Love can be a journey, complete with how you experience your love. We all know what takes place when you’re falling within love. You can’t stop thinking about the person, and you wish to begin a life with them no matter whatever it takes.

After, there’s falling out of love. This often comes as a precursor to break-up. After all, most couples do not break-up when they are madly in love.

When a person falling out of love, you might imagine if they were in love, to begin with. Yes, they were. Quite a few couples will fall in love, then fall out of love with time. Another reason why couples can fall out of love is that they change as time passes.

One stereotype about relationships is that once you’re relation, you no longer have sex. This is simply untrue. While you may not be having as much sex as you did when you were younger, there should still be passion in one’s relationship. Whether it’s disinterest in sex, aging looks fading, or another reason, it can make someone fall out of love.

A Loss of Trust

Trust is a big reason why couples fall in love. There are some parts about you that you may not even trust with your best friend, and yet with your spouse, you can tell them anything. However, if the spouse does something to break trust, it can be challenging to rebuild it.

This can include telling someone else a secret, crossing a boundary, infidelity, or something else. It can be highly damaging to one’s relationship.

Miscommunications

One more reason why couples may fall out of love is mainly because of miscommunications. You may imagine a relationship as something where both parties are in sync, but this is not always the case. If the couple has to communicate through text, for example, there are numerous ways that miscommunication can arise.

Falling out of love is usually a gradual process. You don’t just fall out of love overnight; it can take months, sometimes years. While it can creep up on you, it’s still a slow process.

In some cases, falling out of love, especially early in the relationship, can feel a bit shocking, but there is an easy explanation. This is usually due to the relationship not being love at all, but lust.

Falling out of love doesn’t mean that you loathe them. You may still be in love with them, at the time, it doesn’t hurt to be in this only one in it. Maybe, their absence trouble you.

All of this okay, it’s always okay to remember how it felt to be in love and that doesn’t mean you can’t move on, forgetting love isn’t always blocked contact or deleted accounts.

It sometimes about making peace with the fact life happened and two hearts weren’t meant to be together.

Falling out of love is not easy .i know, but the efforts it takes to do so are worth it because you can go through everything love made you feel, all over again, this time with broken tears.

Sunderban trip to the world's most dense mangrove forest

Sunderban –the largest deltic region and mangrove forest in the world can be experienced to cherish for a lifetime, this region is rich in flora and even fauna, wildlife, and landscape. This region is home to the royal Bengal tiger and salty crocodile.

Sunderban offers an excellent way to enrich yourself about "life in a delta region".

The Aeriel root of the mangroves of the Sunderbans is home to various varieties of fauna .

Sundarbans delta is protected by a vast mangrove ecosystem, which remains the world's largest despite significant historical reductions through deforestation. Sunderban not only a national park but also a home of royal Bengal tiger. It has a small or big 102island. Royal Bengal tiger is a mushy animal.

The rich soil of the delta island and thick mangrove forest have shadowed topical regions making it abode to hundreds of wildlife species of plants and wildlife.

It was the month of December, I and my friend thought about the weekend trip. So, we planned for the Sunderban, exactly what can be much better than that?

It was chilling cold in December morning, we started our journey from Sealdah station around 6:30 am. Usually, folks do not get to be able to seat at the local train as it constantly remains overcrowded. But thankfully, we were able to seat, as we moving towards canning on, one can get the scenic beauty of villages from the half-closed window.

The best way to travel to be able to Sunderban from Kolkata is certainly by local train. Right having breakfast at Canning station, the last train station. Once we get down by a train at Canning station, the hustle-bustle around the station is notable. From Canning train station buses are available to Godkhali port. Godkhali post is a somewhat chaotic area with a lot associated with local businesses. To access the place, we took a boat to reach our hotel.

It shows that the journey is more important than the destination. Sometimes the journey echoes more about the destination.

The best time travel is from September to March. However many people are likely to travel during the monsoon i.e July to August. Avoid traveling in the summer season i.e from April To June, as there is a high-risk of lives to high tide.

Our first day in the Sunderbans ended witnessing the setting sun and rising full moon. On our first day, we moved throughout the village, walking close to the villagers with them.

The life of the villagers is tough although intriguing. Villagers risk their own lives for food and habitat. Tiger's attackers are usually are not uncommon in their eyes. Several people lost their life due to tiger attack and snakes bits, which is common to them. The lives of people associated with Sunderbans are dependent upon forests such as honey, crab, and fish.

On the second day, we experienced a cruise ride, which often takes for 12 hours. It started at around 5 am and stopping back to the hotel at 5 pm. At cruise, they provided from breakfast to lunch and evening tea also. Local famous Chingri (prawn) seafood and various local species of food.

On our journey through the boat, we noticed deer, saltwater crocodile, monkeys, mudskipper, and different varieties of birds.

