Who says, One must not have two antivirus programs on a single PC?

noreply@blogger.com (Vaibhav) — Thu, 16 Feb 2012 08:14:00 +0000

Well, as a user of computer, I also have heard many people saying that one must not have more than 1 antivirus program installed on a PC at same time. That’s because it crashes your system. That’s true! I too believed this till I met with Immunet, a cloud based antivirus program.

Immunet is a very advanced antivirus program which not only protect your computer but devices even of your community from every attack of viruses and Trojans. This programs even don’t require updating and use as less as 10 MB of your hard-disk space.

Out of all, the most stunning feature of this software is that it is compatible with many other antivirus software listed here: http://bit.ly/zcZJLP.

Now a big question arises,

“How this can help you?”

This feature if taken seriously could be very much productive. Although even free version of Immunet is capable of solely protecting your PC but only when it’s connected to net. So If you use other antivirus program that work offline, you’ll never have to bother about buying an antivirus.

I myself use combination of Immunet & Microsoft Security essentials and my computer is working awfully awesome without any reduction in speed and productivity, You can make your own combination and enjoy a much secure PC/Mac for free.

noreply@blogger.com (Vaibhav) — Mon, 12 Dec 2011 13:40:00 +0000

Sometimes it's seen that a such a virus enters a PC which neither allow any antivirus software to run nor it allows to download security updates through internet. And many-a-times when a computer is not connected to internet, such an antivirus is required which can be used on any device using a flash drive.

Taking care of this, Microsoft corp. launched an antivirus which can be downloaded in a flash drive and can be used on any PC. Moreover for using this antivirus programs you needn't uninstall your previously installed antivirus software and that's a plus point.

To download it, go http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx and click on download link. It'll ask whether to download a "32 bit" program or "64 bit". Check which version of windows your PC is running and download. Not sure about how to check if your window is 32bit or 64bit ? Lean at:

http://tellhowto.blogspot.com/2011/12/how-to-check-version-of-windows-32-bit.html

Just run the program now.

REMEMBER : This antivirus will expire after 10 days of use. So after 10 days you need to re-download the antivirus to protect your PC from latest threats.
