My first Vemma product received

Finally, I have received my very first Vemma product on 9th August 2008 in Miri bus terminal. It was sent to my in-laws address in Kuching, Malaysia on the 3rd August 2008. Upon receiving it, I was really eager to see how Vemma products looks like and taste like. I can't wait to reach home and open up my very first bottle of Vemma.

And I did.....taste it. WOW!! Taste great. Once you sip the 'juice', it has the taste of a mangosteen & kiwi fruit. Very delicious!!.

All of us requires to have vitamins and minerals in our body. And we also need to have a well-balance diet. Some of us do need to take some supplements to maintain our health level. And most supplements comes in capsules or tablets, and you know how hard for us to swallow it.

So you have signed up with Vemmabuilder as a Pre-Enrollee. The question is now, what shall you do next.

Shall i wait and see what Vemmabuilder can do?
Shall i begin to build my network by introducing to my contacts?
Shall i wait until my trial period is over then quit?
Shall I upgrade to Paid Member?

Decision is all up to you. Think again, what makes you want to sign up as a Pre-Enrollee? You may want to see what Vemma can offer you. Or is it because you are looking for an alternative way to earn a side income. Why is that? You always have a hard time to pay all your bills, school expense for your kids, your kids soon be going to college, how about the price increase in your monthly groceries? Car fuel and many more. I'll let you think and once you are done, proceed to read.

Multilevel marketing is amazing. During my more than 30 years of working, it’s the only form of business I’ve found that offers a level playing field. In other words, anyone can become successful in this industry. And the best part is that others have already blazed the trail to success, so you just have to look at what they’ve done and follow suit. There are things you’ll hear over and over again as the principles to success in MLM. Here are the top five:

1. Be coachable. MLM is a business of duplication. Those who’ve already been successful will share their secrets to success, and all you need to do is listen and then do what they tell you. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very coachable in the beginning. I was successful in traditional business and figured I could do the same things and be successful in network marketing. Boy, was I wrong! Because I didn’t listen to my upline leaders, I didn’t make any money at first. Successful MLMers have been there, done that--and have the paycheck to prove it--so be coachable, and duplicate their success.

2. Develop your dreams, goals and objectives. Studies have shown that very few people have written dreams and goals, yet those who do achieve high levels of success. Identify your dreams first. As yourself, if time and money weren’t inhibitors, what would your life look like? Describe your dream house in great detail. Likewise, get a mental image of your dream cars, vacations, wardrobe, lifestyle and so on.

From those dreams, develop your goals. A dream is the big picture, and goals are the steps that will get you to your dreams. For example, let’s say your dream car is a Mercedes SL65 with a cost of $225,000 and a monthly payment of around $3,800. What are the steps you need to take to achieve that dream? An increase in your income might be necessary, so your goal would be to increase your monthly income to, let’s say, $10,000.

Next, you break your goals down into bite-size objectives (in our example above, this would be the things necessary to increase your monthly income to $10,000). Each day, you should review your dreams, goals and objectives in order to determine your daily activities.

3. Work. Network marketing has probably produced more millionaires than any other industry, and although each of those people built their businesses with different companies and using different methods, they all did one thing--work. MLM isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme; you’ll only get rich through hard work.

One of the main differences I see in those who fail vs. those who succeed is their level of work. Most people who’ve failed treated their MLM businesses like a hobby, working whenever they had some spare time. The top income earners, on the other hand, work at their businesses every day.

Let’s say that after a thorough evaluation of your schedule, you can only devote 10 hours a week to your business. Take a daily planner and block out those available time slots. Remember, work isn’t filing, checking e-mail or surfing the web. Work in MLM is prospecting, presenting, following up, registering new associates, training and support.

In the beginning, you should spend 90 percent of your time on prospecting, presenting, following up and signing up new people. As your network builds, you can devote more time to training and support. But never, ever stop prospecting, or your business will die.

4. Be consistently persistent. Most network marketers give up too early. They expect to make $10,000 their first month, and when they don’t, they quit. But it takes time to build an MLM business. You’re going to have to contact a lot of people, give many presentations and endure a great deal of rejection. However, it’s the person who is consistently persistent who will succeed.

If you’re duplicating a successful system, the only thing separating you from success is time. When things are looking dark, keep going. Make one more call. Talk with one more person. Follow up one more time. If you’re with the right company, you should never give up because you’ll eventually be successful.

5. Make a million friends. The advice that made the biggest impact on my success in network marketing was to go out with the idea of making a million friends instead of a million dollars. You can only be successful in network marketing if you help others become successful. So go out and find some new friends who you can help become successful in your business. Forget about your wants and needs, and serve these friends instead. This concept is called “servant leadership”--you lead by serving those you lead. The more friends you make and serve, the greater your success in network marketing.

