About us
World Konkani Centre is founded by कोंकणी भास आनी संस्कृति प्रतिष्ठान (Konkani Bhas Ani Sanskriti Prathistan) to serve as a centre for the Preservation and overall development of Konkani language, art and culture involving all the Konkani people the world over.

Promotion of Konkani literature has been at the heart of activities of the World Konkani Centre. We conduct various activities to promote Konkani Literature every year.

The Vishwa Konkani Sahitya Samaroh, held annually at the World Konkani Centre in Mangaluru, aims to enrich literary experiences in Konkani.
