Jon Rappaport is an old school independent researcher and journalist who beams out really real news.

By old school I mean he's been working for decades in the industry.

By independent, I mean truly independent. He doesn't answer to editors, publishers or any of the types that shut down real news in favor of candy-coated BS.

Jon's extensive research and writing extends across so many genres it would be hard to list them all here. Basically, the name of his website, "No More Fake News", pretty much says it all. You can also see a summarized list in the quote below from his website.

A friend recently sent me a link to a surprisingly lengthy webpage regarding the co-opting of the modern musical tuning frequency.

The gist is that the A=440hz "standard" tuning that is used pretty much everywhere these days (and built into modern electronic instruments and software) is not a healthy sound frequency for plants or humans. Tunings slightly above and below this are far more harmonious to the human organism and the effects of having the best possible vibrational frequencies in music have profound effects on consciousness and healing. Likewise, the same is true for the destructive force of the standard tuning ushered in by the Rockefeller Foundation.

Dean Clifford has deconstructed the incredible deceit and lies of the so-called government in his native country, Canada.

Recently, he was arrested for defending himself against a (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) police officer with no reason to hassle him, and was subsequently put into prison for 26 days, 16 of which he spent in solitary confinement in maximum security. He had done nothing but defend himself when approached out of the blue by a police officer while heading into the grocery store! Dean was released when the "authorities" realized he knew what he was doing and became worried about their liability for damages against him, the main one being his solitary confinement for his political beliefs, which is a human rights violation.

A good friend (a Lover of Life, Digital Journeyman and Akasha Gnostic) brought this to my attention: a TedX talk with Graham Hancock, a well-known Scottish author of The Sign and The Seal, Fingerprints of the Gods and Heaven's Mirror.

Wikipedia's intro on Graham Hancock reads: "Hancock specialises in unconventional theories involving ancient civilizations, stone monuments or megaliths, altered states of consciousness, ancient myths and astronomical/astrological data from the past. One of the main themes running through many of his books is the possible global connection with a "mother culture" from which he believes all ancient historical civilizations sprang."

Pretty wild, a plan to grab an asteroid and convert it into a space base!

This asteroid would serve as a staging point for futher exploration and a stopover for Mars exploration.

Success would open up possibilities of mining asteroids for minerals and metals.

An NYC graduate student, Josh Begley, decided to tweet all US drone strikes since 2002. A good write-up on this.

(Quite interestingly, at the time this article is being published, Begley seems to have stopped the tweets short at 2010. I hope he continues all the way up to the last drone strike a few days ago.)

Apple has repeatedly rejected his drone strike app, which is curious in and of itself. He's working on an Android version.

A very intriguing documentary called "We are Legion" has recently hit the Internet waves about the group known collectively as Anonymous, famous for Hacktivism.

All controversy aside, this decentralized, ever-evolving "group" of anonymous folks from around the globe have proven, beyond a doubt, the power that humans have to effect change.

The most powerful thing is that "they" are "no-body" with the potential to be "every-body". Electrons, anyone?
