Azruddin in Hyderabad

I pay my homage to former cricketer's son Ayzuddin who died in bike accident @ Hyderabad. No wonder, this was hi-class accident reported in near time when all are busy praising UPA-II. I trust that this sad moment will make some effects on road safety people and para-medics who were not available and he had to be carry in Police Jeep to reach hospital. It took them 1 hour to reach hospital from accident stop and believe me, without any medical equipments or help.

I really don't expect Mr. former captain to be in sad state but if there was some responsible handling of this case, today his son would have been alive.

I know 1000CC bikes are great and they meant for riding fast and furious way but Indian roads are big no no for them. We all know how good this road are and safety for it's users.

I hope Mr. Captain will raise some serious concerns over this accident in Indian Parliament and bring some solution for road mishaps and it's safety. Nobody never wants to die this way.

People often makes mistake and believe they are sometimes arrogant enough not to realized their mistakes. Life is simple and we don't need to make it technological. We have to always remember that the bond of friendship or any relationship whether its personal of professional, it is good to apologize when we are wrong.

When in public life, we do mistakes and it will hurt other. Apology will make them feel that you have realized your mistake and you are sorry for the same.

We are never too big to be arrogant or egoistic. Remember, nothing is permanent in this life so do our soul. It will depart at any point of time which is decided by person sitting above us.

Since I was turning 26 and had good time to think about better thing, I started my day with visiting ISKON Temple in Ahmedabad with my mom and brother. Later, we went to my mom’s brother house and spent close to 5 hours talking and sipping tea with biscuits. Also we were watching SALT movie considering the plot of Angelina. Evening was blocked with friends and we planned for dinner of S.G. Highway @ Shiv Shakti Dhaba in Ahmedabad.

Picked them at 6:00 pm and drove on highway with pleasant air of Amdavad. We reached at the Dhaba around 6:45 pm. Sam wanted to smoke and we couldn’t stop him either. Couple of jokes and good time..it was time for dinner at 8:30pm because the Rain God was watching us. We finished at 9:30pm and drove back to Ahmedabad city.

Its been one month since I am not following my routine of exercise daily. I used to workout for one and half hour every day. Considering the fact that I am not following my routine, below are the basic effects on my body since I have stopped workout.

1. Feeling lousy at a time during days.
2. Also weight is gained very fast because muscles are eating for more calories and at the same time it is not consumed.
3. Problem in sleeping because body is full of calories and can't sleep well.
4. In morning, not able to wake up on time.

Above said is fact and other side effects too which I am going to figure it out very soon.

By the way, I am starting workout again with full force from August 24th, 2011. So no more lousy feeling and gaining weight. It will be all fine as it was.

At 6:05 AM, I started walking towards Gym which is located about 500Mtrs from my room. Since I have decided to walk everyday to gym and while coming back too...its going to be a roller coaster ride everyday.

Reached Gym after 10minutes and here the problem starts because my hippo body doesn't accept any pain from anyone but this time I was throwing stones and started killing him.

First round was cycling for 10 minutes and I guess I had completed about 1Km. Then came thigh exercise..well it was quiet good and relaxing too. Later came some Zig Zag stuff which was for tummy :P

All right it was break for couple of minutes...and then started real killing weight lifting and some shoulder exercise. Also did some sit ups along with push ups and abdomen exercise.

Finally, sona belt came..ha ha ha ha...I know we all sea in TV Shopping and believe me I never liked them but this was something difference and as per trainer...it will relax your bums and all shitty part of the body.

Weighed myself and it was 75KG flat :D and I am proud of it.

Came back home after an hour and I was hungry like hell.
