Eddie and Lisa

noreply@blogger.com (Vanessa Vargas Photography) — Sun, 05 Jan 2025 21:22:00 +0000

We have been totally missing in action for a few months but things are getting a bit back to normal. What have we been doing since our last post? Well, it has been a few months filled with beautiful weddings and personal trials but we made it to the end of the year and I want to share all those special weddings days we have been blessed to document. Let's begin with one of my favorites, Eddie and Lisa

Eddie and Lisa's intimate wedding in a small airbnb in the town of Isabela was a true labor of love. The couple did not hire a wedding coordinator and decided to venture in all the planning and coordination of the day. The day turn out perfect. Surrounded by their closest family members and friends they said their I do's in a very emotional ceremony officiated by Lisa's brother.

After the ceremony we venture to the nearest beach for the couple's session. Here are some of my favorite moments from their day.

Nancy & Delvis

noreply@blogger.com (Vanessa Vargas Photography) — Mon, 26 Aug 2024 12:00:00 +0000

Angel & Rachell

noreply@blogger.com (Vanessa Vargas Photography) — Sun, 25 Aug 2024 17:15:00 +0000

Evan & Marissa | Whyndham Grand Rio Mar

noreply@blogger.com (Vanessa Vargas Photography) — Mon, 05 Aug 2024 12:00:00 +0000

Today is a beautiful day to feature a beautiful wedding on the blog. Happy to share our favorite moments from Evan and Marissa's destination wedding at the Whyndham Grand Rio Mar, a beautiful resort located in the town of Rio Grande, I know a bit out of our regular area of coverage but we where more than happy to travel to the east side of the island and document this lovely couple's wedding day.

Is funny because many years ago I did do an engagement session at this hotel and I fell in love with the grounds and the architecture of the resort, something you don't get to see on the west, the west side has its own charm with small villas and the best sunset on the island. Back then when I did the engagement session I said to myself someday I will be back to shoot a wedding. While it took me around maybe 12 years aprox to return and I had already forgotten about it , the moment I walked in I remembered.

I am glad my return was with Marissa & Evan's wedding a lovely young couple who had a beautiful garden ceremony follow by their reception. The day was perfect.

Here are some of your favorites from their wedding day.

It was a good choice, Alexis and Mario's wedding was one for the books, a beautiful wedding on the beach follow by a reception at Salon Mirador with a stunning view of the coast .

Here are my favorite moments from their wedding day.

I loved everything about Craig and Kaitlyn's wedding. A small and intimate wedding with lots of fun and love. Craig and Kaitlyn's wedding was originally taking place at another wedding venue unfortunately the venue closed forcing them to move locations and it just worked out for the best. Their new venue Atlantic Sands Arecibo a venue we have worked before, so no worries or issues when the couple had to change locations. Craig and Katilyn are incredible fun people, their love for one another is what romantic stories are made of. I hope you love and enjoy our favorites from their wedding day.

Hello my wedding lovers, its been a hot minute but today we are back with a stunning destination wedding at one of Rincon's most iconic resorts and wedding venues. Trough the years this amazing resort has been witness to countless family vacations, wonderful souls who come back year after year and make this resort a familiar place a home away from home and what an amazing thing to come back to one of your favorites places to celebrate your daughter's wedding!. Lauren's family has been traveling to Puerto Rico since forever and it was no brainer to decide to have her wedding at this beautiful island.

Lauren and Lyle's romance may have started somewhere else but their wedding at Rincon's Villa Cofresi was perfect. The couple's decision to see each other before the ceremony on a first look session did not took away the emotional feelings that Lyle felt as Lauren was walking down the isle, it was just beautiful to see and capture.

As always I let the images tell the story of the day. Here are my favorites from their day.

Anna and Reed took on the task to plan, decorate , coordinate their own wedding and it was definitely exiting to see. Prior to their wedding ceremony they did a Tea Ceremony, a traditional ceremony where the bride and groom serve tea to their families, the couple in exchange receive from their family members advise, well wishes and gifts.