Inside this jungle, tigers are mostly seen.

The people of the villagers are simple and kind, notwithstanding day-to-day encounters from tigers and animals.

The night seemed to be much better at the hotel, with local dance and music. Santhal dance is most famous amongst the villagers. In every single hotel, there is an open space where the villagers perform their traditional program, where young girls to women dance, and mostly men play their musical instruments.

Mawlynnong –The Magical Paradise village is located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya. It applause itself as the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village is also acclaimed as "God's Village". It is located at a distance of 90km from Shillong, which takes 2 hours and 30min by road. Several Cabs ply daily from Shillong to the village.

The populace has made a unified effort to maintain the ambiance of a clean village and they are maintaining the constant effort to preserve the natural beauty. Mawlynnong has scenic beauty. People of different community stays in Meghalaya –the land of Khasi tribe, Jaintia tribe, and Garo tribe. Mainly Khasi People live in this village. The people of this village doing collective effort to keep the village cleaner, greener, and a substantial environment. Mawlynnong proves women empowerment and 100 percent literacy rate, both are commendable.

Villagers are so environment friendly so that they have banned plastic items and smoking is strictly prohibited. Bamboo dustbins are used every hook and nook in the village, even the dry leaves are fallen goes directly to the dustbin. Since 2007 all the houses have fundamental toilets.

The people that opened my eyes. To wake up to majestic views, fill our lungs with fresh air, and forget the hurly-burly environment from the cities. Staying with the villagers gives me immense joy, they provided us organic fresh food.

The village is hidden in the mountain, without who's no buses dare to journey.

The weather is pleasant throughout the year and thus turn absolute scenic. The best time to visit is between Octobers to June. But if one wishes to go, they can travel throughout the year. A variety of exotic flora is grown in every household. The people of the village use organic vegetables which they cultivate in their yard. There is lush greenery all around the village and a huge number of flowers dangling from the trees adds beauty to the village.

Village houses are with bamboo and corrugated iron sheet but before that straw is used. Bamboo, which is abundant in nature and most environmentally friendly. Bamboo is life and culture in the region.

More interesting in this village is the viewpoint and the living root bridge

The village has a viewpoint from where the breath-taking view of Bangladesh can be seen as the village comes nearby indo-Bangladesh border. View tower is 85 feet high and is made of bamboo and bamboo products. Sky's viewpoint is most popular among the traveler. Moreover, the greenery of the village and small and big waterfall can be seen.

And also, the living Root bridge is described as God's unbelievable creation. The living Root is declared as the World Heritage site by UNESCO. The bridge is connected by the rubber tree root with one another which is not man-made. It is the most fascinating wonder of men and nature.

Kolkata (Calcutta), literally called "The City of Joy".

Chai Adda is a kind of informal gathering where people from different ages and background comes together to discuss many things, from lighter to serious talks. Without chai the adda is impossible when people of Kolkata having adda, chai is necessary.

The city of Kolkata is not smooth and easy, it is full of crowded, chaos and hustle around the city, but their great joy within the city.

One of the great things about the city is the Chai. Kolkata is the tea capital of India. Every time is tea time in India and love for the tea is immense in for the people of Kolkata. Back in 1920, vendors set up their shop with stoves and kettle to serve tea. But in 1930, it started booming in major cities, all over India.

Kolkata roadside tea maker is an institute in itself. By walking around, we will get fresh tea in a cup of tea(chai), it is mostly served in a clay cup. It has a long tradition of environment freely clay cups.

Most people tend to start their morning after having a cup of tea (chai). Tea has become an integral part of India's tea culture. Consumptions of tea have always been important in Kolkata and it will continue to strong significance.

Over a while, there are great changes in tea. Earlier, it was simply made with hot water, sugar and tea leaves. But, their ramshackle assemblages of pots and pans bearing tea, sugar, buffalo milk.

Tea stalls to be common in Kolkata, with one stationed at every nook and corner of the narrow streets. Even in some small stall different spies and flavor are added to enhance the taste for the younger generation, who loves variety the most, The dusty pink clay cups bring its flavor to the drink.

Chai is all time beverages and its very much refreshing. There are many mobile tea stalls in every by-lane of Kolkata. However, some of the places have earned recognition over time with its quality among the tea-loving crowds of the city. THE IDEA OF STAYING CHILL

“If you ask what is the simple most important thing to stay chill any situation in life, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and overthinking. And if you didn’t ask me, I will still say so.”

