“Can I borrow a quarter?”

“Why?”

“I need to call my mother to tell her that I’ve met the girl of my dreams”

You’ve probably practiced those lines every time you’re in the shower and when you’re stuck in a traffic jam. Unfortunately, you’ve never had the opportunity to say it to anyone, except for your pet dog who seems to have responded quite positively. Well, the good news is, there is still hope for you. Here are some useful tips to meet more hot and sexy single ladies.

1. Live Where There’s More Women Than Men

Did you know that in 2007, Sweden had the highest women to men ratio at 2.6:1? Well its a good idea to move where all the single ladies are at. This will increase your chances for sure! Here’s the latest 2008 world current women:men sex ratio.

2. Read Chick Literature & Female Magazines

Everyone loves a knowledgeable guy. But you need to know more than what the other guys know to be able to impress- know what the ladies love and you’re sure to be a hit with them. Recommendations: The Shopaholic Series, Cosmopolitan Magazine

3. Get A Puppy

Chances are they will pay more attention to the puppy. But hey, a little patience goes a long way!

4. Throw A Party

Make sure that there are more girls than guys. Better yet if the ratio is 10:5. Tell your mates to bring 2 girls each.

5. Take A Class & Learn Something New

You may want to consider taking up Yoga or Latin Dance. These classes are heavily populated with females. Plus some girls are impressed with guys who know how to move on the dance floor.

6. Drop Your Standards

Lower your standards and don’t be too quick to judge. Like the old saying goes, ‘Beauty is skin deep’.

7. Never Use Corny Pick-Up Lines

If you’re going to be an idiot by all means use the recommended pick up line or if you want to practice you can also go here. But by all means never use corny pick up lines.

8. Take A Stab In The Dark

Not everyone can be as suave as James Bond but you can at least try to pick up a chick by taking a stab in the dark. You don’t have to make things complicated just start a simple conversation and even if you don’t see any signs she’s interested in you, just say it! “Would you like to have a drink with me some time?” Don’t worry about being rejected the more you try the better you’ll get.

9. Borrow Your Friends Kids

Look for the cutest kid you can find and take them out to your local shopping mall. Try and get them to start conversations for you, its a nice ice breaker.

10. Become A Fireman

The pays pretty good and lots of women fantasize about men in uniform especially firemen. Here’s a survey to back up these facts.

Curse the capitalist system! We work like a dog almost every day of our lives just enough to pay for a decent shelter and food on the table. There must be a better way. Let’s not waste time discussing how to get out of ‘poverty’ but how NOT to pay for everyday things and start living life on the cheap side!

Warning: Reading this material might induce significant excitement that may leads to impulsive resignation, loss of job, friends and well, more friends. Individuals, who are not ready to live like a free bird, may find it advisable not to read this report.

Tip #1: Sleep At The Movies

Sneaking in to the movies is easy. Get past the half-asleep ticket attendant – say you’re running to the toilet (Believe this, most of the time they couldn’t be bothered). Then just curl up behind one of those back-row seats and get some napping and free air-condition. Good for sunny days and when the park is full.

Tip #2: Get a Free Phone

There are places where you can sign up for free phone by simply letting them send you advertisement – a few times a day. Not only you get a free phone, you can earn money out of it too! Genius!
http://dynamicsms.com.au
http://mginger.com/index.jsp
http://www.mobilemarketingwatch.com/want-to-get-paid-to-receive-sms-advertisements/

Tip #3: Complain!

Free food? Pick a cereal box in a bin and no, not eating the leftover. We’re talking about real food. Pick that up and start calling the customer service number (using your free phone of course). Food and beverage companies spend millions of dollars every year for advertisement and getting customer loyalty, they will not let you stuff up their effort. Tell them in all seriously you found pubes in between your teeth after eating their food and lo and behold a truck will turn up loaded with goodies just for you.