These five principles of success are just the start. I’m sure that your sponsor and upline leaders have their own list, so make sure you ask them how they became successful. And finally, realize this: It’s one thing to have this knowledge--and a whole different thing to actually do what you’ve learned. So be a doer, and watch your business and income skyrocket.

In my 27 years of involvement in the network marketing industry, I've heard tens of thousands of questions. Network marketing is an often misunderstood business, and so often the questions have allowed me to help someone gain a greater understanding of it.

In this article, I'll introduce the top five information-gathering questions and the typical answers I give to them. Since there are many other questions that can and will be asked, I highly recommend that every network marketer sit down with an upline leader and talk about the typically asked questions and how to answer them. Those who learn how to answer them will succeed in business.

Here are the top five questions about network marketing:

1. Isn't this a pyramid?
Pyramids are illegal in all 50 states, and the business I'm involved in is a legal network marketing business. The primary difference, according to the Attorney General (this information is available on most State Attorney General websites), is if this were a pyramid, you would get paid a fee to recruit people into your business. In my business, I only get paid if products are sold from the company to someone within my network--either a customer or associate. Also, in a pyramid scheme, the only people who make money are those who get in first, but in my company everyone has an equal opportunity to make money and become the top income-earner in the company. Can you see how this isn't an illegal pyramid?

2. Do people really make money doing this?
Yes, but the only people who do are those who treat this like a business and work at it every day. Money is made when products or services are sold within your network, so if you want to earn a solid income, you'll need to recruit a network of people who are buying and selling products or services. The company provides excellent training and will be there to help you succeed, but ultimately the success or failure of your business is up to you.

3. Does this require sales?
Do you enjoy sales? If not, that's great, because you don't have to be a salesperson in order to succeed. This is a business of sharing information, and there are great tools that'll help you present the products/services and business to your candidates. All you do is work with those who are interested.

Now, if you like sales, that's also great; people who are good at sales often do very well in this business.

4. How much time does this require?
That'll depend upon your goals. If you would like to make a few dollars a month, you could probably invest five hours a week or less. However, if you want to develop a full-time income so that you can fire your boss and enjoy more freedom of time, then you'll need to invest at least 15 hours a week. The great part is that there are tools to help you leverage that time.

5. Do I have to talk my friends and family into network marketing, too?
This can be a life-changing business. Those who succeed enjoy complete time and financial freedom, and you should only offer this business to those who want the benefits.

The Team Bonus

Instant Sponsor Bonus

Qualifications: Member status with a past purchase

For the first sale only, the immediate upline Sponsor will receive a $4 USD Instant Sponsor Bonus (ISB) on the first Member placed below them on the left or right's purchases. Subsequent orders will be paid out in the existing Cycle Bonus. Neither activation nor qualification is required for this bonus; however a Member needs to have purchased an order at some point. This bonus will pay out only once in the lifetime of each Member. The Instant Sponsor Bonus will compress to the next eligible Member in the upline if one of the two following conditions exist:

Fast Start Bonus

Qualifications: Active with 60 QV

Fast Start Bonus will be paid on the first purchase of any of the Builder Packages regardless of the order history. Fast Start Bonus is subject to Compression. If the Enroller is inactive then the first qualified upline Enroller will receive the Fast Start Bonus.

Consistency Bonus

Qualifications: Active with 120 QV

On every ongoing order of a personally-enrolled Member's orders, the Enroller will be eligible to receive a 5% Consistency Bonus.

*The Consistency Bonus amount does not total 5% on this item in order to allow seven cycle credits.

Any Consistency Bonus that is generated, but not eligible for, will be added to the weekly cycle value amount.

Cycle Bonus

Qualifications: Active with 120 QV and Qualified (two personally-enrolled active Members, one in each leg).

At the end of each volume period (week), the Vemma computer searches down your left and right teams (legs) and whenever three sales (180 QV) in one leg and six sales (360 QV) in the opposite teams occur (sides can switch back and forth), Members are eligible to earn a Cycle Bonus of approximately $22 - $26 USD.

To ensure the highest possible cycle value payout amount, Vemma will add all monies to total 46% (+3% Global Bonus Pools + 1% Team Bonus and Rank Advancement Rewards = 50% payout) of the commissionable value (wholesale dollar in US) to the cycle value each week. The weekly cycle value will be determined each week based on total sales.

Members will not be eligible to receive most earnings until they have qualified their membership by having a 120 QV Autoship on file and one active Vemma Member on their right side and one active Vemma Member on their left side whom they personally enrolled.

Members will be able to accrue volume in their profit leg if they are qualified. However, if a member has 8 consecutive weeks of non-qualification, the volume in their profit leg only will flush. For every consecutive week after the 8-week flush that they continue to not qualify, no volume will accumulate on the profit side. Any sales that they have in the power leg of their organization will remain there until they have qualified their membership as long as they are active. Members are considered active if they have an active Autoship base order with a 60 QV minimum order every five weeks.

If they have four consecutive volume periods in which they are not active, all accumulated volume in both legs will flush.