The philosophy I believe in life is no matter what the situation is or how adverse your condition is, it is you who decides, how you want to go about with it. People have evolved but the basic feeling of danger that lingered in the minds of our ancestor didn’t quite evolve. We still hold that feeling of jeopardy or fear when we go on about with our day-to-day activities. Our ancestors used to live in a time where “survival of the fittest” was quite literal. You either killed or got killed. So the emotion of fear that they experienced was quite understandable. Now coming back to us we quite can’t exactly relate to the context of fear they experienced. Not saying that we don’t experience fear of that intensity but the things we assign it to is quite trivial as compared to theirs. Remember how as kids we used to get scared shitless when our teacher caught us without our homework. That feeling of powerful emotion is same as the one our ancestors felt when faced with a one on one situation with a wild animal. See, we as humans have evolved quite a lot but our feelings are quite primitive. Unless we can control our feelings we can never be truly happy. Any actions that we do is controlled by us and we are rightfully responsible for it. Similarly our feelings are also something that is psychogenic. It originates in our mind and we should have full control on how to feel or to how much extent we should feel about it. So the point is that if you really are troubled over that bad break up or over that scary important presentation you have to give…don’t be. Because at the end of the day we shouldn’t take ourselves that seriously. The road of life has many detours .Moreover we know that we all are nothing but star-dust.

The fluffy brown sparrows are 15 cm in length and distributed all over India up to 4000m in the Himalayas. The disappearance of sparrows has been widely reported in India. The house sparrow was ubiquitous in the city till the 1970s. From around 1976,their population started sharp decline in urban areas as well as coastal areas The house sparrow is not only among the most commonly found bird species in urban cities, but also the most loved. It is a small brown-colored bird, not bigger than a tennis ball, with black streaks on its back. The male and female are easily distinguishable, not in size but in coloration. Females and young birds are colored pale brown and grey, and males have brighter black, white, and brown markings. One of about 25 species in the genus Passer, the house sparrow is native to most of Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, and a large part of Asia.

It has more than 1200 bird species which over 13 percent of the world’s bird species. But unfortunately, India is the third among the countries having the largest number of rare and threatened species followed by Brazil and Indonesia. Within India, it is found throughout the country , up to the Assam Valley and lower parts of the Assam Hills.

World Sparrow Day is marked on March 20 and a number of measures to increase their numbers are encouraged on this dayIn 2012, the sparrow was adopted as the state bird of Delhi.

The House Sparrow (Passer domesticus) , a member of family Passeridae , is considered to be a relative of the weaver Finch family . The house Sparrow is 14 to 16 cm long bird is abundant in temperate climates. They survive in all temperatures from the humid coastal regions to the hot plains to the chills of Kashmir and beyond to Ladakh, up to 15,000 feet above and sea level . A sparrow survives for around 3 years in the open and up to 13 years in the captivity . They are summer visitor (March to October) to higher elevations in Baluchistan and in the Himalayas. Also they have the ability at the speed of 38.5km/hr and can even reach at the speed of 50km/hr.

The alarming decline in sparrow population indicates that the air population levels in the metropolitan cities are rising dangerously, or : since sparrows are mainly grain eaters, it could mean that the grain that the people are consuming contain higher amount of pesticides than before. The modern infrastructure of the building are not accommodating the nests of the birds .The microwave from the towers affects the brain of the birds and they drop dead instantly.

Things to do there :

Boating:

This is the best and the most popular thing to do at Shnongpdeng. The water is really clear. A boat ride lasts for about 30 mins and can cost Rs 700 for a boat. The seating capacity is of 4-7 people in 1 boat. You are secured with a life jacket and a local boatman rows you around.

Fishing :

You see many locals fishing there. The clarity of the water makes it really easy to spot the fish. As your boat floats by you will see many local fishermen perched up on the rocks trying to fish.

Walking on the Suspension Bridge:

This was fun and felt really wobbly most of the time. Not more than 7-8 people are allowed at one time on the bridge. The tourists did not follow these rules and many of them also ran or jumped on the suspension bridge.

Adventure Activities:

There are many adventure activities you can take up there. There is an adventure company that we managed to get in touch with, which provided services of cliff jumping, scuba diving, kayaking and snorkelling at Shnongpdeng.

Camping:

Shnongpdeng is a beautiful place to camp. There are many campsites located on the riverside. If you want to camp and do some adventure sports here, Pioneer Adventure Tours are great at arranging that.

Super Cyclonic Storm Amphan

According to meteorology, cyclone is a large scale of mass that rotates around a strong centre of low atmospheric pressure. It is characterised by strong winds, thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. When a storm develops over the Indian Ocean it is referred to as tropical cyclones or severe cyclonic storms. It was also the 3rd Super Cyclone that hit West Bengal since 1582, after 1737 and 1833.

Super Cyclonic Storm Amphan was a powerful and deadly tropical cyclone that caused widespread damage in Eastern India, West Bengal to be specific, and also Bangladesh in May 2020. It was the strongest tropical cyclone to strike the Ganges Delta since Sadr of the 2007 season and the first super cyclonic storm to occur in the Bay of Bengal since the 1999 Odisha cyclone.