Tip #4: Enter Every Competition You Find

Especially eating competition; even if you don’t win, you get your fair share of free food. Most people are shy away from entering competition simply because their basic high school maths tells them that the chances of winning are slimmer than Nicole Richie’s body. But the more you enter, they more chances you get hold of that skill and one fine day you will be able to win something. Not to mention they give away goodie bags from sponsor. If you’re lucky enough you might be the one in a million to win a trip to Disneyland which you can sell it for a year’s worth of cheap meals!

Tip #5: Hitchhike

Oil price is rising and driving a car is not an option at all if you are serious about living for free – unless we’re talking about someone’s car. Check out http://www.roadjunky.com/guide/767/hitchhiking-tips-and-tactics.

Tip #6: Collect Free Sample of EVERYTHING

Again companies spend millions every year creating samples – making tiny boxes of cereal, toothpaste, detergent and vitamins. And the people who are distributing those free samples do not care about who they’re giving those samples to. So just hang around these people and start collecting as many tiny boxes as you can stuff in your bag. Then live on all that for a week before the companies decide to give out more stuff.

Tip #7: Shop Free

Be it shampoo, coffee, doughnut, cosmetic, diapers, envelope, books, whatever! – You name it, they have it. Check out sites like:

http://www.shopfree.com/
http://www.freestuffchannel.com/
http://www.dreamfreebies.com/
http://www.freebielist.com/

Tip #8: Hang Out In Rich Suburbs

Rich people throw out anything that sits in their house for too long like a month. Outside their garage or in a deserted park, you’ll see brand new couch, fridge, tables, lamps – anthing! Bring them home and as soon as you start settling in and continue to hang out around that area, you too can change your furniture as often as they change theirs. So there you go, a 5 star decorated house with no money down.

Tip #9: Attend Openings

Be sure if you stays in a major city that there will be a few openings or product launches every single week. They are the reliable source for free wine and cute cup cakes. Just make sure you go in looking like one of them. How? Wear black. And no one will question your credentials for being there. Then help yourself with a few free glasses of wine and don’t forget to stuff those cakes and salmon in your bag for dinner.

Tip #10: Have Generous Friends

Last but not least, the ultimate cheapskate tactics – make full use of your friend’s sympathy and generosity. Show up at their doorstep and play the I-am-broke-and-you-are-my-only-friend card. Then sit back and start to watch as they rummage for the pizza in the fridge while you try on their old clothes. Sooner or later they will be tired of your parasite nature and start deserting you but hey, you can always make new ‘friends’.

All the best!

#1 - “Bob’s Your Uncle”

Meaning: This British phase means, “all will be well” or “simple as that”
Origin: Back in 1887, Balfour was unexpectedly promoted to the vital frontline post of Chief Secretary for Ireland by his uncle Robert, Lord Salisbury – thus the nepotism which inspires the catch-phase.

#2 - “Don’t Try To Teach Your Grandma To Suck Eggs”

Meaning: Don’t offer advice to someone who has more experience than yourself.
Origin: This is an old phrase and is included in John Stevens; translation of Quevedo’s Comical Works, 1707. Back then, eggs are often eaten raw and it gained popularity among grandmas, especially those without teeth - considering it easy to ‘eat’ and healthy. Raw eggs eventually became an addiction to grandmas and they needed no instruction on ‘sucking’ them because they are so used to it.

#3 - “I’ll Eat My Hat”

Meaning: Used to display confidence in a particular matter
Origin: One of the early examples of this phrase would be from Charles Dickens’s The Pickwick Papers, 1837: “If I knew as little of life as that, I’d eat my hat and swallow the buckle whole.” While it is not entirely clear why a hat of all other inedible things is chosen for consumption but there is a possibility that the ‘hat’ is of the large and florid headgear worn by the king and his courtiers, which would have been especially difficult to eat.

#4 - “A Lick and A Promise”

Meaning: Doing something in a hurry, most often incompletely, intending to return to it later.
Origin: This is colloquial English and is first recorded in print in Walter White’s All round the Wrekin, 1860: “We only give the cheap ones a lick and a promise.”