At the end of every corporate 52 week period, all power leg volume in excess of 15 times the total amount of the members most recent 4 week profit leg volume will be flushed, if that member was enrolled prior to week 27. Members enrolled during or after week 27 will not flush until the following year.

After 24 consecutive weeks without activity, the membership will be terminated.

Cycle Earnings Levels

The cycle earnings levels only apply to the Cycle Bonus and do not affect any other areas of income in the Vemma Dual Line Compensation Plan. A Member has 12 weeks to decide to upgrade their package before their earnings level is locked in for that position. Once they reach the maximum cycle level earnings on that position for four consecutive weeks, they will be given one new position above their maxed position. That position will have the same earning level limit, unless they purchase an upgrade package for that position. Up to two positions maximum are allowed per Member, four per married couple.

Basic Builder Package

This package allows you the opportunity to earn up to $156,000 USD per year ($3,000 USD per week) in Cycle Earnings and unlimited earnings in the other areas of income with the Vemma Dual Line Compensation Plan.

Silver Builder Package

This package allows you the opportunity to earn up to $1,300,000 USD per year ($25,000 USD per week) in Cycle Earnings and unlimited earnings in the other areas of income with the Vemma Dual Line Compensation Plan.

One Pack or a Fridge Brick

This package allows you the opportunity to earn up to $52,000 USD per year ($1,000 USD per week) in Cycle Earnings and unlimited earnings in the other areas of income with the Vemma Dual Line Compensation Plan.

The Enroller Matching Bonus pays 10% Enroller on all of their personally-enrolled Member's Cycle Bonus check amounts. If a Member does not meet the eligibility requirements to earn it, the Enroller Matching Bonus will compress to the first eligible upline Enroller. Qualifying for this bonus is as simple as enrolling two additional active members, four total.

Second Tier Matching Bonus

Qualifications: Active with 120 QV and Qualified (six personally-enrolled active Members, one in each leg, four anywhere)

Not only can Members earn on the people that they personally enrolled, but they are eligible to earn a 10% matching bonus on all of their personal enrollees' personally-enrolled Member's Cycle Bonus check amounts. If a Member does not meet the eligibility requirements to earn it, the Second Tier Matching Bonus will compress to the first eligible upline Enroller. Qualifying for this bonus is as simple as enrolling four additional active members, six total.

Retail Income

Customer Bonus

Qualifications: Member status

Enrollers can earn the Customer Bonus on products purchased by Customers they enroll.

Eligible enrollers can earn retail profit on orders placed by Customers who are not on autoship. If the Customer is on autoship, they will receive free shipping and retail profit is not paid out.

If Customers upgrade to Member status prior to the run for the period in which the order was placed, the order will payout as if they were a Member.

Global Bonus Pool

Global Bonus Pool Levels

These 12-week bonus pools encourage team building and cross line cooperation by rewarding leaders with a bonus that encompasses 3% of overall Vemma sales. To qualify for a full share of this bonus, memberships must meet or exceed the cycle requirements shown below. Each level of this bonus Members qualify for also entitles them to a share of the previous bonus pool up to a share of all five pools.

One Time Rank Advancement Rewards

After qualifying at a new rank for TWO or THREE consecutive four-week Rank Advancement periods, a one time bonus will pay out. These bonuses increase at each rank with the following rewards:

Rank Advancement Award Levels

Rank Advancement and other recognition will be based on four-week periods and calculated when bonuses are run for the last week of the four-week period. This recognition will be posted in your Vemma back office approximately two weeks after the bonus run.

By achieving a certain number of cycles in a four-week period, Members can achieve various ranks and be recognized as a Leader!

*When new Members cycle for the first time, they will be recognized for this achievement and earn the Bronze leader title. This rank will be introduced in Week 14 (March 30, 2007). Bronze Level receives a congratulatory email and recognition on the website.

Glossary of Terms

CV/QV

Equal in the Vemma plan, both CV and QV are the value associated to the specific product that allows you to build cycles and earn bonuses.

Enroller

When you introduce a new person to the Vemma opportunity and sign them up, you are the Enroller. Your Enroller is the person who introduced you to Vemma.

Sponsor

The term sponsor refers to the person immediately above you in the tree structure. You are the sponsor of the two people immediately below you.

Autoship

A recurring monthly order that is delivered to you each month saving you the trouble of having to call in or go online.

Qualify

Each membership must be qualified to earn bonuses. You qualify your membership by personally enrolling one new Member on your left side and one new Member on your right side, each with a minimum 60 QV order. Certain bonuses also require that have a certain amount of QV.

Active

n order to be considered active, you must have an active Autoship base order with a 60 QV minimum order every five weeks. A 60 QV order will activate your account for four volume periods including the volume week in which the order is placed, plus one volume week grace period. As an active member you can accrue volume from sales that occur under you. This volume will not flush as long as you remain active.
