a fare un pic nic. L'hotel in cui abbiamo pernottato era una specie di acquapark al chiuso molto divertente.<br />Il giorno seguente siamo andati al vicino parco giochi "Cedar Point", uno dei più grandi in America. Ho una stanza tutta per me e i nonni mi stanno trattando molto bene. Ieri sera ho fatto una cena a base di piatti tipici e poi sono andato ad un "Fair", una specie di festa estiva con tanto di giochi e esposizione di animali. L'aereo che ho preso ieri per arrivare qui è arrivato con circa 1 ora di ritardo perchè c'erano dei temporali sulla costa east e i piloti hanno preferito aggirare la perturbazione.<br />L'aereo era molto piccolo e ho avuto la "fortuna" di sedermi vicino al motore. QUando sono salito sull'aereo avevo intenzione di dormire un pò, ma appena mi sono messo a sedere, mi sono reso conto che il rumore e le vibrazioni me lo avrebbero impedito.<br />All'aeroprto c'era Elizabeth ad aspettarmi ed è stato molto bello rivederla. Un volta arrivato a casa ho salutato la sua famiglia e sono stato un pò con loro. L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è stato con il televisore sul mio sedile, che purtroppo non funzionava. Fortunatamente, però, il mio vicino mi ha fatto sedere al suo posto per un pò e così ho potuto vedere un film.<br /><br />Per quanto riguarda la sicurezza posso affermare che ogni anno è peggio. L'unica cosa che sono riuscito a pubblicare sono state le foto del viaggio con la mia famiglia negli States.<br /><br />Purtroppo il blog, in cui mi ero proposto di raccontare le mie esperienze durante l'anno da <span style="font-style: italic;">exchange student</span> negli Stati Uniti d'America, è giunto alla fine. Questo sarà, molto probabilmente, l'ultimo articolo che scriverò su questo blog.<br /><br />Ricorderò quest'anno per il resto della mia vita.