#5 - “Your Name Is Mud”

Meaning: You are not popular
Origin: There are two explanations to this actually. An older version of this comes from John Badcock’s Slang - A dictionary of the turf etc in 1823. Later on following President Lincoln’s assassination, this catch-phase was then made famous and easily associated with. John Wilkes Booth who shooted the President, broke his leg during the assassinaton. The doctor that gave him medical attention was Dr. Samuel Mudd. At the time, Mudd had no idea that Booth had committed the murder and made it to the headline for being a conspirator with Booth.

#6 - “There Is An ‘R’ In The Month”

Meaning: The weather is cold
Origin: The winter months between September to April have Rs but May to August don’t. The phrase is often used in the advice, “Don’t eat oysters unless there is an R in the month.”

#7 - “Have a Captain Cook”

Meaning: Have a look
Origin: A rhyming Australian slang. Example: “Have a Captain Cook at the booming property in Sydney.”

Without a word of a doubt, the 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony was spectacular. It was full of color, artistic performances, outstanding technology and most of all, amazing organization of hundreds and hundreds of live performers.

[See photo coverage here]

It was seriously amazing how everyone performed in sync. However since we’re only human we’re bound to make mistakes. Here’s are 7 things gone wrong during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony.

#1 Movable-Type Print – Moment of Truth

You could have not imaging such an impressive performance to be executed by people. It was so synchronized you’d expect a machine was behind it. This amazing performance was also one of the funniest as you can see someone popped up before everyone else.

#2	The Girl On The Piano

What was wrong with this little girl? She was looking around, then staring straight for a long time, punching the piano keys and she didn’t know what she was doing! She was one of the biggest mistakes because she didn’t need to be there and her presence was annoying. Thankfully she didn’t interrupt the pianist. And she also picked her nose twice.

#3 I See Dead Pixels

One of the most impressive technology at the opening ceremony was the massive LED floor display. It was also very durable considering hundreds of people were actually walking around on it. Eventually some of the panels broke off and hence I saw dead pixels.

#4 Lighting of the Torch

Li Ning who won three gold medals, two silver and one bronze in gymnastics during the 1984 Olympics was the last torch bearer. Once lifted to the top of the dome, he started running in mid air and it looked great. A lot of practice to get his timing perfect as he actually looked like he was running on the wall. However he was going too fast and ended up in front of the scrolling screen.

#5 The Skewed Boat

Not the most interesting performances of the evening however still a pleasure watching it. The mistake was made at the end when creating the shape of the boat. Looks like the guy in the middle got the wrong position and skewed the entire side of the boat.

#6 The Light Runners

You might not have noticed but there were around 3 people who forgot to turn their lights on during the entire performance. It stood out like a rose among thrones.

#7 Flag Throwing

During the final moments of the Chinese National Anthem, the flag was raised. I thought it was funny how the flag was thrown into the face of a solider.

After 4 entertaining hours of watching, the conclusion I can make is that China’s got game. Well presented and well executed. By far the best opening ceremony I’ve seen 10 out 10!

Having people over at your house can often lead to major consequences. Invite a bunch of the wrong people and your peaceful house will be the next feature video on youtube. Here are some people you might not want to invite on your next gathering.

#10 – The Make Yourself Feel At Home Type

Remember the saying “make yourself at home?” Well some people literally do it – from eating everything in your fridge, using your toothbrush, taking a bath, borrowing your underpants, and even surfing for porn on your computer which could lead to a virus infections and the loss of your data (porn).

#9 – The Alpha Male

This guy loves a good fight, makes you drink till you drop, reveal the most embarrassing moments to the girls you like, and will make you look like an idiot in front of everyone. For the love of God don’t invite the Alpha Male into your humble abode.

#8 – The Barman

This is usually a guys role and he’ll sit right next to all the booze and make sure he tops up your cup and every other girls cup, aiming for the world record of the most drunk people in one location. He’ll drink up all your booze and never offer to buy more.

