New SCTP Protocol Simulator

SCTP Functional Testing & Conformance Testing

Utel System is releasing a new software-based SCTP simulator.

This new SCTP simulator is designed for functional testing and conformance testing according to the IETF protocol and conformance test specifications. It is also possible to generate abnormal signaling to see how the System Under Test (SUT) handles deviations from the ordinary SCTP functionality.
