		<description><![CDATA[I had a nice visit with one of my oldest friends last week and we were chatting about his current fitness routine and his fitness goals.  It was apparent that I needed to "Pimp his workout"!  We grew up next door to one another and we would go running at 7am around the neighbourhood when we were probably 12 years old.  He had a York barbell set in his basement (the iron plates, not the cement ones I had) and he had a bench!  Wow!  We had a great time lifting those weights, playing tackle football and re-enacting some pretty epic war battles in that basement. 

Don't even get me started about the time I bought him a gerbil for Christmas which then went on to deliver a couple gerbil babies a few days later...I was not overly popular with his Mom for a while - oops!