#7 – The Pool Pushers

What’s disturbing about pool pushing is that the people involved in the pushing don’t think about your wallet, keys and mobile phone when they throw you in. The pool pushers often work in groups and will gang up on the host.

#6 – The Phoner

“S**t, what’s this 4-hour long-distance call to Norway on the phone bill??!!”

#5 – The Cockblocker

Have you’ve ever had a moment with a chick at a party, and thought you had a chance when suddenly someone comes along says his best pickup lines, and in an instant the love of your life walks away? If this has happen to you then you should take better care and get right to the point before the cockblocker makes his move.

#4 – The Druggies

They hide in a corner of your room and start popping pills and smoking up. The next morning, the distinguishable smell of marijuana lingers in your house for about a week.

#3 – The Spewer

Mr. Spew is easy to spot.

Started drinking whisky-on-the-rocks before the party starts

Pukes at every party he goes to

Can happily sleep in any position and location

#2 – The Shagger

Watching porn full of fit and young blondes is fun. Watching your pal screws your intoxicated sister in YOUR bedroom is NOT.

#1 – The Social Media Addict

Well equipped with a 5 megapixel camera the social media addict is someone who’ll exploit your worse moments and share them on the internet for the world to laugh and put to shame. You never want to invite a social media guru to your home unless you have something amazing to show off or if you want to get your 2 minutes of fame online.

So you think you can dance?

With the rising oil prices some people will do almost anything to get free gas. What would you do and to what extent will you do it for free gas?

To David Partin in Orlanda, Florida, it means giving up naming his son. Partin in a contest has pledged to name his son after local radio hosts – as Dixon Willoughby Partin - in order to win a $100 gas card.

The American Red Cross also run a summer contest where blood donors are eligible to win a year’s supply of fuel.

At St. Ann’s Parish in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, $50 gas cards are given out in drawing manner at Sunday masses. Going to the church will never be the same. That for sure gives you a good reason to wake up every Sunday for mass and not falling asleep, at least during the lucky draw.

Meanwhile in Beatty, Nevada, Shady Lady Ranch brothel runs a campaign to boost summer sales; giving out $50 gas vouchers to customers who spend $300 or more in a month. Within a week, the first $1,000 gas coupons were given out.

In Mesquite, Texas, thieves drained $100 worth of gasoline from buses used by the Higher Ground Church day-care center and attacked other churches in the area.

According to the U.S. government-funded World Values Survey, Denmark stands as the happiest country in the world with its democracy, social equality and peaceful atmosphere. The survey is carried out by a global network of social scientists regularly.

“Denmark is prosperous — not the richest country in the world but it is prosperous.”
Ronald Ingelhart, the director of this study and a political scientist at the University of Michigan’s Institute for Social Research said there is a strong correlation between happiness and democracy.

Puerto Rico, Sweden, Colombia, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland and Canada are among the happiest countries in the world. The world’s richest nation, the united States, ranks 16th.

Zimbabwe which is torn by political and social strife is the least happy according to the survey.
The survey which was first done in 1981, has kept to two simple questions till today.

1)	“Taking all things together, would you say you are very happy, rather happy, not very happy, not at all happy?”
2)	“All things considered, how satisfied are you with your life as a whole these days?”

“Finally, the most important approach to determine one’s happiness is through the extent which people have free choice in how they live their lives,” Inglehart said.

It is a well known fact that humans have an instinctive ability to strive for survival especially if you’re dying from organ failure. Imagine if you could afford $10,000 (China) for a kidney instead of waiting in line at the hospital; you’d most likely head to China as soon as possible before you kick the bucket.

This is an issued that China, Brazil, India and many countries live with everyday. The industry has grown and can only keep growing as more and more people fall into the sick and desperate situation where selling or buying organs becomes a need. The prices of human organs vary from country to country however the most disturbing news is that people are being scammed and murdered for their organs.

