MEO XLPARTY is the largest video game and technology entertainment event in Portugal.
This festival represents the new understanding of the festivals of the future, an event of new technologies, entertainment, fun and team spirit, in an environment of innovation and technological experimentation.

In this next edition of MEO XLPARTY, to be held 15–17 April at the Expocentro Pavilion in Pombal, more than 1,000 participants are enrolled and the organization awaits 20,000 visitors.

In response to the strong growth that MEO XLPARTY has been having in recent years, the organization decided to strengthen its image through the complete renovation of the event website, that now presents a modern image and an updated technology platform.

Virtualmente had the pleasure of developing the interface design for this project.

In order to accompany recent innovations in modern technology, Magia d’Arte brings forth a strong online presence, with a new look that aims to please their current and prospective customers.

Their new website also contains an integrated e-commerce platform, allowing their clients to preview new products and perform online orders of any collection, in an practical, attractive and even fun way.

This is a project in which Virtualmente has been working for some time, and we are proud to see it flourish.

Originally, we designed a slightly different interface for the website, since Grow uP Gaming intended to have a website coded from scratch. This decision was recently changed due to the rise of a powerful gaming-oriented content management tool, capable of delivering all the functionality the website needed.

Since we didn’t account for a content management implementation, we had to adapt the design to fit this platform while maintaining the original «look and feel». Some of the features we had planed were lost, but others were gained. Overall, we are very pleased with the final outcome.
