Wet n Wild is making me super happy this spring by adding six new bright colors to their MegaLast Lip Color line. And I think some of you are going to love these shades as much as I did.

These lipsticks are in a semi-matte finish and are long-wearing, fairly creamy and quite saturated. They’re infused with coenzyme Q10 and vitamins A and E for added moisture.

OPI Sparkle-Iscious.

He may look calm and sleepy but he has just given up after a melt-down from wanting his dinner a couple hours early.

If you haven’t yet heard by now, you have been living under the largest rock on the planet. China Glaze Colours From The Capitol is their latest 12-piece collection for spring, and of course, is a tribute to the upcoming movie The Hunger Games, which is based on a series of best-selling books from Suzanne Collins. The movie comes out in March ( I will be there with bells on!)

Let me say, if you have not read the three books in the series (The Hunger Games, Catching Fire and Mockingjay) RUN to the store and get them! I read them about a year ago and aside from The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo series, these are some of the best books I have read in years and years. Yes they are technically “young adult” but are not written in a juvenile or off-putting way for an adult. They are nothing at all like the Twilight series (which I get asked a lot). The story grabs you, sucks you in and is totally amazing. I died a little when I finished them, they were that good.

This collection of polishes includes twelve new colors with a variety of finishes. I did have a few issues with the formula of some of them, more on that below.

RBG Cosmetics and LA boutique TENOVERSIX have partnered together this spring for a limited edition nail color inspired by something very LA. The blonde bombshell. The color is called Blonde on Blonde and is named after a famous Bob Dylan album.

Both of the founders of TENOVERSIX are blondes and they wanted to create a color that matched their hair color. I can totally relate to all this blonde stuff because I was born a pale blonde and have pretty much been every single shade of blonde known to mankind. It’s the shade I always return to and looks the best on me.

We made it, at last.

This weekend is supposed to be a sunny and warm one here in the bay. I think I am going to bust out some more painting for this office re-design which is taking me 14 thousand years. Also I want to try and avoid the Superbowl as much as possible.

Now for the question…

What is the latest song you have played on repeat?

I am totally stuck in the early 2000′s right now and cannot stop listening to A Perfect Circle Pet. Over and over and over and even the remix Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums. I cannot stop!