#8 Kosovo

Kosovo is known for human trafficking and organ harvesting. In 1999 after the Kosovo war, new evidence claims that the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) abducted 400 Kosovo residents, mostly Serbs, and illegally harvested their organs before killed them.

These allegations were sourced from Carla del Ponte, a former chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal of the Former Yugoslavia. However Carla del Ponte withheld information about this war crime for many years due to the lack of evidence.

#7 Mozambique

Mozambique south of Africa, is believed to be one of the main countries where organ trafficking existed. Here the most common organ for sale is the human kidney, mainly used in transplants however there are a few cases involving witchcraft use.

The law in South Africa forbids the sale of organs (‘The Human Tissue Act of 1983’) however it has given special authority to hospital’s medical directors and pathologist. This allows the removal of organs from unknown person(s) or from unclaimed bodies for medical use. This is believed to be the source of most organ trafficking.

South Africa has been famous for murder related organ trafficking however the largest organ trafficking ring has been caught.

#6 Israel / Palestine

Being called the holy land for the birth place of Jesus, Israel has seen countless carnage, war and poverty. It is also a place where organ trafficking takes place often. Up till a few months ago Israel did not have any proper laws to prevent organ trafficking.

There are strict laws to prevent human trafficking in Israel however the law on organ trafficking is not solid enough and thus the trafficking of organs continues.

The Israeli organ transplanting ring, have been persuading desperate organ sellers from Israel to have their organs removed in Ukraine where the laws are less strict. In some cases these criminals are stealing organs and leaving their donors with nothing, or they are paying very little ($2,000) for a kidney while they sell them to buyers for at least 10-20 times the amount. The organ trafficking ring has been caught thanks to a gun battle by unpaid organ donors who were promised money but ended up in a scam.

It was reported that Dr. Zaki Shapira, a chef of transplantation at the Beilinson Medical Center who’s also the head of a highly profitable organ transplanting ring. Dr. Zaki Shapira was arrested (video).

#5 India

Organ trafficking rings have been running in India for the past 12 years. Among these, was the famous 2004 scandal. It was reported that the Transplant Authorization Committee in charge of preventing organ selling was working with brokers in the sale of kidneys. They believed that they could save lives and it was better to work with the brokers rather than oppose them.

Many brokers, hospitals and doctors have been caught in India the latest being Amit Kumar. However the selling of kidneys is still on the rise in India despite all the scandals and rings exposed. Many still open shops in the illicit hunt for kidneys.

#4 Pakistan

With the abundance of poverty, Pakistan truly has a big problem on their hands. Most people find it hard to make money let alone pay off they’re debts. The only valuable assets these Pakistanis have are their kidneys which have been priced at around $3,000.

In 1994 Pakistan passed “Transplantation of Human Organs Act”. However there are many problems in this act that allow non-relatives to donate organs and receive some kind of compensation for it.

Selling your organs is illegal in Pakistan however some loopholes allow many shady people to perform illicit trades. Watch this documentary from SBS Australia.

#3 Egypt

Egypt has no current laws to prevent organ harvesters. In fact there’s been 500 unlicensed kidney transplant reported each year but evidence indicates that this figure is generous. There is much poverty in Egypt and where there’s poverty there’s organ brokers.

Organ traffickers span as far as Europe in the hopes to find many victims to buy organs from and bring them back to Egypt. What makes Egypt unique to other countries is that the law does not punish organ harvesters. The law is still being discussed and till today we are unsure if organ trafficking will be banned or not.

This article is about an undercover writer trying to expose organ trafficking in Egypt.

#2 China

You won’t find another place like China because unlike other countries, China actually condones organ harvesting. If you’re in dying need for a kidney, fly to a hospital in China where you lay in bed and wait for your kidney to arrive; fresh and ready for surgery. It is unknown how much money is made from the illegal sale of organs as there is little information.