On 18 May, at approximately 12:00 UTC, Amphan reached its peak intensity with 3-minute sustained wind speeds of 240 km/h (150 mph), 1-minute sustained wind speeds of 260 km/h (160 mph), and a minimum central barometric pressure of 925 mbar (27.32 inHg). The storm began an eyewall replacement cycle shortly after it reached its peak intensity, but the continued effects of dry air and wind shear disrupted this process and caused Amphan to gradually weaken as it paralleled the eastern coastline of India. On 20 May, between 10:00 and 11:00 UTC, the cyclone made landfall in West Bengal. At the time, the JTWC estimated Amphan's 1-minute sustained winds to be 155 km/h (100 mph). Amphan rapidly weakened once inland and dissipated shortly thereafter.Coastal areas in West Bengal comprising East Midnapur, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata, Hooghly and Howrah as well as Odisha were affected by the cyclone. It also caused significant destruction in Bangladesh

Amphan is a severe cyclonic storm that is set to hit the coast of West Bengal's Digha and Hatia Islands of Bangladesh during the afternoon or evening of May 20. The tropical cyclone had intensified into a super cyclonic storm between May 17 and 18, according to IMD. At least 19 teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been deployed in West Bengal in view of the approaching cyclone. The cyclone Amphan comes a year after cyclone 'Fani' on May 3, 2019 that claimed the lives of 64 people.

Army support has been called for, NDRF and SDRF team has been deployed, railways, ports and most of the damaged areas as the local workers unable to complete the work or because of proper skills . In most of the areas of Kolkata, people suffered for food, electricity and water. Damaged was so big, government couldn’t restore electricity and water for 5 long days.

Cyclone Amphan, hit West Bengal on May 20 claiming 86 lives so far and affecting over 10 million people in the eastern Indian state. The storm in West Bengal caused massive damage to standing crops, thousands of trees were uprooted, and power and water supply was interrupted in the state capital Kolkata.

Over 28% of Sunderbans damaged in Cyclone Amphan, 16,000 trees were damaged in Kolkata. As per Chief Minister 12,000 sq km forests had been “destroyed “. The Indian Sunderbans , an area of South of the Dampier Hodges line, is spread over 9,630 sq km , of which the mangrove forest accounts for 4,236 sq km.

Locusts have been feared and revered throughout history. Related to grasshoppers, these insects form enormous swarms that spread across regions, devouring crops and leaving serious agricultural damage in their wake. Plagues of locusts have devastated societies since the Pharaohs led ancient Egypt, and they still wreak havoc today.

Locust swarms are typically in motion and can cover vast distances—some species may travel 81 miles or more a day. They can stay in the air for long periods, regularly taking nonstop trips across the Red Sea. In 1954, a swarm flew from northwest Africa to Great Britain, while in 1988, another made the lengthy trek from West Africa to the Caribbean, a trip of more than 3,100 miles in just 10 days.

Locust swarms devastate crops and cause major agricultural damage, which can lead to famine and starvation. Locusts occur in many parts of the world, but today locusts are most destructive in subsistence farming regions of Africa.A plague of locusts can be devastating and continues to threaten the very economic livelihood of countries and one-tenth of the world's humans. Found in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, they inhabit some 60 countries and can cover one-fifth of Earth's land surface. The locusts have damaged about 70,000 hectares of land in Somalia and neighbouring Ethiopia, threatening food supplies in both countries and the livelihoods of farming communities, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) said.

Locusts and grasshoppers are acridids, i.e. short-horned insects that belong to a Family called Acrididae in the Orthoptera Order, which also encompasses crickets and long-horned grasshoppers.

Unlike the grasshopper, the Desert Locust has the ability to change its behaviour and appearance to suit particular environmental conditions

Locusts differ from grasshoppers by their capacity to react to high densities. Locusts have a lifespan of at most eight weeks during which they reproduce and die.

Locusts eggs hatch within 10 to 20 days

Depending on temperature and moisture conditions, locusts eggs hatch within 10 to 20 days. Female locusts lay eggs shortly after mating in moist sand soils. Heavy rains prompt locust eggs to hatch.

Eating locusts can prevent heart cancer

A meal composed of the locusts can prevent killer diseases such as cancer among a host of other deadly diseases.

Locusts contain high levels of chemicals known as phytosterols that could control heart-related diseases

Desert locusts contain a rich composition of compounds known as sterols, which in turn have cholesterol-lowering properties, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease.

Prevention

There are many reasons why it’s difficult to control or prevent a plague of locusts, including the remoteness and breadth of the areas across which they’re spread and limited resources in some of the affected countries. But experts can look at past weather patterns and historical records to identify the areas where swarms might occur and spray those areas with chemicals.
