We are very excited to launch our new commercial featuring a great photographer and amazing friend, Kathryn. We hope you enjoy! This is the first part of a series of commercials so be sure to check back!

We’ve made a handful of covers that are truly one-of-a-kind. These are either conceptual covers or covers that we’re considering for larger production. Either way, they’re produced, awesome, and unique. Come check them out at WPPI! One of our community members had relevant question about the fit of the iPad in the One Bag v2. In all of our pictures, we show a “naked” iPad in the compartment, which led him to ask if it would also fit with a case on the iPad.

The answer is yes!

We love neoprene because it’s flexible and stretchy, allowing it to fit all of the cases we’ve tested thus far. Click here to see an image that we took that shows the iPad with a thick rubber case inside of the compartment.

We had a question today from @celsius_232 asking if there is room for a bulky Mac charger in the One Bag.

Here’s the specific question: “Question on the One Bag- looks great for my mac air and ipad. Is there room for the bulky mac charger?”

The One Bag will easily fit large bulky chargers, (Mac and even big old school Dell and Lenovo ones) in the front pocket and the document pocket. Smaller chargers also fit in the elastic net pockets on the cover, as shown in this image (click to view).

“The UNDFND One Bag looks like a designer messenger bag, but is far more dynamic and modular than you’d expect. The majority of the bag is modifiable, allowing you to transform it into the bag you need right now, rather than switching your gear in and out of a variety of different containers.

The One Bag is made of water-resistant neoprene and features several modifiable parts. Most notable is the front cover. It contains its own storage compartment and is completely removable, so you can store different items in different covers and simply swap them out when you need to change your bag’s inventory. By default, the One Bag operates as a standard laptop bag, but with an insert you can turn it into a three-lens camera bag. There is also a waist shooter bag that you can use to carry additional lenses. It’ll clip on to your belt, or you can use a strap to sling it over your shoulder. This back features exchangeable front covers as well. The covers come in multiple styles, so you don’t have to switch them out for utilitarian purposes. If you get bored with one look, you can simply change to another.

However you decide to assemble it, the One Bag is very comfortable to wear. The padded strap makes the weight feel more gentle on your shoulder balances the bag well on your hip. Exchanging covers and inserts is very simply. It’s handled by velcro, which seems like it wouldn’t be terribly sturdy, but it because the seal is made on both sides and tucked into the bag it holds just as well as if it were sewn in. The only thing I found to be problematic is that the bottom of the photography insert has no bottom. This was intentional, in order to keep the insert’s spacial requirements to a minimum, but I think that even a thin layer of fabric at the bottom would be nice just to make it easier to remove all the contents in one simple lift. That aside, the One Bag is very versatile, stylish, and comfortable. If it doesn’t suit your needs one day, you can simply change it so it does.”

We’re excited to announce that The One Bag was recently featured in the March issue of PDN.  Writer Dan Havlik has such a fun writing style that keeps you in check.  Here’s my favorite line:

“Other accessory pockets and netted pockets (did we mention this thing has pockets?) inside the bag and on the attachable leather cover are great for cough drops, kumquats and /or kiwi fruit.”

I’ll lay out the disclaimer now that I did not design The One Bag to carry kumquats or kiwi fruit, but… if you end up taking Dan up on his suggestions, please send me an image and I’ll post in on the blog

“Ever wish your camera bag were more versatile? Sure, it’s fine for toting around your camera but what about your laptop? What about your lenses? What about your lunch? The One Bag, another Kickstarter project, is a convertible laptop, electronics and photography bag rolled into one.

Created by Justin Lin and sold via his UNDFIND brand, The One Bag looks like a stylish messenger bag but has removable inserts and a soft bumper on the bottom that allow you to customize it for your camera body, lenses, laptop, or other products and personal items.

With the photo insert installed, the neoprene bag expands and is split into three compartments for loading your camera and lenses.  Pull the insert out, and you can fit a 15-inch laptop and assorted document and/or magazines.  A main accessory pocket is big enough for an iPad, or an Amazon Kindle or Fire.

Smaller accessory pockets have room for chargers, cell phones, Clif Bars or a deck of tarot cards.  Elastic zipper pockets and penholders give you a secure  spot to stash valuable items such as a wallet, keys or Knicks tickets.  Other accessory pockets and netted pockets (did we mention this thing has pockets?) inside the bag and on the attachable leather cover are great for cough drops, umquasts and /or kiwi fruit.