However, there are claims that hospitals head hunt foreigners in need for organs and people are paying anywhere from $10,000 to $65,000 for a kidney.

How it works in China most of the time is really quite ingenious (or in human if you like). China has very strict laws and you can bet your bottom dollar that breaking some laws will get you in front of a firing squad. This is how you end up as an organ donor with proper consent.

In 1984, China introduced a new law, “Rules Concerning the Utilization of Corpses or Organs from the Corpses of Executed Prisoners.” Since the passing of this law many people flock to China and wait for their hand me down organs. In fact doctors are even able to tell you how old your organ donor is before it is even delivered.

In recent events, China has put a stop to hospitals in 2007 by restricting transplants to foreigners and giving first priority to Chinese patients. This does not prevent organ harvesting and in many cases executed prisons organs have been taken without consent.

#1 Moldova

Besides poverty and sex slavery, Moldova is one of the top countries in the world for organ harvesting. The population of Moldova is just over 3 million and the government looks like it couldn’t care less about organ harvesting. It is believed that the government is directly involved with the trade even after the government has issued a ban.

Many innocent victims have been murdered for their kidneys, heart, lungs, liver, and small bowel; by gangs. It is also reported that 10% of all kidney donated worldwide originate from Moldova.

Many years ago, a viral email was sent about people being drugged, then waking up naked in a bath tub full of ice with they’re kidneys removed. This is what’s happening now however many victims are being dumped by the roadside. Some of these activities are believed to be masterminded by a police chef. This report says it all.

Closing
There are other countries such as Russia, Singapore, Philippines, Colombia, Turkey, South Korea, and Taiwan that illegal organ trafficking still exist. And due to poverty and high profits ($50 million / year) on organ brokering, this world issue continues.

While Japanese households consume less energy than Europe and U.S, the rapid increment in Tokyo on energy consumption has raised much concern from the Japanese government. The rise of greenhouse gas emissions from companies and households have raised public awareness for global warming too.

Between 1990 and 2005, the energy consumption jumped 44 percent, which lead the Japanese to zoom in on ways for people to save energy. One of the most effective ways would be speedier family baths as reported by the Japanese government on Tuesday.

Families should not only shorten their daily showers by a minute but should also try to take baths in quick succession, the report said. In general, hot water used in bathrooms and kitchens are responsible for 39 percent of energy consumption in Japanese homes, the exact opposite to European homes where energy consumption is mainly on air-conditioning and heating, the report said.

Having said, climate change will definitely be a major agenda on at the G8 summit Japan coming this early July.

Did you know: Japanese usually take a quick shower outside the tub and then soak in hot water, which is then kept for the next family member.

Remember Devon Sawa’s character in 1999’s ‘Idle Hands’, a comedy / horror movie about a teen whose hand becomes possessed and goes on a killing spree?

Apparently this movie has some truth in it. The ‘idle hand’ which referred to as the ‘Alien Hand Syndrome’ is an unusual neurological disorder in which the sufferer’s hand seems to take on a mind of its own. This is due to the damage in the medial motor frontal region of the brain and often occurs after a brain surgery, a stroke or an infection of the brain.

The sufferer has no control over the movements of the ‘alien hand’ nor will they have any conscience idea on what that hand is doing. The person suffering from this condition can often feel disconnected with their hand, and feel as if it was not part of their body.

When the suffer is unaware the alien hand can sometime act out complex movements like unbuttoning clothing, using tools or even tearing pieces of clothing. There are no know treatments or cure for ‘Alien Hand Syndrome’ however the best solution is to give this alien hand an object it can play with to keep it distracted from doing anything harmful to the sufferer.

#4 You Can Still Have An Erection After Death
(sorry couldn’t find a picture)

This is a death erection, which often being referred to as ‘angel lust’. It is a post-mortem erection that occurs when a male individual dies vertically or face-downside and as long as the body remains in this position, the effect will not subside.

How It Could Possibly Happen?

When a man is still alive, the heart pumps blood evenly around the body. When he dies, this mechanism stops and the blood acts by the force of gravity. As with any mass, the blood will settle at the lowest point of the body and cause swelling. So if a man dies vertically, the blood will settle in the legs and collect at the feet.

The pressure will cause the blood vessels and tissues in the feet to swell up to accommodate as much blood as possible. As blood collects, it will fill up to the torso and the blood will attempt to move to a lower position due to gravity, which is the penis (the legs are full by now). The blood causes the penis, consisting of erectile tissue, to fill with blood and expand.

#5 Heart Attacks Are More Likely To Happen On Monday

A 10-year study in Scotland found that 20% of people die of a heart attack on Monday’s compare to any other day of the week. The study suggests that the ‘Monday peak’ could be a result of massive drinking during the weekend and work related stress; you know the ‘Monday blues.’

#6 Three Hundred Million Cells Die In Your Body Every Minute

It does sounds like a lot but this is actually less than 0.0001% of the amount of cells being replaced in your body every day. (about 10-50 trillion cells are being replace in your body every day)

#7 Babies Have More Bones Than You Do

When a baby is born, they have 300 bones in their body. When they reach adulthood they are left with only 206 bones. This is because the smaller bones eventually join together to form stronger single bones.

#8 Your Hair Is Almost Indestructible

Apart from having it burnt, human hair decays at such a slow rate that it is almost impossible to get rid of. Do you remember those documentaries about Egypt, the pyramids and Mummies on Discovery Channel? Well the mummies are left with no flesh, practically nothing but bones and yes… hair. It might look fragile but hair cannot be destroyed by cold, change of climate, water, or other natural forces and it is resistant to many kinds of acids and corrosive chemicals.

#9 You Can Survive Without Food But Not Without Sleep

You need sleep as much as you need food. Many people neglect the importance of having enough sleep without knowing that humans can actually survive longer without food than without sleep. With water alone, an average person could survive a month to two without food (that also varies from an individual’s body fat and other factors).

But a few sleepless nights will cause the person to start experiencing radical personality and psychological changes. The longest recorded time anyone has ever gone without sleep is 264 hours. Randy Gardner at the end of which the experiment did not stumble or hallucinate but scientist has said that any more sleepless nights than that is dangerous.

#10 You Have A Philtrum

The indentation in the middle of the area between the nose and the upper lip is called the philtrum. While scientists are yet to figure out the specific purpose of this indentation serves besides allowing humans to express a much larger range of lip motions, the ancient Greeks thought it to be one of the most arousing places on the body.

The mobile toilet engineered by two Belgian beer fans who used their skill in engineering and software development combines the usual toilet facilities in the spacious booth with video game interactivity to put one’s peeing skill to the test.

The fun booth holds two persons at the same time to compete with one another and having a big bladder, good aiming skill and a strong urine current is definitely a huge plus.

One of the ‘Place to Pee’ users said, “This is the most incredible pee of my life!”

Drew Burrows knows what it is like to come home to an empty bed, lonely and without a girlfriend. So Burrows, 28, engineered a 2-D girlfriend and shared his invention to all the lonely people out there.

He unveiled his invention, INBED to the public last night at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program Spring Show at Tisch School of the Arts.

How it works

INBED is a simple “infrared sensitive” light projection that projects a 2-D woman that reacts and moves based on the infrared sensor. The projector hangs on the ceiling, and projects the woman’s image on your bed. She responds to your every move you made when you’re next to it. For example, when you lie on your back, she will snuggle up to you, curl up in the fetal position and she will spoon and when you give her kiss on the cheek, she will roll over and buries her face in the pillow like she is kissing you.

The only hitch is… Burrows invention is only 2-D; meaning you can’t feel your girlfriend. On top of that, bad news guys, she stays fully clothes at all times too.

The image of having someone 2-D on your bed that reacts to what you do freaks me out but some says, a 2-D girlfriend is better than 0-D girlfriend… *shrugs
